Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Customer Relationship Management, Nilai Pelanggan dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan  di PT. Pos Indonesia Cabang Sukoharjo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pelangan Kantor Pos Sukoharjo. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah koefisien determinasi, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regeresi linear berganda dan uji t. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa Customer Relationship Management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, Nilai Pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, Kualitas Pelayanan  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan.

Abstract

The purpose of the research are to analyze: 1) Differences in the performance teachers of SMA and SMK Batik Surakarta in terms of leadership quality; 2) Differences in the performance teachers of SMA and SMK Batik Surakarta in terms of emotional intelligence; 3) Differences in the performance teachers of SMA and SMK Batik Surakarta in terms of work motivation. The population of research 181 teachers in SMA and SMK Batik Surakarta. The sample was 100 teachers. Data analysis techniques using different test analysis independent sample t-test. The result of research showed that; 1) leadership  quality variable  has   t-count value of 2,152 and sig value 0,034 < 0,05, meaning that there are differences in the performance teachers of SMA and SMK Batik Surakarta; 2) emotional intelligence variable obtained value of t count 2,120 and sig value 0,036 < 0,05, meaning that there are differences in the performance teachers of SMA and SMK Batik Surakarta; 3) work motivation variables obtained t value of 2.995 and have a sig value of 0.004 < 0.05, meaning that there are differences in the performance teachers of SMA and SMK Batik Surakarta in terms of work motivation

Abstract

Job Promotion is an appreciation from the company as a form of appreciation to employees for working well and maximally. An important reason the company must provide selection to its employees, so that the employees selected for promotion have higher quality than other employees. This is done so that employees have the motivation to upgrade themselves to be better. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Education, Skills, Attitudes and Communication on Job Promotion at Lorin Solo Hotel. This research was conducted using primary data as many as 135 respondents who are employees at Lorin Solo Hotel. The technique used is descriptive quantitative which uses questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The data collection uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The test used multiple linear regression analysis and performed classical assumption test and data quality test. The results of the study concluded that Education, Attitudes and Communication had a positive effect on Position Promotion. Meanwhile, skills have no effect on promotion of positions at Lorin Solo Hotel. Simultaneously Education, Skills, Attitudes and Communication have an effect on Position Promotion where F count > F table is 5.059 2.4388. Abstract

The purpose of this research are to determine the influence of discipline, satisfaction, flexibility, and work environment on the employees performance. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. Samples use saturated samples, the entire population is sampled. The sample in this study were all employees of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Taxes in Central Java II, amounting to 152 person. Data collection is obtained through questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) discipline have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, (2) satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, (3) flexibility have insignificant influence on employee performance, (4) work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance

Abstract

The research aims at finding out the influence of the following variables; leadership, discipline, motivation, and organizational culture toward teacher performance in SMP Batik Surakarta both simultaneously and partially. The researcher employs descriptive quantitative research. The population is 45 teachers in SMP Batik Surakarta. The researcher also employs the census technique for sampling technique which consists of 45 respondents. Data collecting technique is using questionnaire while data analyzing technique is using statistical analysis with multiple linear regression test. The finding of the research shows that leadership, discipline, motivation, and organizational culture contribute significant influence toward teacher affected by other variables such as competence, work environment, and others. Abstract

This research aims to determine the simultaneous or partial effect of product innovation, price, promotion and brand image variables on purchasing decisions of PT Intan Pariwara Junior high School book in Surakarta area. This research method uses a quantitative research design. The population in this study were junior high school teachers in Surakarta City who used books published by PT Intan Pariwara. The sampling technique used in this research is Simple Random Sampling technique with a sample size of 100 respondents. Collecting data by using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression, F test, t test, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that product innovation, price, promotion and brand image simultaneously and significantly influenced purchasing decisions of PT Intan Pariwara Junior high School book in Surakarta area. Variables that product innovation, price, promotion and brand image affect the decision to stay. Suggestions from this research, PT Intan Pariwara continues to improve product innovation, price, promotion and existing brand image, so that it will make purchasing decisions from consumers will also increase and become better than before. Abstract

Keputusan pembelian merupakan langkah atau tahap awal dalam menetukan pengambilan suatu keputusan dimana konsumen benar-benar melakukan pembelian. Beberapa yang menjadi faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian diantaranya yaitu, gaya hidup sehat, kualitas produk dan brand image. Telah terjadi penigkatan penjulan sepada pada awal tahun 2020 hingga hampir pertengahan tahun 2021 yang disebabkan meningkatnya permintaan konsumen akan kebutuhan bersepeda dalam menyikapi pola hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) di masa Covid-19. Peningkatan tersebut memberikan dampak besar bagi perusahaan sepeda yang mana sangat antusias dan berlomba-lomba dalam memberikan kulaitas produk sepeda terbaiknya mengingat kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen yang bervariasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gaya hidup sehat, kualitas produk dan brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda merek polygon di Surakarta. penelitian ini menggukan sampel sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan rumus dari Ferdinand. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda yang sebeleumnya telah melalui uji asumsi klasik. Hasil uji t menunjukan bahwa gaya hidup sehat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda merek polygon di Kota Surakarta. Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda merek polygon di Kota Surakarta. Brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda merek polygon di Kota Surakarta. Hasil Koefisien determinasi menunjukan variabel gaya hidup sehat, kualitas produk dan brand image memiliki pengaruh sebesar 75% terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian sepeda merek polygon di Kota Surakarta. Kata kunci : Gaya Hidup Sehat, Kualitas Produk, Band Image, Keputusan Pembelian Abstract The purchase decision is the first step or stage in determining making a decision where consumers actually make a purchase. Some of the factors that influence purchasing decisions include a healthy lifestyle, product quality and brand image. There has been an increase in bicycle sales in early 2020 until almost mid 2021 due to increasing consumer demand for cycling needs in response to a clean and healthy lifestyle (PHBS) during the Covid-19 period. This increase has had a major impact on bicycle companies, which are very enthusiastic and competing in providing the best quality bicycle products considering the varied needs and desires of consumers. This study aims to determine a healthy lifestyle, product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions for polygon brand bicycles in Surakarta. This study uses a sample of 100 respondents using the formula from Ferdinand. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis which had previously been through the classical assumption test. The results of the t test show that a healthy lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for polygon brand bicycles in Surakarta City. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for polygon brand bicycles in Surakarta City. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for polygon brand bicycles in the city of Surakarta. The result of the coefficient of determination shows that the variables of a healthy lifestyle, product quality and brand image have an influence of 75% on the variable purchasing decisions of polygon brand bicycles in Surakarta City. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine purchasing decisions through online applications (e-commerce) on an online motorcycle taxi-based delivery service. This study uses a quantitative approach, namely by collecting data from respondents using a questionnaire. The number of samples is 100 people, calculated using the Slovin formula for buyers for three months. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling on consumers who have bought Sapa Kopi products through the Grabfood application. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, career development and communication on the performance of employees of Surakarta Employment BPJS. This type of research is a quantitative research. The population in this study included all BPJS Ketenagakerjaan employees, totaling 40 people. The sample technique taken is saturated sample technique, so the number of samples in this study amounted to 40 people. Based on the results of the t test it is concluded that transformational leadership style has a positive effect on the performance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan employees in Surakarta, career development has a positive effect on the performance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan employees in Surakarta and communication has no positive effect on the performance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan employees in Surakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of simultaneously (simultaneously) or partially the variables of discipline, motivation, work environment and leadership on employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Klaten Regency.This research method uses a quantitative descriptive research design. The population in all employees who work in the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning Klaten Regency, amounting to 291 people. The sampling technique used in this study is a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 81 respondents. Collecting data by using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression test, F test, t test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study indicate that discipline, motivation, work environment and leadership partially and significantly affect the performance of employees at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning, Klaten Regency. Suggestions from this research, employees of the Klaten Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Office continue to improve discipline, motivation, work environment and existing leadership, so that employee performance will increase and be better than before.
