Abstract

The drink of freshly ground sugarcane from sugarcane stalks has a distinctive aoram, is cloudy in color and is sold without special packaging and is sold on the side of the road where the sanitation is very low so that its bacteriological quality is doubtful. Esherichia coli (e.coli) is a bacteria that can contaminate sugarcane juice. This research is about education on hygiene, sanitation, processing and examination of Escherichia coli (E.coli) bacteria in water drinks.,The most common drink in West Aceh is sugarcane water, this drink is very easy to find on the side of the road and is liked by every community.The purpose of this study was to see the effect of education on hygiene and sanitation of sugarcane water treatment and examination of Escherichia coli (E. coli) bacteria in sugarcane water.The research method used quasi-experimental and observational methods. The population in this study were sugar cane traders with a total sample of 20 people. The results showed that there was an effect of education on the sanitation hygiene of sugarcane water treatment and levels of Escherichia Coli (E.coli) in sugarcane water.

Abstract

Hypertension is not only experienced in old age but in the last decade shows data on hypertension experienced by adults and even adolescents. The risk factors for hypertension do not result in the incidence of hypertension in a fast period, but a long/latent, so adolescents who behave at risk of hypertension are feared to contribute to increasing the incidence of hypertension in the young adult and old adult age groups. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze risky behaviors in adolescents. The method used in this study is a quantitative design with a cross-sectional design. The sample of this study was late adolescence.The results showed that adolescents who consumed salt more than 1 tablespoon per day 81.2%, often smoked 80.1%, ate fatty 59.2%, never physical activity 70.2%, never consumed vegetables 48.9%, consumed junkfood 80.1%, and had a history of hypertension 33.3%. Conclusion of 7 variables as risky behavior 3 measurable variables are often carried out by adolescents, namely smoking, not doing physical activity, and never consuming vegetables. Health promotion of hypertension prevention needs to be instilled early so that adolescents behavior has good hypertension prevention behavior

Abstract

Medium Term Development Plan 2020-2024 responsible to improve health servicesso that everyone in the country has access to basic health services. They will drive increased prevention efforts, and use technology to help do so.The percentage of pregnant women at risk of Chronic Energy Deficiency can be marked by the size of the Upper Arm Circumference of less than 23.5 cm. The purpose is to find out how Tuha Peut's capacity building is in implementing the Qanun on the prevention of Chronic Energy Deficiency in pregnant women in Gampong Blang Sapek. Using qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Observations show that some Tuha Peut still do not know the importance of preventing Chronic Energy Deficiency in accordance with Gampong Blang Sapek Qanun No 03 of 2022 because in terms of knowledge they are still lacking and the capacity of Tuha Peut Gampong Blang Sapek is still low, this is evidenced from the results of the FGD activities where Some Tuha Peuts still don't understand the Gampong Blang Sapek Qanun No. 03 concerning guidelines for the prevention and management of SEZs in pregnant women. Based on the input and process components, it shows that funds for Chronic Energy Deficiency prevention activities are still insufficient and all prevention mechanisms have not been implemented. The output component shows the activities of preventing and handling SEZs for pregnant women carried out by the village government of Blang Sapek together with tuha peut, cadres and health workers, namely mapping the status of pregnant women with the Stunting rembug program, active integrated service post, Establishment or Strengthening of the Village Nutrition House and classes for pregnant women.Keywords: Capacity Building, Tuha Peut, Qanun
