Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahasmenjelaskan dampak pelaksanaan pelatihan tahsin AlQuran dengan metode Yanbu’a bagi terhadap kompetensi bagi guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Ma’had An Nur. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengamati dan mewawancarai instruktur, peserta pelatihan, dan orang lain yang mengetahui pelaksanaan pelatihan tersebut. Wawancara dan dokumentasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian, dan dianalisis dengan model Sirkuler dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan tahsin Al Quran di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Ma’had An Nur dilaksanakan setiap hari jum’at pagi selama 90 menit. Metode pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah ceramah, tanya jawab dan latihan. Langkah-langkah kegiatan pelatihan ini meliputi pembukaan, apersepsi, pengenalan konsep, peningkatan pemahaman (latihan), evaluasi, dan penutup. Hasil pelatihan tahsin Alquran dengan metode Yanbu’a telah meningkatkan semangat guru dalam belajar Al Quran dan meningkatkan kompetensi dan kinerja guru dalam membina bacaan dan hafalan siswa. Faktor pendukung pelatihan ini adalah usia guru yang telah matang, pelatih yang kompeten, dan perhatian dari pengasuh. Faktor penghambat pelatihan ini adalah: terbatasnya alokasi waktu, tempat pelatihan yang kurang kondusif, dan ketidakhadiran tutor.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan Guru, Tahsin Alquran, Metode Yanbu’aAbstract: This study aims to discuss and explain the impact of implementing Al-Quran tahsin training with the Yanbu'a method for the competence of teachers of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Ma'had An-Nur. This research method is carried out by observing and interviewing instructors, trainees, and other people who know the implementation of the training. Interviews and documentation were used to collect research data and were analyzed using a circular model and source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the Qur'an tahsin training activities at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Ma'had An-Nur are carried out every Friday morning for 90 minutes. The learning methods used are lectures, questions and answers, and exercises. The steps of this training activity include opening, apperception, concept introduction, increasing understanding (practice), evaluation, and closing. The results of tahsin the Koran with the Yanbu'a method have increased the enthusiasm of teachers in learning the Koran and increased teacher competence and performance in fostering student reading and memorization. Supporting factors for this training are the age of mature teachers, competent trainers, and attention from caregivers. The inhibiting factors for this training were: limited time, less conducive training venues, and the absence of tutors.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine how much influence the learning of the Yanbu'a method and the tasmi' program had on the achievement of memorizing the Qur'an of the students of PP An Nur Bantul Yogyakarta at the Attariq complex. This research used quantitative methods with three variables. The subjects in this research were 40 students. Data collection was done using interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The instrument validity test was carried out using Aiken's formula and reliability estimation was carried out using Cronbach's Alpha. Data analysis was performed by multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) the Yanbu'a method learning variable (X1) had a positive and significant relationship to the Al-Qur'an memorization achievement variable (Y), which was indicated by the correlation coefficient (Rx1Y) of 0.811, and p (sig) of 0.000. (2) the tasmi' program variable (X2) had a positive and significant relationship to the Al-Qur'an memorization achievement variable (Y). which was indicated by a correlation value (Rx2Y) of 0.821, with a p-value (sig) of 0.000. (3) simultaneously, variables X1 and X2 had an effect of 69.5% on variable Y.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the learners’ perspective of perceived needs on the English language course at pesantren - based college that is considered as English for Specific Purposes. The needs are categorized as target needs and learning needs. The subject of the study were 26 students of Islamic Education department and 19 Quranic Sciences department students, as well as the 2 lecturers from each department. The data were collected through two techniques; the survey questionnaires which were addressed to students and interview to the lecturers. The quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics by computing the percentage of the responses. Research findings revealed the target needs by identifying the goal of the English course that is to facilitate learners to communicate in English both spoken and written; while the learning needs by identifying the inputs of practicing the four skills should be both authentic and not authentic in nature as well as should contain subjects related to religious materials and every day used texts. The presented texts should be learnt through various procedures and arranged from guided to free guided tasks.

Abstract

This research aimed to (1) determine the relationship between madrasa qanuns and the discipline of class VIII MTs Al Ma'had An-Nur Sewon Bantul Yogyakarta, (2) find out the relationship between teacher exemplary and student discipline in the class, and (3) find out how much influence there is. madrasa qanuns and the teacher's example of student discipline in the class. This research used a quantitative method with three variables, namely the madrasa qanun variable (X1), teacher exemplary (X2), and student discipline (Y). The subjects in this research were students of class VIII who opened 80 people. Data was collected by using questionnaire, observation, documentation and interview methods. Based on the analysis conducted using multiple regression test with an error rate of 5%, it was concluded that: (1) there was a positive and significant relationship between the variables of Islamic qanun (X1) and student discipline (Y). It was indicated by the correlation value (r) of 0.739 and p (sig) of 0.000. (2) there was a positive and significant relationship between the teacher exemplary variable (X2) and student discipline (Y). It was indicated by the correlation value (r) 0.291 and p (sig) of 0.000. (3) together the variables of madrasa qanun (X1) and teacher's example (X2) affect student discipline by 56.2%.
