Abstract

Mitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah sentra pemotongan ayam pedaging di Desa Gontor Kecamatan Mlarak Kabupaten Ponorogo. Dalam proses produksinya mitra mengalami permasalahan yaitu limbah bulu ayam mencemari lingkungan di sekitar lokasi produksi. Karena masalah pencemaran limbah bulu ayam ini timbul permasalahan baru yaitu kondisi lngkungan yang tidak sehat terutama dari bau menyengat limbah. Dengan kegiatan pengabdian ini tim pengabdi mengusulkan proposal untuk mengatasi permasalahn mitra dengan cara melatih mitra menggunakan mesin penghancur bulu ayam. Bulu ayam yang sudah hancur nantinya akan digunakan sebagai pakan ternak ikan lele. Dengan demikian akan mengurangi dampak limbah bulu ayam yang dialami oleh mitra. Semakin nyaman lokasi produksi maka produktivitas mitra akan meningkat.

Abstract

Cases of motor vehicle theft are still common in the environment around us. The main cause is the knowledge of criminals, the dominant motorcycle security system is the same in every other motorcycle unit that uses a steering handlebar safety lock. Therefore the need for additional safety systems is felt very necessary to avoid motor vehicle theft. From the four tests conducted, the level of accuracy of location scanning by GPS experienced a difference in each test, this is due to the strength of the network received by the GPS device between the two devices, both from the researchers' GPS device and the GPS device attached to the vehicle unit, decreasing the relative accuracy between 6.8% and 17% in testing. The speed of response of the safety device is very dependent on the signal strength and the place where the vehicle or vehicle owner is owned by each provider, from the test delay calls are 3,2 seconds results,it was concluded that TELKOMSEL providers who have a more stable network.This is evidenced by the difference in the time of receipt of the response of vehicle safety devices when testing telephone delay calls and GPS testing. The advantage of this tool is that the assembling of components is quite simple compared to other electrical safety devices so that it is easy to peruse

Abstract

Rapid industrial progress and supported by various innovations that are increasingly using lightweight and strong materials, so that sandwich composite research is needed by utilizing existing natural fibers. Composite is an alloy of various materials which is then made using the Hand Lay Up method to create a material that has characteristics that are ductile, light and strong depending on the elements of the carrying material. The sandwich composite with pineapple leaf fiber core and 40% : 60% fiberglass skin which was processed at 70℃ for 8 hours yielded an average maximum stress of 547,721 Kgf. While the pineapple leaf fiber core and fiberglass skin 50% : 50% at a temperature of 80℃ get an average maximum stress of 437,156 Kgf and at a composition of 60% : 40% temperature 90℃ an average maximum stress is obtained of 225,882 Kgf. Furthermore, at the lowest stress the results of the bending test at a temperature of 70℃ the average bending test value is 312,156 Kgf, in the micro tests carried out it can be seen that there are still quite a lot of cavities at high temperatures causing the bending value to decrease, the higher the temperature and the blend of fibers Pineapple leaf that is applied the lower the bending strength value is done, so it can be concluded that the pineapple leaf fiber does not give the maximum effect to the composite material.Keywords: Sandwich Composite, Post-curing, Pineapple Leaf Fiber, Resin, Bending Test, Micro Structure Test.

Abstract

Saat ini digitalisasi menjadi salah satu kebutuhan bagi masyarakat milineal maupun keseluruhan. Masyarakat di sadarkan pentingnya digitalisasi dimulai dari masa covid 19. Pada masa covid 19 interaksi antar manusia sangat dibatasi bahkan dilarang, sehingga menuntut manusia untuk menggunakan digitalisasi untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya. Salah satu penggunaan digitalisai adalah media sosial atau medsos. Pada bidang marketing penggunaan digitalisasi sangat penting dan sangat membantu. Dahulu pemasaran melalui toko dan sales agar penjualan lebih cepat. Penjualan melalui digitalisasi dapat menggantikan toko dan sales, serta dapat dilakukan oleh semua orang. Penjualan melalui digitalisasi juga dapat menekan biaya promosi sehingga keuntungan penjual bisa meningkat. Pada UMKM warga Desa Jambon-Ponorogo belum banyak yang mengenal digital marketing sebagai teknik penjualan. Karena masih banyak masyarakat yang belum mengetahui bagaimana memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada. Oleh karena itu, perlu diadakan suatu program edukasi masyarakat kepada pelaku UMKM yang berfokus pada pemanfaatan teknologi digital sebagai alat pengembangan UMKM, dari program tersebut diharapkan masyarakat Jambon-Ponorogo dapat meningkatkan penjualannya. Kegiatan dilakukan dalam tiga tahap yaitu pendataan UMKM produktif, sosialisasi dan pelatihan UMKM yang dikemas dalam satu kegiatan, dan peningkatan pemasaran digital melalui beberapa platform yang sering digunakan oleh masyarakat. Hasil yang didapatkan setelah dilakukan pelatihan E-Commerce, pelaku UMKM lebih paham bagaimana cara melakukan penjualan secara online. Peserta dibimbing untuk membuat toko online di beberapa platform yang ada. Setelah itu peserta diajarkan cara membuat foto dan kata-kata yang menarik pembeli. Setelah dilakukan pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan penjualan dan keuntungan masyarakat desa Jambon. Tindak lanjut dari pelatihan ini adalah pendampingan lebih lanjut pada pemilik UMKM untuk terus konsisten menggunakan penjualan secara online
