Abstract

Organisasi adalah tempat dimana terdapat kumpulan individu yang mempunyai tujuan sama. Dalam berorganisasi individu saling berinteraksi dan bekerja sama dalam melakukan suatu kegiatan, sehingga perlunya komitmen. Komitmen yang ada dalam diri setiap individu tidak semuanya terikat kuat dalam berorganisasi. Komitmen berorganisasi sangat penting dalam pengembangan suatu organiasai. Perlu adanya kesadaran dalam komitmen organiasasi agar individu memiliki rasa tanggung jawab dalam mengembangan organiasi yang diikuti. Pengembangan organiasi itu akan mengembang bila individu memiliki manajemen diri yang baik. Pengembangan manajem komitmen adalag tahaoan dimana individu untuk mengatur tindakannya agar dapat hidup dengan terstruktur dan produktif. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan melalui skala TNA (Training Need Analysis), dengan aspek kepemimpinan, kerjasama, komitmen, teamwork, dan manajemen diri yang diikuti oleh 8 peseerta. Hasil perhitungan yang didapat melalui skala manajemen diri sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan dengan memberikan pretest dan posttest kepada subjek pelatihan diberikan. Pengukuran ini dilakukan dengan memberikan penilaian pada lembar observasi yang telah di buat peneliti dan membandingkan hasilnya. Pengujian hasil yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis uji statistik wilcoxon match pairs mendapatkan hasil Thitung=1,0 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,05 dan pada Ttabel=4. Hal ini menunjukkan Thitung < Ttabel sehingga ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari pelatihan manajemn diri dalam komitmen berorganisasi pada mahasiswa.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an educational game tool (APE) that can stimulate the sensor-motor abilities of children with special needs who have problems in motor and movement development. APE was developed in addition to playing but also aims to provide education and other experiences according to their developmental age and needs. The research method used is the ADDIE development research method (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The subjects in this study were 20 person children with mild ID and autism, aged 8-12 years consisting of 12 girls and 8 boys. This study involved 4 experts, consisting of 2 learning media experts, 1 psychologist, and 1 Adaptive Physical Educator. Based on the analysis by experts using CVI and CVR, the sensory scooter board game tool obtained a mean score of 0.6 which means it has high validity, in other words the sensory scooter board APE developed is safe, inexpensive (low cost), and stimulates the motor skills of children with special needs.

Abstract

Children with special needs is a child who has obstacles in his growth and development. Children with special needs with multiple disabilities are children who have special learning needs and barriers caused by a combination of barriers and special learning needs caused by a combination of physical, sensory, social, emotional, intellectual and others. The condition of this multiple obstacle varies greatly depending on the type of mild and severity of the obstacle experienced. This study aims to produce an educational game tool (APE) to assist teachers and parents coaches in stimulating motor skills related to static and dynamic balance’s children with special needs. The research methods model used is ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation), involving 4 teachers and 20 students with special needs (8-12 years olds). expert judgment in this study consisted of 4 experts, consisting 2 learning media experts, 1 psychologist, and 1 adaptive physical educator. Expert  analysis of APE balance board sensory product using CVI and CVR, based on the result of the analysis, an average score of 0.7 which means the validity is high and it can be concluded that APE balance board sensory help teachers and parents stimulate the static and dynamic balance skill children with special needs.
