Abstract

This journal reviews the performance report by the Environmental Agency of North Sumatra Province in 2021. This study aims to describe how the performance report is carried out by the Environmental Agency of North Sumatra Province. This type of research uses a qualitative approach, including library research. The source of this research is secondary data such as report data and related journals. Performance reporting is a form of accountability for each government agency for the implementation of programs and budgets. Performance report based on agreement, performance appraisal and performance evaluation. The results showed that the performance planning carried out was the 2019-2023 Strategic Plan (Renstra). In realizing the vision and mission of the Regional Head and to achieve the targets of the Main Performance Indicators (IKU), the North Sumatra Provincial Environment Service establishes a work program. The achievement of the performance indicators against the national target is very good because it is above the target set in the Strategic Plan of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry for the Year 2020-2024.

Abstract

This journal reviews how the supply chain and distribution occur at the UD Naya chicken stall in the East Binjai sub-district. This type of research uses a qualitative research approach that describes the results of research in the form of descriptive data. This type of research has a definition of the research subject, namely fresh chicken meat and how it is supplied. This study took the object of chicken meat that was sold at the UD Naya chicken stall. The research method used is the interview method to the resource persons and literature study. The results obtained from the interview method are that there are 3 supply chain processes that occur at the UD Naya chicken stall, namely: (1) Suppliers (chicken breeders) - Sales Agents - UD Naya Kiosk - Final Consumers. (2) Suppliers (chicken farmers) – Sales agents – UD Naya Kiosk – Small/mobile traders – Final consumers and (3) Suppliers (chicken farmers) – Sales agents – UD Naya Kiosk – Restaurants – Final Consumers.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara kerja analisis SWOT faktor internal dan eksternal digunakan sebagai strategi peningkatan daya saing di Kakuta kota Binjai. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dengan menggunakan data yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis SWOT sebagai alat analisis strategis bagi perusahaan yang dapat mengidentifikasi faktor internal (kekuatan dan kelemahan) dan eksternal (peluang dan ancaman) yang mempengaruhi Kakuta kota Binjai. Matriks IFAS, matriks EFAS, diagram SWOT dan matriks SWOT kemudian digunakan untuk analisis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, faktor internal sebesar 3,3 dan faktor eksternal sebesar 3,4. Titik koordinat yang dihasilkan adalah x = 1,7 dan y = 1,4 berada pada kuadran I, yang artinya mendukung kebijakan pertumbuhan usaha bisnis yang agresif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kakuta di kota Binjai dapat memanfaatkan kekuatan dan peluang yang ada untuk terus berkembang dan bersaing dengan strategi SO.
