Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji lebih dalam dampak pandemi Covid-19 terhadap industri rumah tangga pangan di Kota Padang terutama dalam hal perubahan pendapatan dan bagaimana stategi bertahan mereka di tengah pandemi agar tetap eksis. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak pada pendapatan industri rumah tangga pangan di Kota Padang secara bervariasi tergantung pada jenis usaha serta strategi bertahan yang mereka lakukan. Adapun strategi yang dilakukan oleh usaha mikro di wilayah pariwisata Kota Padang yaitu Melalui wawancara dan pencatatan data dari angket penelitian dapat diketahui upaya yang dilakukan dalam mempertahankan usahanya yaitu meletakkan hasil industri di warung terdekat, rumah makan, promosi melalui media sosial seperti Facebook, Marketplace, dan group Whatsapps. Promosi yang dilakukan oleh industri rumah tangga dengan media sosial cukup membantu dalam mempromosikan hasil produksinya selama covid-19 terjadi. Strategi bertahan yang tepat untuk meredam dampak Covid-19 adalah dengan menerapkan strategi-strategi yang dapat memberikan nilai tambah sekaligus dapat menjamin keberlanjutan usaha.

Abstract

Islamic economics developed from the history of Muslim thinkers in the past. They see that in the order of community life as a whole there is no separation of scientific disciplines, so they see that in this case there is a need for policies that regulate the community's economy. This can be used as a tool to see why economics has not been discovered as a separate discipline in the past. In addition to knowing the relevance of whether Islamic economics is a combination of two economic systems or does it stand alone and is an alternative economy in the current era, it is necessary to study the thoughts and schools of Islamic economics.

Abstract

This service aims to contribute as a marketing strategy and increase visitors to the caribakatmu.com website, which was managed by PT Ahad Edutama Inovasi with the technology acceptance model (TAM) approach. This service method was Participatory Action Research (PAR), where the service team assisted partners in research to solve problems. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 website user respondents in which the questions were based on the approach used. Path analysis was used in this activity with the SEM-PLS program to comprehensively determine the direct and indirect effects of exogenous variables on endogenous ones. This service analysis showed that Caribakatmu.com was following the technology acceptance model. The variables perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness significantly affect attitude towards using and behavioral intention. However, with the addition of age and gender control variables, there are several suggestions for Caribakatmu.com, including 1) the Development of services for the student level up to the company level; 2) Expanding personality testing by providing visual tests, memory games and creativity so that talent mapping is comprehensive; 3) Adding the share feature so that users can promote this website.

Abstract

Digital transformation is urgent for every aspect of life today. This is also inseparable from pesantren as Indonesia's centers of Islamic religious education. This study aims to see how the digital transformation process in the human resources field in Islamic boarding schools is. The approach to this research is library research, in which a review of the literature related to the research topic is carried out. The discussion results show that several aspects must be improved, namely 1. Digitizing Human Resource Management Activities, 2. Creative Thinking, Innovative and Collaboration Behavior, 3. Leadership and Digital Transformation, 4. Digital Environment. Transformation in human capital can increase work effectiveness, simplify work and save costs in a sustainable process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price levels on consumer decisions, the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth Marketing (E-WOMM) on consumer decisions and the influence of price levels and Electronic Word of Mouth Marketing (E-WOMM) on consumer decisions to use Rangkayo Basa Hotel services. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The analysis used is simple regression analysis, multiple linear regression with the classic assumption test t test and f test, for data processing used SPSS for Windows version 23. The data used is data Based on the questionnaire technique at Hotel Rangkayo Basa Based on the results of the study, the researcher came to the following conclusions: 1) The results of hypothesis testing showed that the tcount was 5.853 and ttable 1.985 because tcount> ttable, the first hypothesis was accepted meaning that there was an influence of price levels on consumer decisions. 2) Electronic Word of Mouth Marketing (E-WOMM) partially influences the consumer's decision as evidenced by the tcount of 7.724 and ttable of 1.985, the second hypothesis is accepted. 3) Simultaneously with the results of the significance test or F test, the F count was 43.466 and the F table was 3.09 with a significant value of 0.000%. Then the hypothesis is simultaneously accepted meaning that there is a positive influence between the price level and Electronic Word of Mouth Marketing (E-WOMM) on the consumer's decision to use sharia hotel services in the city of Padang.Keywords: Price Level, Electronic Word of Mouth Marketing (E-WOMM), Consumer Decisions

Abstract

Community service in the form of sharia economic literacy aims to provide students with understanding and insight regarding sharia economics both theoretically and practically, help students map out careers with the sharia economics study program and introduce STEI Ar Risale West Sumatra to SMA/MA students. Thus, the aim and target of implementing this PkM activity is that it is hoped that students will become driving agents and can contribute to the advancement of Sharia Economics in the city of Padang, West Sumatra.
