Abstract

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the water heater industry (solar water heater) located in Bogor, West Java. Currently the company does not have a raw material inventory method, because the company does not have a fixed schedule for ordering raw materials, so there is often a vacuum of raw materials. WinQSB version2.0 is a quantitative management analysis software used to process data. Based on the results of data processing obtained a group of components that have the largest inventory costs, namely group A (Electric Heater, Thermostate, and ELCB). The value of economic order quantity (EOQ) 3208Pcs with a total cost of IDR 2,553,370,500, the amount of safety stock is 80Pcs, and the value of ROP (Reorder Point) is 497Pcs, which means the company must have 80 safety stock of raw materials each component and when the raw material stock reaches 497 must be re-ordered. The total cost with the Period Order Quantity (POQ) order quantity (Q) analysis is Rp2,611,285,900, and the total cost with the period order analysis is Rp2,541,200,900. So it is recommended to the company to implement an inventory system with an analysis of Period Order Quntity (POQ) based on the order period (P) because it can save inventory costs by Rp.182,563,934.

Abstract

Untuk menjadikan Pantai Pangandaran menjadi destinasi wisata favorit bagi wisatawan maka diperlukanlah strategi pengembangannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Menentukan strategi prioritas untuk pengembangan pariwisata di Kawasan Wisata Pantai Pangandaran dengan menentukan faktor internal dan eksternal dan dengan menggunakan Metode Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) yang juga didukung dengan metode Matriks IE dan Analisis SWOC, teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah dengan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) yang melibatkan pakar-pakar. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Matriks IE yang menunjukkan bahwa KWPP berada di kuadran I Growth and build yang berarti KWPP perlu berfokus untuk melakukan strategi intensif (Penetrasi pasar, pengembangan pasar, dan pengembangan produk). Hasil dari QSPM telah didapat strategi prioritas dengan nilai Attractive Score paling besar yaitu Strategi S-C (Strenght-Challenge) yaitu Penguatan promosi Pantai Pangandaran melalui media sosial, dengan total aktraktif skor (TAS) paling besar yaitu 6,99..

Abstract

Kualitas produk dan layanan merupakan salah satu kunci sukses dalam persaingan. adanya keterkaitan antara kualitas jasa, kepuasan konsumen, minat membeli dan reputasi di mata konsumen. PT Telkom Indonesia sebagai penyedia layanan tetap (voice dan broadband) dengan merek Indihome melalui anak perusahaan PT Telkom Akses. Layanan internet broadband ini mempunyai peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup. Indihome berusaha untuk meningkatkan Kualitas layanan, Untuk itu Indihome memanfaatkan digital network basis teknologi fiber optic, yang membentang dari ujung barat sampai timur Indonesia. Kepuasan pelanggan akan semakin dipenuhi dengan jaringan fiber optic yang mampu menyediakan layanan akses internet dengan kecepatan tinggi dengan koneksi yang lebih stabil dan handal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Service Quality dan Quality Function Deployment untuk mememberiakn parameter antara persepsi dan harapan pelanggan serta metode Net Promotor Score untuk memberikan informasi besarnya keinginan pelanggan dalam memakai kembali produk atau jasa yang ditawarkan dan merekomedasikan. Input yang digunakan untuk perhitungan metode Quality Function Deployment dan Net Promotor Score adalah output yang dihasilkan dari metode service quality yang akan menghasilkan atribut penting dari kinerja yang dilakukan dan masih dianggap kurang maksimal untuk menjadi prioritas perbaikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan indihome kurang memuaskan, dimana dari 24 atribut ada 6 atribut yang kurang memuaskan bagi pelangan sementara 18 atribut lainya belum mencapai target yang diharapkan, selain itu pada penelitian ini didapatkan usulan perbaikan dari kontribusi karakteristik house of quality dan net promoters score dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan Indihome di PT Telkom Akses Jakarta Selatan

Abstract

Utilization of garden area at this time is still not optimal, and the development of various innovations related to the garden area is also limited. This fact related with the garden that owned by the people in general is very narrow. Verticulture is one of technique that can be used for narrow land in urban farming. The target audience of the activity is the partners and the community of Kelurahan Tengah, East Jakarta. The problems that exist are decreasing in interest and participation of target audience in carrying out reforestation activities due to limited land, and in the development of processed food products that is related with the difficulty of raw materials and the limitations of product marketing. The aim of the activity is to increase the participation of target audiences through assistance in optimizing reforestation activities, processing food products and developing market systems through online marketing. The method used in the activity are approach, socialization, and training, such as training on greening technology packages (verticulture techniques); food processing training: drinks from spinach, carrot and pineapple (Batelnas), drinks from okra, honey and ginger (The Kraduu), dodol from ginger and sesame (Dojawi), and dodol from ginger and carrot (Dojawo); and digital marketing technique training. The results showed that activity through appropriate technology transfer and assistance to the target audience is able to increase interest and participation and better care for the environment as well as business opportunities from such activities. The products resulted from this activity are new innovation products so that they have economic added value, and if it continuously done, it will increase household income of the target audience.

Abstract

Pangandaran is one of the famous tourist destinations because it is complete with several attractions such as natural attractions, cultural tourism, artificial tourism and conservation. To develop a very potential destination, a comprehensive development strategy is needed. The methods used in this study are SWOC and AHP, the first of which is the exploration of SWOC to identify factors of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges. The second stage is to sabotage the proposed strategy obtained with AHP. Hasil  this research there are4  proposed strategies, namely  optimizingsocial media for promotion (weight 0.419), involving  Stakeholders to participate in the development of  Pangandaran  (weight 0,300), making tour packages that include existing attractions(Homestay,  protected forest) (weight 0,168), and building a sustainable Pangandaran  system. integrated g (weight 0.113). Pangandaran development must follow existing trends with social media technology that can expand marketing reach.

Abstract

Pangandaran Beach is one of the famous tourist destinations in West Java. The people around the tourist site of Pangandaran beach are many wholike the restaurant business. The waste produced includes leech oil which is the remaining oil produced by frying. The resulting waste oil is never utilized further, just thrown into the environment. With a large number of restaurants, the waste cooking oil produced is also a lot.  To overcome this problem, it is necessary to carry out activities aimed at increasing the added value of cooking oil waste by processingit into soap. From the training program that has been implemented, participants are very appreciative and amazed by the results of making soap from leech oil. This activity also has a positive impact with the opening of business opportunities for processing oil into soap so that it has an impact on increasing economic income for culinary traders. In addition, reducing the disposal of waste oil, thus maintaining the preservation of the environment and health.

Abstract

Semakin tinggi tingkat jumlah studio, dan konsumen yang semakin kritis mengakibatkan persaingan ketat pada dunia bisnis industri studio. Keberhasilan khususnya dibidang jasa  studio musik, bergantung pada kemampuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan selanjutnya untuk memuaskan konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah mendapatkan faktor-faktor yang mencerminkan persepsi dan harapan pelanggan yang kemudian dihitung dengan metode servqual dan menentukan karakteristik kebutuhan pelanggan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan sehingga dapat memenuhi kepuasan konsumen DM musik studio. Dari pengolahan data yang dilakukan dengan program SPSS 18.0 for windows, maka didapat r = 0,368 dengan variabel persepsi kepuasan konsumen 0,397 dan variabel persepsi harapan 0,422 yang berarti terdapat pengaruh kualitas pelayan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Berdasarkan hasil analisa maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan sangat berpengaruh dan berperan aktif terhadap kepuasan konsumen DM musik studio.

Abstract

Pantai Pangandaran merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata yang terkenal di Jawa Barat. Masyarakat  sekitar lokasi wisata pantai Pangandaran banyak yang membuka usaha rumah makan. Limbah yang dihasilkan dari rumah makan diantaranya minyak jelantah yang merupakan sisa minyak hasil menggoreng. Limbah  minyak jelantah tidak pernah  dimanfaatkan lebih lanjut,  limbahnya  dibuang begitu saja ke lingkungan. Dengan jumlah rumah makan  yang cukup banyak, limbah minyak goreng yang dihasilkan akan banyak.  Untuk  mengatasi masalah volume limbah minyak goreng yang tinggi, perlu dilakukan kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah limbah minyak goreng dengan jalan mengolahnya menjadi sabun. Dari program pelatihan  yang sudah dilaksanakan, peserta sangat mengapresiasi dan kagum dengan hasil pembuatan sabun dari minyak jelantah. Kegiatan  ini juga memberikan dampak positif dengan terbukanya peluang usaha pengolahan minyak jelantah menjadi sabun cair  sehingga  berdampak pada peningkatan pendapatan ekonomi bagi para pedagang kuliner. Selain  itu pengurangan pembuangan limbah minyak jelantah, sehingga menjaga kelestarian lingkungan dan kesehatan.

Abstract

The dairy cattle business in DKI Jakarta has been hereditary and has been increasing. This increase also has an impact on the environment around the farm, including pollution due to unpleasant odors, water pollution, soil pollution and the presence of annoying flies. The public's perception of the dairy business is very diverse, therefore the author conducted an analysis of the public's perception of the dairy business. Data collection was carried out in Pancoran District, South Jakarta, DKI Jakarta. Data was obtained through distributing questionnaires to residents and after interviews were processed using the ultrasound method and Linkert Scale. From the results of data processing, it was found that the community was disturbed by pollution due to unpleasant odors, water pollution, soil pollution and the presence of annoying flies. The proposal to overcome environmental impacts is made by turning cow faeces into organic fertilizer and biogas. Handling environmental impacts well can have a social impact and also provide many benefits to the surrounding community.
