Abstract

Setiap tahunnya terjadi peningkatan wirausaha terutama wirausaha pemula namun, kendala yang sering dihadapi oleh para wirausaha pemula adalah sumber pendanaan untuk meningkatkan kegiatan operasional dan pemasaran usaha mereka. Selain itu salah satu kendala yang dihadapi oleh wirausaha mapan adalah masih belum mengerti cara mengelolah keuntungan yang diperoleh dari kegiatan usaha mereka. Oleh karena itu, Fellowship MORE yang merupakan komunitas para pengusaha dibawah naungan Gereja Bethel Indonesia (GBI) melakukan kegiatan Seminar dengan tujuan membantu para pengusaha / wirausaha agar mendapatkan wawasan tentang sumber pendanaan hingga memilih investasi yang cocok sesuai dengan profil resiko masing-masing pengusaha.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether leadership, motivation and compensation an influence positive on the performance of employees of PT. LG Electronics.. The population in this study were all employees of PT. LG Electronics totaled 40 people. The sampling technique in this study is a census technique because the population is small. Thus, the number of samples in this study were 40 respondents. The method of analysis in this study is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 25. The results obtained by leadership influence positive and significant on employee performance motivation and compensation an influence positive and significant on the performance of employees of PT. LG Electronics. It is recommended to add or expand the sample in further research so as to obtain results that are more representative of the overall situation of employees. The next research period was enlarged to obtain a larger number of samples.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of product quality, price, brand image and promotion on customer satisfaction at Lazada (Case Study of Communities in Pekanbaru City). Determination of the sample in this study using accidental sampling. This study uses primary data. In this study, primary data were obtained directly from respondents by dividing questionnaires or lists of statements on a predetermined sample. Secondary data is generally in the form of evidence, historical records or reports arranged in published archives. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis with a sample of 150 respondents. The research results show that product quality, price, and promotion have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Lazada, while brand image has no significant effect on customer satisfaction at Lazada.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan, keamanan, kemudahan, kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian secara online. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen PT. Yanmarindo Perkasa yang melakukan pembelian secara online. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode convenience sampling yang dimana sampelnya berjumlah 100 sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Dalam penelitian ini, data primer diperoleh langsung dari responden dengan membagikan kuesioner sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh langsung dari perusahaan berupa data hasil penjualan tahunan secara online oleh pihak marketing PT. Yanmarindo Perkasa. Teknik analisis penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan bantuan software SPSS versi 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel kemudahan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian secara online pada PT. Yanmarindo Perkasa, sedangkan variabel kepercayaan, keamanan, kualitas pelayanan dan harga memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian secara online pada PT. Yanmarindo Perkasa. This study aims to determine the effect of trust, security, convenience, service quality and price on online purchasing decisions. The population in this study were consumers of PT. Yanmarindo Perkasa who makes online purchases. The sampling technique used convenience sampling method in which the sample amounted to 100 samples. This study uses primary data and secondary data. In this study, primary data was obtained directly from respondents by distributing questionnaires, while secondary data was obtained directly from the company in the form of annual sales data online by the marketing party of PT. Yanmarindo Perkasa. The research analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 21 software. The results of this study indicate that the convenience variable has a positive and significant influence on online purchasing decisions at PT. Yanmarindo Perkasa, while the variables of trust, security, service quality and price have a positive but not significant effect on online purchasing decisions at PT. Yanmarindo Perkasa.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment, emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication skills on employee performance. This research was carried out at CV. HM in Pekanbaru City. The population in this study was all 41 employees at CV.HM. With Roscoe's theory, the sample in this study was 40 people using the census method. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The research results explain that the work environment has a positive and significant influence, emotional intelligence also has a positive and significant influence and interpersonal communication skills have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kecerdasan emosi dan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada CV. HM di Kota Pekanbaru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di CV.HM sebanyak 41 orang. Dengan teori roscoe maka sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 orang menggunakan metode sensus. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, kecerdasan emosi juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan dan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
