Abstract

Abstrak Al Qiyādah Al Nabawiyah adalah salah satu model kepemimpinan yang menjadikan Rasulullah sebagai referensi keteladanan. Kepala sekolah pada lembaga pendidikan Islam sangat membutuhkan implementasi konsep Al Qiyādah Al Nabawiyah dengan karakteristik empat sifat utama yaitu: Ṣidīq, Āmānah, Tablīg, dan Faṭānah dan lima megaskill yaitu : Ṣāhibul Ruʾyah , Al Muta’allim, Al Ma'rifah Al Maīdāniyah, Al Muṣammīm Al Idārah dan Al Āmīn untuk mengatur, menginspirasi dan mempengaruhi warga sekolah. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi Al Qiyādah Al Nabawiyah yang diinternalisasikan oleh kepala SMAIT Al Fityan Medan kedalam kepemimpinannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan library research serta teknis wawancara dengan kepala sekolah. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa kepala sekolah menerapkan konsep kepemimpinan ini dalam menakhodai sekolah dengan capaian excellent untuk kemajuan sekolah dan kebaikan peserta didik. Abstract Al Qiyādah Al Nabawiyah is one of the leadership models that make the Prophet a definitive reference. Principals in Islamic educational institutions need the implementation of the Al Qiyādah Al Nabawiyah concept with the characteristics of four main characteristics, namely: idīq, mānah, Tablīg, and Faṭānah, and five mega skills, namely: āhibul Ruʾyah, Al Muta'allim, Al Ma'rifah Al Maīdāniyah, Al Muṣammīm Al Idārah and Al mīn to organize, inspire and influence the school community. This study aims to describe the implementation of Al Qiyādah Al Nabawiyah, which was internalized by the head of SMAIT Al Fityan Medan into his leadership. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with library research and technical interviews with school principals. This study indicates that the principal applies this leadership concept in leading schools with excellent achievements for school progress and students' good.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze, describe and find the concept of human resource management of Islamic educational institutions from the perspective of maqāṣid al-syarī'ah. This research answers two main problems, namely the conception and implications of maqāṣid al-syarī'ah in human resource management. To find the results of the study, researchers use a type of qualitative research with a case study approach. The results of this study construct this resource management with maqāṣid al-syarī'ah which consists of five perspectives, namely: ḥifẓ al-dīn (optimization of religiosity), ḥifẓ al-nafs (optimization of psychic and physical), ḥifẓ al-aql (optimization of reason), ḥifẓ al-māl (optimization of wealth) and ḥifẓ al-'irdh (optimization of honor / self-esteem), from this perspective the theory of human resource management maqashidi is built with five main components, namely: Mutadayyin (religion), ḏaki (intelligent), munazzam (manejerial) matīn al-khuluq (morality) mutamayyiz (performance/achievement).
