Abstract

Marketing is a business function that seeks to identify unmet consumer wants and needs, measure how big it is, determine the target market and which position is best served by the company, and determine the appropriate range of products, services, and programs to serve that market. The management in each company is also required to increase and maintain existing customers. Customer satisfaction is one of the determinants of customer loyalty. This study aims to explain the causal relationship between customer satisfaction and the variables that include service quality variables. Furthermore, it describes the quality of service on consumer satisfaction purchasing motorcycles at CV. Central Sulawesi Motor Palu. The sample of this research is 50 respondents with an accidental sampling technique. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study conclude that service quality, from each dimension of tangibles (direct evidence), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (guarantee), and empathy (attention), both simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on consumer purchasing satisfaction—motorcycles on a CV. Abstract

Based on the results of the analysis carried out by comparing the target and the realization achieved by CV. Chantika Gorden Palu in controlling the efficiency of marketing activities shows that in 2016 salesperson activities amounted to 27.69%, which means salesperson activities at CV. Chantika Gorden Palu in 2016 was less efficient, while sales promotion activities of 25.83% indicated that sales promotion activities were also less efficient, while advertising activities were efficient with a value of 5.83%. Control of CV marketing activities. Chantika Gorden Palu in 2017 for salesperson activities 11.93% which means that it is quite efficient, then for sales promotion activities it is 24.17% which means sales promotion activities are less efficient, while for advertising activities it is 4.17% which means that advertising activities 2017 is very efficient. Chantika Gorden Palu in 2018 for salesperson activities of 39.84% and sales promotion of 35% which means inefficient, while for advertising activities it is 4.17% which means that advertising activities in 2018 are less efficient.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Brand Equity of Wings products on the business development of PT. Surya Setia Sejahtera Palu, using an explanatory research approach, while the total sample is 50 consumers of Wings products, with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The calculation results, using multiple linear regression model analysis, based on the results of the F test, show that the Brand Equity Wings product, which consists of variables Brand awareness, Perceived quality, Brand association, and Brand loyalty jointly (simultaneously) have a significant effect on the business development variable of PT. Surya Setia Prosperous Palu. The t-test calculations show that the Brand awareness variable partially does not substantially impact the business development variable of PT. Surya Setia Prosperous Palu. While the variables Perceived quality (X2), Brand association, and Brand loyalty partially have a significant influence on the Wings Product business development variable at PT. Surya Setia Prosperous Palu.

Abstract

This research aims to describe information technology-based knowledge at the Palu City Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a research population of 58 people and a sample of 37 people using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive analysis with the frequency table method. As for the results obtained from Variable utilize information technology well, the indicator score value is 4.33 with interpretation (Very Good), while the results from variable Y are accepted with an average score value for the state civil servant variable of 4.36, so it can be seen that the existing resources The Palu City Women's and Children's Empowerment Service is excellent and can be used for agency development because the responsibilities and performance produced by employees are practical and efficient, with the indicator score obtained being 4.36 with an interpretation of (Very Good), with research results showing that information technology-based knowledge has been implemented at the Palu City Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service.
