Abstract

Bermain peran merupakan salah satu permainan yang mampu melatih dan mengasah kecerdasan interpersonal anak. Salah satu bermain peran yang mampu melatih kecerdasan interpersonal anak adalah bermain peran pedagang cilik. Peran berdagang merupakan keteladanan Rasulullah masih berusia remaja, sifat yang rajin, jujur, pekerja keras merupakan sifat yang tercermin pada diri Rasulullah. Bermain peran ini menjadi salah satu favorit anak-anak PAUD usia (4-6 tahun), peran yang sering dimainkan adalah bermain pasar-pasaran. Meskipun permainan ini hanya mendengar celoteh anak yang tidak karuan, cidalnya, lucunya anak dalam berbicara namun banyak manfaat yang dapat diperoleh dari bermain peran menjadi pedagang cilik. Peneliti memberikan pendampingan mengenalkan mata uang mulai dari uang logan sampai pada uang kerta. Setelah memahami nominal mata uang mereka dilatih menjadi pedagang dan pembeli diminimarket, ada yang bertugas menjadi kasir, penjaga dan pembeli. Diantara manfaat yang diperoleh yaitu: asah imajinasi, terlatih berbahasa, mengenal fungsi uang, mengenal nilai benda, dan memicu jiwa wirausaha serta mampu bekerjasama dengan orang lain.

Abstract

The ability to read is one of the most crucial skills in everyday life. Through reading, a person can acquire knowledge, information, and develop an understanding of the world around them. Good reading skills also form a vital foundation in the learning process at school. This research aims to identify and analyze effective methods for improving early childhood reading abilities, as well as to explore potential challenges faced by young children in understanding text and the factors influencing their reading development. This study is a qualitative case study. The research reveals a significant positive influence of these methods on letter and word recognition, as well as reading comprehension. Therefore, educators and parents can utilize these methods to support and enhance reading abilities, as strong reading skills have long-term benefits for a child's academic development.

Abstract

Pedagogical competency is very important because it is a competency for managing student learning. The social behavior in question is the social behavior of self-confidence and cooperation. The research problem to be solved is through the implementation of teacher pedagogical competence on the behavior of children aged 5 to 6 years at TK ABA 1 Kaliwates.The research aims to determine the pedagogical competence of teachers regarding the social behavior of children aged 5–6 years at TK ABA 1 Kaliwates. This research was carried out at the TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 1 Kaliwates for the 2023-22024 academic year. The type of research used was descriptive-qualitative; the data collection techniques used in this research were observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects were group B teachers who were certified as teachers, driving teachers, and had additional duties as deputy principals for the curriculum department. The results of the research can be concluded that teachers' pedagogical competence is able to develop social behavior in early childhood using strategies of providing opportunities, providing motivation, providing rewards, as well as using positive models for children as teachers' efforts to develop self-confident attitudes. Furthermore, teachers can develop social behavior in early childhood, an attitude of cooperation, with family role-playing project activity strategies.
