Abstract

This study aims to determine whether product variations, service quality, and facilities have an effect on purchasing decisions at Mie Ayam Hotplate in Surakarta and analyze which variables are the most dominant in influencing purchasing decisions. In this study, the population refers to consumers of Mie Ayam Hotplate with a sample of 100 respondents. Activity method used quantitative. The analysis carried out included multiple linier regression and hypothesisi testing. Based on the results of data analysis, it can show that product variations have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, this is evidenced in statistical analysis where the regression coefficient of product variation (b1) is 0,226 and t count > t table is 3,241 > 1,985 and sig t 0,000 < 0,05. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on decisions, this is evidenced in statistical analysis that the regression coefficient value of purchase decisions (b2) is 0,376 and t count > t table is 2,257 > 1,985 and sig 0,015 < 0,05. Facilities have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, this is evidenced in statistical analysis where the facility regression coefficient (b3) is 0,404 and t caount > t table is 2,671 > 1985 and sig 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is whether job training, career development and work environment have a significant and simultaneous effect on employee performance at Persada Indonesia's Persada Welfare Foundation. The population in this study came from the number of employees who worked, namely 43 people. The research sample was taken by incidental sampling and obtained 43 respondents with multiple linear regression methods. In this study, using a questionnaire that was distributed to the employees encountered. The results showed that the variables of job training, career development and work environment had a significant effect on employee performance at the Persada Persada Indonesia Welfare Foundation, either partially or simultaneously. Three independent variables explained that the employee's performance was 67.9% and the others were influenced by other variables Keywords: job training, career development and work environment, employee performance

Abstract

Persaingan untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan di era modern ini semakin terbuka yang membuat pribadi dengan skill yang tidak cukup untuk bekerja akan menjadi pengangguran. Pendidikan vokasi disusun untuk mempersiapkan peserta didik dengan skill yang diperlukan untuk memenuhi tuntutan dunia kerja.Untuk menarik minat calon peserta didik, bagian pemasaran mempunyai beberapa modal seperti program keahlian (X1) yang dibutuhkan oleh industri, prospek lulusan (X2), accessibility (X3) untuk menuju lokasi, harga dan cara pembayaran (X4), dan fasilitas (X5) yang mendukung penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel – variabel tersebut pada keputusan peserta didik dalam memilih LP3I Ngawi (Y) Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subyek dari penelitian ini adalah peserta didik LP3I Ngawi yang berjumlah 138. Instrumen pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan questionnaire. Dan dianalisa secara regresi.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa prospek lulusan berpengaruh paling signifikan pada keputusan peserta didik memilih LP3I Ngawi (Y). Diikuti oleh program keahlian yang mempunyai signifikansi berpengaruh kedua. Kemudian diikuti harga atau biaya pendidikan, fsilitas dan accessibility mempunyai pengaruh yang tidak begitu signifikan akan tetapi tetap menjadi perhatian peserta didik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a significant effect between the variables of product quality, product design and timeliness on ccustomer satisfaction on customer satisfaction of Batik printing Thoyib Surakarta. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Short Term Debt (STD), Long Term Debt (LTD), dan Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) terhadap Return On Equity (ROE) pada PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, berupa laporan keuangan triwulan periode tahun  2012-2019 yang diperoleh dari web resmi perusahaan. Sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 32 sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data berupa analisis regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis yang dibantu dengan SPSS versi 15. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Total Asset Turn Over berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return On Equity, sedangkan Short Term Debt dan Long Term Debt tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Return On Equity.

Abstract

The realization of zakat collection in Indonesia has experienced quite a large gap compared to the existing zakat potential. This happens because the zakat institution is less than optimal in implementing the strategy of collecting zakat, infaq, and sadaqa. This certainly creates a challenge for zakat institutions or organizations in maximizing their performance to take part in helping the government in efforts to minimize poverty in Indonesia. LAZ Solopeduli as a provincial-level LAZ with the best ZIS collection growth at the 2019 BAZNAS Award, of course, has a strategy and targets for collecting ZIS as an effort to maximize the potential of existing zakat. The purpose of this study was to find out the optimization strategies and constraints involved in compiling ZIS LAZ Solopeduli 2022. A descriptive-qualitative approach with a type of field research was used. Researchers used various data collection techniques including interviews with seven LAZ Solopeduli employees, observation, and documentation. The analysis was carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing, and verification. The data's credibility was tested using triangulation of data collection techniques. The results showed that the strategy for optimizing ZIS collection was carried out in three stages of strategy formulation, implementation, and evaluation. The formulation is prepared by setting annual targets, determining sources of funds, plotting targets, and formulating strategies. The collection is carried out using two direct and indirect fundraising methods. The strategies used are dialogue fundraising, corporate fundraising, multichannel fundraising, also donor retention and development. The constraints experienced stem from internal problems (limitations of human resources and lack of action) and external problems (government regulations and social issues). Abstract

In the coal industry world with intense competition, it causes competition to develop and involves the importance of the organization's monetary exhibition. Concentrating on the organization's monetary performance is vital in terms of solvency, liquidity and solvency ratios. This study expects to decide the impact of CR, DER and DAR, on ROA in coal mining companies. It is hoped that it will provide knowledge about the impact of CR, DER, and DAR on ROA. This research is in the form of quantitative descriptive with secondary data types. the population of coal area mining organizations recorded on the IDX in 2018-2021 totaled 23 companies. Samples with purposive sampling amounted to 10 mining companies in the coal sector. The data collection method uses the annual financial report data documentation method. tested by multiple linear regression analysis. CR has signifficant negatif impact, DER has signifficant negatif impact, DAR has signifficant positif impact on ROA in Mining Companies in the Coal Sector. The consequences of the Assurance Coefficient Investigation got 83.5% where ROA can be made sense of by the free factors CR, DER, and DAR. Furthermore, can develop this research using other independent variables considering that there are still other independent variables such as Asset Turnover, EPS, TATO and other variables that can affect ROA. Abstract

This article was created to explain the design of an integrated learning model by considering the learning ecosystem to be implemented in secondary schools in Indonesia. The novelty of this article is an overview of the learning ecosystem that integrates micro and macro aspects. Micro aspects to represent the managerial conditions of educational institutions, consist of three variables, namely priority of management, individual readiness, and technological support. The macro aspect is represented by Educational Policies which are national education policies. These variables were analyzed to see their effect on the learning outcome. The respondents of this research are teachers who are members of the Subject Teachers' Consultation (MGMP) Surakarta City, Indonesia, totaling 289 people, consisting of 156 women (53.98%), and 133 men. (46.02%). Withdrawal of sample data is done by quota random sampling technique. The use of this quota random sampling technique is to determine the representation of each region so that the results will be able to represent reality. The research was conducted from March 2019- September 2022 in Surakarta, Indonesia. The analysis technique of this research uses SEM (Structural Equation Model). The results of the study show that educational policies significantly affect priority of management and learning outcomes. Priority of management significantly affects individual rediness and technological support. Priority of Management does not significantly affect learning outcomes. Technological support significantly affects learning outcomes. Individual readiness does not significantly affect learning outcomes. All indicator variables significantly affect the construct. Abstract

An investigation of the performance of workers at PT. Mojo Sugar Factory in Sragen Regency is being carried out with the purpose of determining and explaining employee performance in relation to training, communication, and reward. A quantitative descriptive research design is something that is utilized in this research strategy. All of the workers that are employed in the PT Mojo Sugar Factory in the Sragen Regency make up the population for this research. A saturation sampling strategy, This research used what is commonly referred to as the census approach. A sample of the entire population is taken using this process. In this study, 102 workers were chosen as samples. A questionnaire was employed to gather data. Data analysis was done using statistical analysis, most especially using SPSS version 25 using the multiple linear regression test, the t test, and the coefficient of determination. The study's conclusions show that working personnel at PT. Mojo Sugar Factory perform better and more significantly when they receive training, which is located in the Sragen Regency. There is a favorable and considerable impact that communication has on the performance of employees at PT. Mojo Sugar Factory, which is located in the Sragen Regency. At PT. Mojo Sugar Factory, Sragen Regency, the performance of employees is significantly improved by the presence of rewards, which have a beneficial impact. When all factors are included, the coefficient of determination (R2) accounts for 53.5% of the total, while the remaining 46.5% is impacted by additional variables that were not investigated in this study.
