Terwujudnya sistem Pendidikan sebagai pranata sosial yang kuat dan berwibawa untuk memberdayakan semua lapisan masyarakat berkembang menjadi manusia yang berkualitas sehingga mampu dan proaktif menjawab tantangan zaman yang selalu berubah. Sejalan dengan Visi Pendidikan Nasional tersebut, Pemerintah rupanya telah makin menyadari bahwa untuk mewujudkan visi tersebut, satu hal yang mesti diwujudkan adalah masyarakat berbasis pengetahuan (knowledge based society). Untuk mewujudkannya, pemanfaatan iptek sebagai penggerak utama (prime mover) terus diupayakan melalui penelitian-penelitian yang di lakukan serta memfasilitasi sebagai penampung hasil penelitian tersebut. Perguruan tinggi Raharja yang merupakan Salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang bergerak di bidang ilmu computer telah menerapkan system dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi menjadi sebuah system atau wadah penampung semua hasil-hasil riset dan penelitian-penelitian. Namun, Saat ini Sistem penampungan hasil-hasil riset yang ada masih bersifat manual, belum menggunakan database terstruktur dan perlu melibatkan personil terkait untuk mengendalikan alur sistem serta penggunaan banyak kertas untuk berkas data dukungnya, Sehingga system tersebut tentunya tidak berjalan secara maksimal. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka perlu adanya sebuah Online Jurnal Sistem yang dapat di jalankan secara langsung (self service), dapat pula berkomunikasi via-email (intranet),penggunaan sedikit kertas (paper less), serta sudah menggunakan database yang baik karena dapat memberikan dampak yang cukup signifikan terhadap kelangsungan 4 (empat) pilar IT E-learning hasil dari penelitian di lingkungan Perguruan Tinggi Raharja. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan konsep Online Jurnal Sistem ini dapat menjadi sebuah solusi terkini dalam memacu peningkatan kualitas masyarakat ilmiah dan kemajuan di bidang Ilmu Komputer dan Informasi Teknologi (IT).

Abstract: Research purpose to know the role of schools in coaching SMA/SMK Ella Hilir performance sports. The study uses a qualitative research witha descriptive approach, meaning a research procedure by illustrating objects based on actual fact thatare happening in today’s situation. This research data source is the principal, the student and sports teacher. Data collection using of interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis ran a triangulation test, whichis source triangulation and technical triangulation. Based on studies obtained in SMA/SMK of Ella Hilir,of the role of achievements sports that school already play a part in the development of achievement sports, this is established by facilitating the means and infrastructure of sports. To theconclusion that SMA/SMK of Ella Hilir has already played a role in the development of the performance sports, as in shown by the achievement of each school. Keywords: school roles, coaching performance sports.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui peran dari sekolah dalam pembinaan olahraga prestasi di SMA/SMK se-Kecamatan Ella Hilir. Penelitian ini mengunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, maksudnya adalah prosedur penelitian dengan menggambarkan obyek yang di teliti berdasarkan fakta aktual yang terjadi pada keadaan sekarang. Sumber data penelitian ini yaitu kepala sekolah, guru olahraga dan siswa. Pengumpulan data mengunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data mengunakan uji triangulasi, yaitu triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh di SMA/SMK se-Kecamatan Ella Hilir, tentang peran sekolah dalam pembinaan olahraga prestasibahwa sekolah sudah berperan dalam pembinaan olahraga prestasi, hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan memfasilitasi sarana dan prasarana olahraga. Dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa SMA/SMK se-Kecamatan Ella Hilir sudah berperan dalam pembinaan olahraga prestasi, hal ini di buktikan dengan perolehan prestasi-prestasi yang diraih di masing-masing sekolah tersebut.Kata Kunci: peran sekolah, pembinaan olahraga prestasi.

PT. Karya Anugrah Teknologi is a retail company that was founded in 2012 with a focus on selling computer equipment, which is located in the West Jakarta area. Every year the company holds a selection of the best employees who will be given rewards and bonuses. The purpose of this study is to create an employee performance appraisal system in order to provide rewards and bonuses for salary increases by analyzing employee data according to predetermined criteria. The process stages in the Profile Matching method used in this study include Gap Mapping, Weighting, Calculation and Grouping of Core and Secondary Factors, Calculation of Total Value, and Calculation of Ranking. The results of this study resulted in recommendations of selected employees based on the ranking calculation of the method used. The employee who is in first place is Eko with a score of 4,925. The results of the recommendation of the best employees based on this calculation are expected to be one of the decision support systems for companies to provide rewards and bonuses for salary increases for the best employees in an objective manner and pay attention to the required aspects.

Di Jawa Timur, benih kedelai yang diminati petani adalah biji kedelai warna kekuningan atau putih-kekuningan, ukuran biji sedang sampai besar, kondisi permukaan biji mengkilat dan daya hasilnya tinggi. Dari sisi penyebaran varietas menunjukkan bahwa varietas lokal dan unggul lama (Galunggung, Malabar, Orba, dan Wilis) masih digemari petani. Sebaran varietas unggul lama (khususnya Wilis) masih relatif tinggi, akan tetapi perkembangannya saat ini juga menunjukkan bahwa varietas unggul kedelai baru dengan ukuran biji besar mulai diadopsi petani. Oleh karena itu varietas unggul baru yang mempunyai karakter biji besar perlu lebih dipromosikan kepada petani. Persyaratan kedelai yang dikehendaki untuk bahan baku tahu dan tempe ternyata memiliki kesamaan dari aspek warna kulit biji, ukuran biji, dan ketebalan kulit biji; dan kedelai yang dikehendaki sebagai bahan baku adalah biji warna kuning atau kuning-kehijauan dan ukuran biji sedang atau besar.Uji coba produk jadi tahu dan tempe, menunjukkan bahwa industri tempe memilih kedelai biji besar sebagai bahan baku dan pilihan jatuh pada varietas unggul Argomulyo dan Burangrang. Sedangkan untuk industri tahu, kedelai biji sedang sampai besar juga diminati. Sementara untuk varietas unggul kedelai biji sedang pilihannya adalah varietas Kaba, Sinabung, dan Wilis. Daya kompetitif kedelai di Jawa Timur rendah, kondisi ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai indeks kompetitifnya kurang dari satu. Estimasi produksi kedelai agar mempunyai keunggulan kompetitif adalah sekitar 2700 kg per ha atau pada tingkat produksi yang dicapai saat ini, maka tingkat harga kedelai seharusnya Rp 4250.

Now days, tourism is counted as a large industry that could support the government income. Since tourism is important, it is essential to promote it by online and offline media. Corpus of Contemporary American English (COCA) was claimed as a large corpus of language is the source of the data taken in this paper. Many researchers do their research on tourism, but it is limited research on the word tourism related to corpus. The aims of the research are, firstly, to describe the distribution of the word “tourism” in COCA since 1990 up to 2019 including across different contexts and secondly, to describe the pair of the word “tourism” in COCA since 1990 up to 2019 including its context. The research method implemented is a mixed method design, that quantitative and qualitative methods are combined. It was reported, firstly, from 9833 corpus containing the word “tourism” found in COCA, the highest number is newspaper followed by academy, magazine, spoken, web, fiction, blog, TV, and movie. Secondly, from the highest number to the smallest number of the subtypes of the word tourism are related to nature, culture, animal, place, sport, history, prostitution, health, religion, science, memory, crime, movie, and charity.

Natural Language Processing (NLP) to know Al-Quran reading law can analyse text data input in the form of sentence with everyday human being Ianguage of process early by recognizing syntak order and existing production order through scanning, identifying token, result of from token will be conducted by parsing and processed later;then to be conducted by adaptation with existing production order. Result of adaptation will in accepting or is not accepted by if do not fulfill existing production order will emerge message of mistake. The result if as according to order produce hence will present as according to wanted sentence to present Al-Quran reading law. Knowing real correct Al-Quran reading law as according to tartil, its science of its law nya of kifayah fardhu, therefore in studying and knowing Al-Quran reading law by using Natural Language Processing (NLP) can fulfill science procedures learn to read Al-Quran matching with tajwid science. NLP which can recognize wanted reading law by consumer for the letter of Al-Fatihah, Al-Baqarah Juz 1. made Application Software can give appearance result of Al-Quran reading laws, NLP which can analyse about wanted reading law with input pass text. Comparison of resemblance document text to know how precisely from its source resemblance or do not with efficient and effective algorithm. Made system and designed to do examination both of source of text 1 and source of text 2 (goals) with prediksi if there is resemblance from text 1 and text 2 more near or not.In generally system consist of three process that is process early (praprocessing with index), seeking process (process and searching with index) calculation of presisi with sign and match exact. Analysis in the form of checking : the first equality of word with word location differ, second equality of word with is same word location, and third equality of word equivalent. Equality of word equivalent combine also with equality of word with word location differ, and combine equality of word with is same word location. Resemblance used analys with Exact Match method and similarity function. Function Similarity represent process with Exact Match checking of word if precisely is equal to value 1 (true) and not equal to value 0 (false).Resemblance of source and goals base analysis match exact without used steam although there is suffix and prefix that is difference word, so added with suffix and prefix will mean word which different. Because writer assume needn't be steam because by the prefix dand suffix most word always have meaning differ.The Finally, Analysis come near number 1 is similarity and near number 0 didn’t similary. If the number 0.5 or a half that mean half similarity.

News reader is a software or web service that serves to display a summary of the latestposts. RSS is typically used on websites that update content dynamically. RSS is an openmethod for collecting and pooling the content of the pages of a website. The method used in themaking of this application is the grapple. The programming language used is Java and php.While building a database using mySQL.This application is useful to facilitate mobile phoneusers to know the latest news. In this application there are news categories that can be selectedby the user, namely the category of politics, economics, sports, technology, education andentertainment. Featured news picked up from a local news portal website rss Indonesia. Userscan view the details of the news and share news via facebook and twitter.
