Abstract

The quality of human resources can be measured from the achievement of performance in the organization, the more quality the resources possessed by an organization then the achievement of performance will be optimal. In this study, the effect of OCB and compensation on performance with work overload as a mediating variable at PT. Semen Padang. The sample in this study amounted to 64 people. Data collection via questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) - Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study are: 1) OCB has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. 2) OCB has a positive and significant effect on Work overload. 3) Compensation provides a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 4) Compensation provides a positive and significant effect on employee work overload. 5) Work overload has a negative and not significant effect on employee performance. 6) OCB gives an negative effect on performance with work overload as a mediating variable and 7) Compensation gives an negative effect on performance with work overload as a Mediating Variable. Kualitas sumber daya manusia dapat diukur dari pencapaian kinerja dalam organisasi, semakin berkualitas sumberdaya yang dimiliki suatu organisasi makan pencapaian kinerja akan optimal. Dalam penelitian ini melihat pengaruh OCB dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja dengan work overload sebagai variabel mediasi di PT. Semen Padang. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 64 orang. Pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) –Pertial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini adalah : 1) OCB memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan. 2) OCB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Work overload. 3) Kompensasi memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan. 4) Kompensasi memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work overload karyawan. 5) Work overload memberikan pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan. 6) OCB memberikan pengaruh negatif tehadap kinerja dengan work overload sebagai variabel mediasi dan 7) Kompensasi memberikan pengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja dengan work overload sebagai Variabel Mediasi.

Abstract

Dampak pandemi COVID–19 telah menyentuh seluruh kalangan masyarakat, terutama pelaku usaha UMKM. Sudah saatnya pelaku usaha dan masyarakat yang terdampak perlu mengefektifkan teknologi seperti platform jual beli dan media sosial untuk bertahan pada masa pandemi ini. Tujuan pengabdian ini yaitu menumbuhkembangkan pemikiran pelaku usaha dan masyarakat untuk menggunakan digital marketing agar dapat memperluas jangakauan pasar. Metode pengabdian ini yaitu dilaksanakan secara webinar dengan melalukan pra-survey sebelum webinar dan pasca-survey setelah webinar, analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif. Webinar terlaksana bersama 52 peserta yang terdiri dari 43,1% pelaku usaha dan 59, 6% masyarakat yang berdomisili area danau Maninjau, Hasil pra-survey menunjukkan bahwa nilai TCR untuk penggunaan digital marketing yaitu 37,2% tergolong kurang dan nilai TCR untuk ketertarikan menggunakan digital marketing yaitu 52,2% tergolong cukup. Setelah melaksanakan webinar, dilakukan kembali pasca-survey dengan hasil yaitu TCR untuk kepemahaman materi webinar sebesar 65,2% tergolong baik, TCR untuk ketertarikan penggunaan digital marketing meningkat menjadi 77,2% tergolong baik, TCR untuk kefektifan digital marketing dalam memperluas pasar yaitu 78% tergolong baik dan 88% responden berpendapat bahwa digital marketing akan membantu penjualan UMKM dimasa pandemi ini. Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian tersebut, responden merasakan manfaat yang signifikan dalam hal penggunaan digital marketing.

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 is a new challenge for several industries where industry players are forced to improve their systems and services in order to compete. The purpose of this study is to see the effect of digital leadership, innovation management on competitive advantage with quality management as a mediating variable. The population of this research is 70 employees, by using the Slovin formula  a sample of 60 respondents was obtained from Samsung Center Padang with data collection using questionnaires. Structural Equation Model (SEM) – Partial Least Square (PLS) was used to analyze the data in this study. The results of this study are: 1) Digital leadership and innovation management have a positive and significant impact on competitive advantage. 2) Digital leadership and innovation management have a positive and significant impact on quality management. 3) Quality management has a significant positive effect on the competitive advantage of Samsung Center Padang. 4) Quality Management mediates Digital leadership and innovation management towards competitive advantage.

Abstract

Health workers are one of the human resources who have been heavily affected by the post-COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to physical health, emotional fatigue is also obtained by health workers. This study aims to examine the effect of leader member exchange, emotional exhaustion and the mediating role of organizational commitment on the performance of health workers. The sample selection technique used random sampling and obtained a sample of 59 respondents from health workers at Alahan Panjang Public Health Center, Solok. The data analysis technique used Structure Equation Model (SEM) - Partial Least Square (PLS). From the results of the study it can be concluded that LMX has no significant effect on emotional exhaustion, but LMX has a significant effect on organizational commitment. Emotional exhaustion has a significant effect on organizational commitment and emotional exhaustion also has a significant effect on employee performance and organizational commitment has a significant effect on performance. The mediating role of organizational commitment between emotional exhaustion and performance has a negative and insignificant effect.

Abstract

Balanced scorecard adalah salah satu teknik evaluasi bisnis modern yang meninjau dari empat perspektif untuk menentukan strategi bisnis kedepannya. PT. Mahameru Duta Pasifik pada saat ini masih menggunakan teknik evaluasi lama yang menjadikan perusahaan salah dalam mengambil keputusan strategis. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah membantu PT. Mahameru Duta Pasifik dalam menilai kinerja dengan pendekatan Balanced scorecard. Metode pengabdian ini yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada perusahaan untuk memperoleh data primer dan skunder, dimana pernyataan disusun berdasarkan Critical Success Factors. Adapun hasil dari penerapan balanced scorecard memberikan beberapa rekomendasi kebijakan diantaranya 1) Mengatur rute distribusi dan menyalurkan pada satu waktu, hal ini dapat menurunkan biaya operasional dan meminimasi biaya distribusi, 2) Lebih menjalin kerjasama yang baik dengan berbagai retail serta menstimulus dengan strategi bundling maupun diskon, hal ini dapat meningkatkan tingkat kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan serta meningkatkan kepercayaan mitra kepada perusahaan. 3) Memberikan pelatihan kreativitas kepada karyawan agar menjadi perilaku yang inovatif. Karyawan yang inovatif akan mengimplementasikan ide kreatifnya pada aktivitas bisnis yang akan menguntungkan perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much influence the financial performance, sharia supervisory board, and corporate governance on sharia banking responsibilities in Indonesia. The population in this study is all Sharia banks in Indonesia from 2015 to 2019. In contrast, the samples in this study were determined by purposive sampling, so 14 samples were obtained. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from www.bi.go.id. Based on the results of financial performance research, it does not influence social responsibility, the sharia supervisory board does not affect social responsibility, and partially there is a positive and significant influence between corporate governance on Islamic social responsibility in sharia banking in the period 2015-2019.

Abstract

This service aims to contribute as a marketing strategy and increase visitors to the caribakatmu.com website, which was managed by PT Ahad Edutama Inovasi with the technology acceptance model (TAM) approach. This service method was Participatory Action Research (PAR), where the service team assisted partners in research to solve problems. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 website user respondents in which the questions were based on the approach used. Path analysis was used in this activity with the SEM-PLS program to comprehensively determine the direct and indirect effects of exogenous variables on endogenous ones. This service analysis showed that Caribakatmu.com was following the technology acceptance model. The variables perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness significantly affect attitude towards using and behavioral intention. However, with the addition of age and gender control variables, there are several suggestions for Caribakatmu.com, including 1) the Development of services for the student level up to the company level; 2) Expanding personality testing by providing visual tests, memory games and creativity so that talent mapping is comprehensive; 3) Adding the share feature so that users can promote this website.

Abstract

Digital transformation is urgent for every aspect of life today. This is also inseparable from pesantren as Indonesia's centers of Islamic religious education. This study aims to see how the digital transformation process in the human resources field in Islamic boarding schools is. The approach to this research is library research, in which a review of the literature related to the research topic is carried out. The discussion results show that several aspects must be improved, namely 1. Digitizing Human Resource Management Activities, 2. Creative Thinking, Innovative and Collaboration Behavior, 3. Leadership and Digital Transformation, 4. Digital Environment. Transformation in human capital can increase work effectiveness, simplify work and save costs in a sustainable process.

Abstract

 Objectives: This study aims to investigate the importance of strategy to increase competitive advantage which was studied from creativity, Innovative Work Behavior, and preceded by psychological empowerment through the mediating effects of the creativity, creative behavior, and moderation of digital leadershipMethodology: This study uses a quantitative approach where questionnaires are distributed to 254 SMEs in West Sumatra, Indonesia. The analysis technique used is path analysis using SEM-PLS.Finding: The results showed that psychological empowerment has a direct effect on creativity and innovative work behavior but has no effect on competitive advantage. Creativity affects innovative work behavior but does not affect competitive advantage. Innovative work behavior affects competitive advantage. Creativity mediates psychological empowerment for innovative work behavior but does not mediate competitive advantage, and innovative work behavior mediates psychological empowerment and creativity for competitive advantage. Digital leadership mediates creativity into innovative work behaviors and innovative work behaviors into competitive advantages but does not mediate psychological empowerment and creativity into competitive advantages.Conclusion: To compete in the current era, creativity is needed based on the wishes of the employees themselves so that it will be easy to shape the innovative behavior of employees. This innovative behavior will be the initiator of the development of SMEs. In addition, leaders should follow trends and technological developments and guide employees to improve their IT insight. Thus, it will accelerate the behavior change to be innovative and be able to win the competition in the current technological era.
