Abstract

This research aims to determine the evaluation of village fund allocation, and enabling and inhibiting factors affecting the implementation of the use of the Village Fund Allocation in Village Tambusai Utara, Subdistrict Tambusai Utara, District of Rokan Hulu. This research use primary and secondary data, this research is a descriptif research which analyzed with Logical Framework method used by Bappenas. Analysis based on the method Logical Framework is done, the results showed implementation management of the Village Fund Allocation in support of village of Development in Tambusai Utara. that the Village Fund Allocation obtained Tambusai Utara of village in the 2013 budget of Rp.439.560.000, whereas in 2014 acquire funds (ADD) Rp.375.800.00. The use of the Village Fund Allocation Utara Tambusai is more widely used for fixed income headman and village officials by 45% / Rp.167.800.000 and operational funds for the village of Rp.43.680.000 or around 12%, whereas for the construction of village infrastructure is very small allocation of funds amount of Rp.19.436.000 or around 5%. Factors supporting the implementation the management of the Village Fund Allocation one of which is high original earnings village, which reached Rp.943.745.418. Factors inhibiting the implementation of ADD in the village of Tambusai Utara namely : lack of human resources, both from the village administration has yet professional, and the still weak sub-district and district government guidance so that village empowerment is not maximized.Keywords : Evaluation, Village Fund Allocation, Logical Framework.

Abstract

This study aimes to analyze the effect inflicted by The variable, Credit Distribution and Non Performing Loan (NPL) towards the Profitability Bank Rakyat Indonesia Period 2006-2015. The research using quantitative analysis, partial and simultaneous analysis (multiple linear regression analysis using EVIEWS version 9.5 program facility). The results of tests that have been done, simultaneous regression test (F test) shows that the, Credit Distribution and Non Performing Loan (NPL) together significant influence toward the Bank Rakyat Indonesia. Test the partial regression (t test) indicates that the Credit Distribution variables have a significant influence toward the Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Non Performing Loan variables have a significant influence toward the Bank Rakyat Indonesia. The influence of the Bank Rakyat Indonesia described by a variable Credit Distribution and Non Performing Loan (NPL) jointly amounted to 77,8% (R2=0,778406) while the remaining 22,2% is influenced by other variables not examined in the study this research.Keyword: Credit Distribution, Non Performing Loan (NPL) and Profitability

Abstract

Penggunaan sabun cuci piring tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kehidupan masyarakat. Mengingat fungsi produk ini sangat penting untuk menjamin kebersihan alat-alat rumah tangga. Pengeluaran untuk membeli produk ini sifatnya permanen dan berulang setiap waktu. Berdasarkan pengamatan yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdian diketahui bahwa biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk membeli bahan komposisi pembuatan sabun cuci piring lebih ekonomis dibandingkan dengan harga sabun cuci piring siap pakai. Dengan demikian, jika masyarakat mampu memproduksi sabun cuci piring sendiri maka hal tersebut akan memberikan keuntungan dari selisih biaya tersebut. Keuntungan yang diperoleh dapat berupa penghematan pengeluaran rutin rumahtangga dan hal ini berpotesi menjadi peluang usaha yang akan menambah pendapatan bagi masyarakat. Masyarakat merasa lebih aman dan tidak khawatir dalam menggunakan produk karena mengetahui dengan baik bahan-bahan yang digunakan. Berdasarkan analisis situasi dan latar belakang tersebut, maka tim pengabdian dan Kukerta UNRI melaksanakan kegiatan sosialisasi pembuatan sabun cuci piring di Kelurahan Rintis dengan harapan masyarakat akan mendapatkan pengetahuan pembuatan sabun cuci piring sendiri.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology gave birth to digital banking, better known as digital banking. How to prepare Islamic banks to take opportunities and challenges in the digital era. Sharia banking in the city of Pekanbaru is experiencing a period of digitalization. This study uses a qualitative method as a phenomenological approach to identify opportunities and challenges for Islamic banks in the digital banking era. Information is aggregated through monitoring, debriefing, and voting. The results of this research create opportunities and challenges experienced by Islamic banks in the digital era, namely; 1) the relief experienced after the emergence of digital banking began as a relief for doing business without having to attend the bank directly. 2) Digital banking is a Sharia design based on the Islamic religion which is far from usury. 3) Accelerate the activities of Islamic banks in Malay, the customers. The challenges experienced by Islamic banks in the digital banking era were due to the high level of competition as conventional banks and the slow internet network which was always neglected. Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat melahirkan perbankan digital atau lebih dikenal dengan digital banking. Bagaimana mempersiapkan bank syariah dalam mengambil peluang dan tantangan di era digital. Perbankan syariah di kota Pekanbaru sedang mengalami masa digitalisasi. Penelitian ini memakai tata cara kualitatif sebagai pendekatan fenomenologis untuk mengenali kesempatan serta tantangan bank syariah di masa perbankan digital. Informasi digabungkan lewat pemantauan, tanya jawab, serta pemilihan. Hasil riset ini menciptakan kesempatan serta tantangan yang dialami bank syariah di masa digital, ialah; 1) keringanan yang dialami sesudah timbulnya digital banking dimulai sebagai keringanan berbisnis tanpa wajib menghadiri bank langsung. 2) Perbankan digital ialah rancangan syariah bersumber pada anutan agama Islam yang jauh dari riba. 3) Memesatkan aktivitas bank syariah di Melayu ini nasabahnya. Tantangan yang dirasakan bank syariah di masa perbankan digital ini diakibatkan tingginya tingkatan kompetisi sebagai bank konvensional serta lambatnya jaringan internet yang senantiasa terabaikan.

Abstract

The main aim of the research is to detail the relationship between digital technology adoption and corporate performance indicators, paying particular attention to the way digital culture plays a key moderating role in this process. This research was conducted qualitatively through surveys and interviews. The informants used in this research were 3 informants. Survey and interview results show a large variety of answers from informants. From the results of the interviews, the dimensions and indicators forming the variables of digital technology, digital culture, and digital performance were obtained. A deep understanding of the complex relationship between digital technology, company performance, and digital culture is a key foundation for developing effective strategies. Digital technology influences digital performance, digital culture influences digital performance, and digital culture moderates the influence of digital technology on digital performance, respectively qualitatively. Companies are recommended to provide in-depth education and training to employees on the use of digital technology and its impact on company culture. Encourage employee acceptance and active involvement in digital transformation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the business competition of the Batik industry in Pelalawan Regency and to determine the competition in increasing sales. The approach method used in this research is descriptive quantitative approach. The types of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Where primary data is obtained directly from respondents through interviews, questionnaires, documentation. While secondary data is obtained through government agencies such as the Central Bureau of Statistics of Pelalawan Regency and Pelalawan Regency Disperindag. The analysis method used is MS, CR4, IHH, CLR, PCM and Porter Analysis, a population of 5 batik businesses and a sample of 5 batik business units. The results of the analysis show that the market structure of the Batik industry in Pelalawan Regency is an oligopoly market with the highest Market Share (MS) of 29.066%, and the lowest Market Share (MS) of 10.381%, with a CR4 value of 89.613% and an IHH value of 2.262.126. Then the behavioral analysis calculated based on CLR shows that the batik industry in Pelalawan Regency is a capital-intensive industry, and the performance of the batik industry calculated based on PCM shows. The results of porter analysis research can be seen that the business competition of the batik industry in Pelalawan Regency is quite high in terms of supplier variables that are quite strong from outside the region. The variable side of new entrants is a threat because the products produced will cause price competition and product quality. The variable side of the substitute product substitution that threatens the existence of a business is the existence of online goods and ready-made goods with relatively cheap prices and good product quality

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan, keamanan, kemudahan, kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian secara online. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen PT. Yanmarindo Perkasa yang melakukan pembelian secara online. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode convenience sampling yang dimana sampelnya berjumlah 100 sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Dalam penelitian ini, data primer diperoleh langsung dari responden dengan membagikan kuesioner sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh langsung dari perusahaan berupa data hasil penjualan tahunan secara online oleh pihak marketing PT. Yanmarindo Perkasa. Teknik analisis penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan bantuan software SPSS versi 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel kemudahan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian secara online pada PT. Yanmarindo Perkasa, sedangkan variabel kepercayaan, keamanan, kualitas pelayanan dan harga memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian secara online pada PT. Yanmarindo Perkasa. This study aims to determine the effect of trust, security, convenience, service quality and price on online purchasing decisions. The population in this study were consumers of PT. Yanmarindo Perkasa who makes online purchases. The sampling technique used convenience sampling method in which the sample amounted to 100 samples. This study uses primary data and secondary data. In this study, primary data was obtained directly from respondents by distributing questionnaires, while secondary data was obtained directly from the company in the form of annual sales data online by the marketing party of PT. Yanmarindo Perkasa. The research analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 21 software. The results of this study indicate that the convenience variable has a positive and significant influence on online purchasing decisions at PT. Yanmarindo Perkasa, while the variables of trust, security, service quality and price have a positive but not significant effect on online purchasing decisions at PT. Yanmarindo Perkasa.
