Abstract

Background taken this problems bacause the learning of teachers only implement elabotarion activities alone moderate exploration activities and confirmation is often not implemented. One for students can understand on learning materials is to carry out the core activities consisting of exploration, elaboration and konfirmation. The aims of this study to know describe the influence of process implementation of the core activities of teaching sociology at SMA Kartika 1-5 Padang. This type of research is ex post facto, the study subjects were taken proportional random sampling. The population in this study were all students of class XI IPS consists of 4 classes. The sampling technique is done randomly, which was selected as the sample class is class XI IPS 1 and IPS 2.  The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire using a Likert scale form. The data analysis technique used in this study were student activity that has been modified to be observed student activity. Assessment results of this study were students of the core activities undertaken by teachers is very influential because most students rated the highest at 51,25%, while the lowest at 23,75%. For teachers, the core activities affect learning in high school sociology Kartika 1-5 Padang, due to the influence of the highest value of 100%, while the lowest value of 20%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the intrinsic value of work, financial rewards, work environment, professional recognition, social values, and personality labor market considerations in the selection of public accountant career.The samples in this study were students of existing state and private universities in Pekanbaru. Methods of data collection in this study is the method of questionnaire survey using instruments that are delivered directly to the students. Total Respondents were used in this analysis were 134 respondents (89%). Methods of Analysis is conducted with a multipleregression analysis using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) Version 17.The results of testing hypotheses using the t test, concluded H2, H3, H4, H6 is accepted which has a significance value p-value <0.5, indicating that the variable financial reward, work environment, professional recognition, social values and labor market considerations have influence on the selection of public accountant career. While variable intrinsic value of work, social values and personality have a significance value of p-value > 0.5, H1, H5, H7 is not acceptable. The coefficient of determination in this study was 70%. These four variables affect the dependent variable by 70%, while 30% is influenced by other variables that are not addressed in this study.Keywords : Job Intrinsic Value, Financial Awards, Work Environment, Professional Recognition, Social Values, Job Market Considerations, Personality

Abstract

This research is conducted at Azwa Perfume Pekanbaru which is located at Teuku Umar Street No 79, Rintis, Lima Puluh, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is to know how big influence of service excellence and price to consumer loyalty at Azwa Perfume Pekanbaru. Samples in this study were taken as many as 100 respondents and the techniques used accidental sampling. The data in this study using survey method through questionnaires filled by consumers. The data obtained from the questionnaire and then processed to then tested through statistics through the SPSS program.Hypothesis testing using simple linear analysis method and multiple linear analysis. From the results of tests conducted indicate that service excellence and price have a positive and significant impact on consumer loyalty in Azwa Perfume Pekanbaru. With R2 value of 0.700. This shows that service excellence and price give 70% influence on consumer loyalty at Azwa Perfume Pekanbaru, while the remaining 30% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: Service Excellence, Price and Consumer Loyalty
