Abstract

With technology from age to age increasingly sophisticated in the needs of all of us. Technological progress is accelerating, and with digital literacy through interpainful media it is easier for students to achieve excellence and educational goals. Education in the 21st era, students are more likely to close or adapt to learning through the media because it portrays material through digital literacy with interactive media to achieve the purpose of learning. The methods used in this study use the analysis of content from various journals by describing them. With this study, researchers have excavated digital literations regarding interactive media for elementary school children. The study also brought positive values with informative, inspiring and useful value. As a result of this study, it presents interactive media as text, animation, or comics, existing media from youtube, powerpoint given by teachers or getting information from the Internet, kahoot, edmodo, Google classroom, Google meet, quiziz, e-book or something else and can be used as a digital literacy for students or readers to understand.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) describe the steps effective learning by applying the role-playing learning model, (2) describe the increase in student learning activity in playing the role of economic actors in the role playing model, and (3 describe students' responses to the application of the role-playing learning model. The subjects in this study were class V students, totaling 13 people and teachers who teach in the class. The object of this research is the steps of implementing the role-playing learning model, improving results, and responding students to the application of the role-playing learning model. This research using qualitative research. The method of data collection that used in this study is the method of observation, interview method. The results of this study indicate that from the results of discussions and evaluations of the role-playing activities that have been carried out, students get a very good response to social studies learning. Students are very enthusiastic in doing role playing activities. Although there are some students who have not dared to play their roles, the learning activities went smoothly, and students were actively involved in learning activities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the job description on employee performance of PDAM (local water company). This research is a quantitative descriptive study; this study uses a saturated sample where the sampling technique is used when all population members are used as samples. The number of samples in this study was 31 employees of the rambutan service unit in the distribution section of PDAM Tirta Musi Palembang. Data analysis was performed using the technique of Simple Linear Regression Analysis, Correlation Coefficient Analysis, R² Determination Coefficient Analysis, and T-Test (partial). For the study results using SPSS version 25, showing an R-value of 0.485, the job description has a moderate relationship between variables. The results of the coefficient of determination R² of 0.209 means that the job description affects 20.9% of employee performance, and the remaining 79.1% is influenced by other variables outside of this research variable. Furthermore, for the results of the T-test (Partial) in this study, a positive and significant effect on employee performance where HO is rejected and Ha is accepted.
