Abstract

Pelayanan merupakan hal terpenting dalam memberikan kenyamanan terhadap pelanggan. Loyalitas kepada konsumen ditandai dengan konsumen yang terus menerus mau menggunakan jasa dari suatu perusahaan. Selain mengetahui tingkat layanan yang sudah ada, dan mengetahui adanya perbedaan antara kondisi yang ada dengan harapan konsumen maka perlu dilakukan usaha untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan sesuai dengan harapan konsumen. Sektor jasa adalah sektor yang banyak bekontribusi pada sektor pertumbuhan ekonomi. Peningkatan layanan konsumen adalah salah satu faktor dari keberhasilan industri jasa. Pada sistem manajemen perusahaan merasa perlu melakukan peningkatan kualitas layanan untuk mempertahankan konsumen yang ada di PT. Telkom Ases tersebut. Aplikasi metode QFD (Quality Function Deployment) adalah sebuah metode yang membawa sebuah system pelayanan menjadi terbesar di Asia dan dunia. Metode QFD telah luas digunakan diberbagai bidang penelitian dan sistem pengambilan keputusan. QFD merupakan penelitian yang didasarkan bagaimana suara konsumen diterjemahkan kepada aspek-aspek teknis yang menunjang pelaksanaannya di lapangan. Dalam penelitian ini metode QFD digunakan dalam sistem peningkatan layanan konsumen.

Abstract

One of the areas in Batu Bara Regency, Pahlawan Village, Tanjung Tiram District, has an area of ??173.79 kmĀ² and is located in a lowland area with an altitude of 0.-4.5m which is directly adjacent to the Malacca Strait to the east. Where almost half of the area is affected by sea tides, Hero Village has a tropical climate with two seasons namely the rainy season and the dry season. The people who live in Pahlawan Village, Tanjung Tiram District. There are so many obstacles faced by the people of Pahlawan Village, including the problem of flooding which has an impact on the health and the economy of the community. Lack of counseling and knowledge, as well as public awareness of the occurrence of flooding during high tides, and when the rainy season will increase the water discharge at sea level will rise so that it can cause flooding. In this study, the implementation of machine learning was used as a mapping system for flood-prone areas in Pahlawan Village, Batu Bara District, with data analysis used using primary and secondary data, both qualitative and quantitative. Due to the occurrence of floods, and the impact of losses that affect material and non-material, it is very important to map flood-prone areas for regional development planning. Identification of potential flooding involves machine learning using the Random Forest method, taking into account the triggering factors for flooding. The Random Forest method also provides sensitivity parameters using a Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) curve which indicates areas prone to flooding, for example, Pahlawan Village, Tanjung Tiram District

Abstract

The election of the OSIS Chair at the high school and vocational school level plays an important role in forming student leadership. However, conventional methods of selection are often inefficient and prone to unclear results. This research develops an e-voting application to facilitate the election of OSIS Chairpersons in SMA and SMK in Growth Village. This application was designed with the aim of increasing integrity, transparency and efficiency in the election process. Based on trials carried out, this e-voting application shows a significant increase in the accuracy of results and voter satisfaction compared to traditional methods. Apart from that, this application is also easily accessible to the people of Growth Village, thereby increasing voter participation.

Abstract

Information technology is growing from time to time, more and more corporate agencies, both government and one, apply information technology in carrying out their work. By using this information technology can facilitate a job that used to use a manual system has switched to a computerized system. This study aims to build an E-Picket application that will be applied at the Pertumbukan Village office, Wampu District, Langkat Regency. The benefits of this research can provide convenience for the Pertumbukan Village Office, Wampu District in making employee picket schedules in serving the needs of the community using a computerized system. Based on trials conducted, this e-picket application shows an increase in the performance of village office employees in serving the needs of the village community by scheduling employee pickets properly and supporting Pertumbukan village to make one of the villages that improve facilities and infrastructure in processing digitization-based picket data, namely using information system technology using electronic computer devices.
