Abstract

Diabetes merupakan penyakit yang memiliki komplikasi yang paling banyak. Hal ini berkaitan dengan kadar gula darah yang tinggi terus menerus sehingga berakibat rusaknya pembuluh darah, saraf dan struktur internal lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis Pengaruh Senam Diabetes Terhadap Penurunan Kadar Gula Darah Pasien Diabetes Mellitus di Puskesmas Karanggeneng Lamongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan One Group Pretest and posttest Design. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah ada Pengaruh Senam Diabetes Terhadap Penurunan Kadar Gula Darah Pasien Diabetes Mellitus di Puskesmas Karanggeneng Lamongan. Variabel bebasnya adalah senam diabetes, sedangkan variabel tergantungnya adalah kadar glukosa darah. Populasi penelitian ini sejumlah 43 orang, dengan sampel sebanyak 39 orang. Analisis data menggunakan uji wilcoxon. Berdasarkan perhitungan uji paired sample T-Test , diperoleh  nilai t hitung = 10,202 dengan p = 0,00001 atau 0,05, artinya terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan Kadar Glukosa darah antara pre test dan post test, artinya Senam Diabetes efektif untuk menurunkan Kadar Glukosa darah pada penderita Diabetes Melitus Tipe-2 di Kabupaten Lamongan. Penderita disarankan untuk aktif dan rutin melaksanakan senam diabetes atau aktivitas jasmani lainnya secara teratur, sehingga kepekaan reseptor insulin yang sudah baik dapat dipertahankan,  sehingga  dapat  menurunkan  kadar  glukosa  darah  dan menjaga kadar glukosa darah tersebut tidak naik.

Abstract

Good family support can affect adherence to control of breast cancer patients. With the support of the family, breast cancer patients tend to be more obedient in routine control. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between family support and compliance with breast cancer patients in the Breast Cancer Community in Gresik. This study used a cross-sectional design, with the number of respondents, namely 25 breast cancer patients in the breast cancer community in Gresik, who were observed according to the inclusion criteria, the measuring instrument used was a Blue Print for Family Support, while for control compliance using MMAS-8 .The results showed that 15 respondents (60%) complied with good family support in the routine control schedule set by the doctor. while 10 respondents (40%) have less family support. Data analysis using Spearmen Rank obtained Asymp.sig results 0.00 (a <0.05), which means that there is a relationship between family support and control compliance in breast cancer patients. That is, adherence to control of breast cancer patients is influenced by family support.Most of the respondents said that family support had a big influence on the compliance of respondents' controls, whether it was verbal or moral. So that when the respondent feels that he is in a saturation point for control, family support is very influential in encouraging him to get back up

Abstract

One of the factors that influence nurse job satisfaction is the nurses' intrpersonal relationship with peers, patients and the surrounding environment. Nurses with high job satisfaction will improve their quality of life for the better. The method used in this research is correlational analytics. With a total sample of 30 respondents with a total sampling technique. The results showed that most respondents had good interpersonal relations of 24 respondents (80%). And most respondents had good job satisfaction as many as 23 respondents (76.70%). From the test results using the Spearman's rho test, the value of p <0.05 is p = 0,000 which means that there is an interpersonal relationship with the job satisfaction of nurses in ICU RSUD Dr. Haryoto Lumajang. With the better interpersonal relationships people are more open to express themselves, so the more effective the ongoing communication. As members of the nursing profession, nurses must be able to collaborate with colleagues to improve the quality of nursing services. Nurses must be able to foster good relations with all nurses in their work environment, Must respect each other and high tolerance so as to create job satisfaction in a hospital

Abstract

Altruism owned by nurses could increase patient motivation to recover soon. On the other hand, the nurses with a low altruism level could bring bad impression for patient, so the patient motivation to recover was decreased. One of factors that could affect altruism was personality. Personality was a whole way of individual communicates with other individuals. One of personality theories that was often used was big five personality. The aim of this research was to analyze the relation between big five personality and altruism of hospital nurses in Malang. This research used cross sectional design and simple random sampling technique. The total samples in this research were about 80 nurses. Moreover, this research was conducted in February, 2022. The research result referred that the category of positive behavior in nurse altruism variable has value of 53,75%, while the category of positive behavior in big five personality variable has value of 71,25%. Based on the Rank Spearman’s statistic test calculation, it showed value of α = 0,005, with correlation coefficient of 0,314. Therefore, it could refer a relation between big five personality and nurse altruism, or H1 was approved. This result was in line with various factors that could affect altruism such as presence of other individuals, environmental condition, time pressure, personality factor, mood, distress, empathy, and help for the loved person. This research expected that the nurses always have personality development, so they could provide a comprehensive nursing care along with provision of actual science.
