Abstract

Based on the results of preliminary observations on the medical record file for the BPJS patient accident case that was carried out by researchers at the Baubau City Hospital in 2019, the coding of the diagnosis on the medical record form for the BPJS patient accident case at the Baubau City Hospital was not accompanied by an external cause code. This study aims to identify the causes of the external causes code not yet implemented in the medical record file of BPJS patient accident cases at the Baubau City Regional General Hospital. This research was conducted in the PPTARS room of Baubau City Hospital. The design of this study was a descriptive study with a qualitative approach with a case study design. Research subjects included one inpatient coding officer and head of the medical records field. The object of this research is the medical record file of BPJS patient accident case and the standard operational procedure about external causes in Baubau City Hospital. Data collection techniques was done by observation, interview and documentation study. The results showed that aspects that affected the implementation of the external causes code were Man, Money, and Methods aspects. In the Man aspect, HR has never participated in training related to external causes and there have been no orders from superiors / centers regarding external causes data needs. In the Money aspect, the patient's external causes code has not had a significant effect on the patient's INA-CBGs claim and for the Methods aspect, there is no SOP related to external causes. For this reason, officers should be given training, external causes codes are taken into account in making INA-CBGs claim reporting and RL4a reports related to morbidity, and SPOs about coding external causes are compiled and applied

Abstract

Publikasi merupakan salah satu luaran dari suatu kegiatan baik dari kegiatan penelitian maupun kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Tujuan utama dari kegiatan publikasi jurnal pada aplikasi OJS adalah untuk mempublikasikan kepada masyarakat luas terkait hasil dari penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang ilmunya diharapkan dapat dimanfaatkan oleh orang banyak. Selain itu, hasil publikasi jurnal juga digunakan untuk memenuhi kewajiban isian Beban Kerja Dosen (BKD) dalam satu semester berjalan. OJS Politeknik Baubau sendiri merupakan wadah yang dibuat untuk membantu para dosen khususnya lingkup Politeknik Baubau untuk mempublikasikan hasil penelitiannya, dengan harapan dapat membantu para dosen yang kesuliatan dalam hal publikasi jurnal ilmiah. Sehingga diperlukan adanya kegiatan sosialisasi submission jurnal penelitian pada e-journal Politeknik Baubau yang sasarannya kepada seluruh dosen lingkup Politeknik Baubau.

Abstract

Design of trace/out guide Medical Record at Puskesmas Wolio, Baubau city in 2021 with research methods with a phenomenological approach. Based on the initial data collection which was carried out at the Wolio Health Center On june 5, 2021, the design of a tracer in the medical record filing section at the Wolio Health Center is very necessary in order to minimize the occurrence of Misfiles that oflen occur in the medical record filing section. The research objective is to design a tracer/out guide for medical record files that can be used at the Wolio Health Center, Baubau City. The subjects in this study were 3 medical record officers at the patient registration and filing department. The results of this study are the patient comes back then the officer looks for the register folder which turns out to be not there. Of the four tracer design drafts that have been designed for the chose a tracer design made from Poly Ethylene Terphthalate (PET) alternative 1 with consideration of the thin material so that it can be used on shelves that are full or solid and the material is elastic so that it can be used repeatedly in long period of time.

Abstract

Kejadian misfile berkas rekam medis diruang filling adalah kesalahan peletakan berkas rekam medis saat penyimpanan atau pengembalian. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi kejadian misfile di ruang Filling Puskesmas Bungi yang mengakibatkan terhambatnya pelayanan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penyebab terjadinya misfile berkas rekam medis di Ruang Filling Puskesmas Bungi. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret–Mei 2022. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari informan utama yaitu petugas rekam medis di Puskesmas Bungi. Informan kunci yaitu perawat dan kepala puskesmas. Objek penelitian ini adalah berkas rekam medis diruang filling Puskesmas Bungi. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan aspek man menunjukkan tidak terdapat petugas berlatar belakang pendidikan rekam medis, aspek machine: tidak terdapat buku tracer dan buku ekspedisi, aspek method: tidak terdapat SOP pendistribusian, aspek material: terdapat map rekam medis dan box file, aspek money: tidak terdapat anggaran tetapi sudah diajukan pengadaan rak penyimpanan. Kejadian misfile di Puskesmas bungi di sebabkan dari aspek (Man,Machine,Method, dan Money) disarankan sebaiknya di tambahkan SDM pada bagian filing dengan kualifikasi berlatarbelakang pendidikan rekam medis, diterapkan penggunaan tracer dan buku ekspedisi, dibuatkan SOP pendistribusian.

Abstract

The aim of this community service is to provide knowledge about how to make lecturer research results into community service results that are published in the National Journal indexed by Sinta. The service method used is an educational method with systematic implementation steps in the form of: activity preparation stage, activity implementation stage, activity evaluation and mentoring stage. After carrying out this service program, it is hoped that the participants will have the knowledge and expertise in converting research results into community service work published in the National Journal indexed by Sinta.

Abstract

Penelitian dan pengabdian merupakan dwidharma yang harus dijalankan oleh setiap dosen selain melaksanakan kegiatan pengajaran. Di Politeknik Baubau, untuk mendukung kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian dosen maka pihak institusi melakukan seleksi penelitian dan pengabdian dosen pendanaan internal. Selama beberapa semester sebelumnya proses seleksi proposal penelitian dan pengabdian dosen pendanaan internal menggunakan cara yang masih manual dimana semua proses pengajuan, proses review baik eksetenal maupun internal menggunakan e-mail sehingga rekam jejak proses pengajuan proposal penelitian dan pengabdian tidak memiliki proses tersistematis. Hal itulah yang mendasari pihak PPPM Politeknik Baubau untuk melakukan sosialisasi penggunaan sistim informasi penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat (Sim-pelmas) kepada dosen lingkup Politeknik Baubau. Kegiatan sosialisasi sim-pelmas diikuti sebanyak 38 orang dosen lingkup Politeknik Baubau, yang diselenggarakan selama satu hari pada 12 November 2022. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diharapakan dosen mampu mengoperkasikan aplikasi sim-pelamas dalam mengajukan proposal penelitian dan pengabdian pendanaan internal. Selain itu, dengan adanya aplikasi sim-pelmas ini rekam jejak proses pengajuan proposal tersimpan dan tercatat dengan baik pada aplikasi sim-pelmas.
