Abstract

e-Learning, a learning model through internet, can be categorized as distance education. e-Learning involves education management, information technology (i.e., internet), and education technology. Such a learning model helps lecturers, teachers, college students, and other education practitioners improve the quality of the teaching learning process, especially through the establishment of communication network, correspondence, and discussion groups. It can also build linkages with other web-based learning resources in education-related as well as other fields.

Abstract

Kelompok tani Tawang Makmur merupakan kelompok tani di Dusun Tawang, Desa Bendosewu yang merupakan penyedia kebutuhan pangan untuk masyarakat khusunya warga Blitar. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah mengembangkan sistem informasi manajemen pertanian untuk kelompok tani desa Bendosewu, Blitar. Sistem informasi manajemen pertanian dibangun menggunakan framework CodeIgniter (CI). Metode yang digunakan adalah tahapan persiapan, pengembangan sistem, sosialisasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah terbangunnya sistem informasi manajemen pertanian untuk kelompok tani. Sistem informasi yang dibangun menyediakan fitur manajemen pertanian seperti pendataan anggota petani, pencatatan pengadaan bahan baku, pendataan penanaman dan hasil panen serta rekapitulasi laporan penanaman dan hasil panen per tahunnya. Selain itu, hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah terbentuknya pemahaman dan keterampilan dari pengelola kelompok tani untuk mengelola sistem informasi guna mendukung peningkatan produktivitas pertanian kelompok tani tersebut. Kata kunci— Sistem informasi manajemen, Pertanian, Kelompok Tani, CodeIgniter  Abstract The Tawang Makmur is a farmer group in Tawang Hamlet, Bendosewu Village which is a provider of food needs for the community, especially Blitar residents. The purpose of this service activity is to develop an agricultural management information system for farmer groups in Bendosewu village, Blitar. The agricultural management information system is built using the CodeIgniter (CI) framework. The method used is the stages of preparation, system development, socialization, and evaluation. The result of this service is the establishment of an agricultural management information system for farmer groups. The information system that was built provides agricultural management features such as data collection on farmer members, recording of raw material procurement, data on planting and harvesting, and recapitulation of annual reports on planting and yields. In addition, the result of this service is the formation of understanding and skills of farmer group managers to manage information systems to support increased agricultural productivity of these farmer groups. Keywords— Management information system, Agriculture, Farmer’s Group, CodeIgniter

Abstract

AbstrakPenyembunyian data pada file video dikenal dengan istilah steganografi video. Metode steganografi yang dikenal diantaranya metode Least Significant Bit (LSB) dan Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT). Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan penyembunyian data pada file video dengan menggunakan metode LSB, metode DCT, dan gabungan metode LSB-DCT. Sedangkan kualitas file video yang dihasilkan setelah penyisipan dihitung dengan menggunakan Mean Square Error (MSE) dan Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR).Uji eksperimen dilakukan berdasarkan ukuran file video, ukuran file berkas rahasia yang disisipkan, dan resolusi video.Hasil pengujian menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan steganografi video dengan menggunakan metode LSB adalah 38%, metode DCT adalah 90%, dan gabungan metode LSB-DCT adalah 64%. Sedangkan hasil perhitungan MSE, nilai MSE metode DCT paling rendah dibandingkan metode LSB dan gabungan metode LSB-DCT. Sedangkan metode LSB-DCT mempunyai nilai yang lebih kecil dibandingkan metode LSB. Pada pengujian PSNR diperoleh databahwa nilai PSNR metode DCTlebih tinggi dibandingkan metode LSB dan gabungan metode LSB-DCT. Sedangkan nilai PSNR metode gabungan LSB-DCT lebih tinggi dibandingkan metode LSB.  Kata Kunci—Steganografi, Video, Least Significant Bit (LSB), Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT), Mean Square Error (MSE), Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR)                           AbstractHiding data in video files is known as video steganography. Some of the well known steganography methods areLeast Significant Bit (LSB) and Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) method. In this research, data will be hidden on the video file with LSB method, DCT method, and the combined method of LSB-DCT. While the quality result of video file after insertion is calculated using the Mean Square Error (MSE) and Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR). The experiments were conducted based on the size of the video file, the file size of the inserted secret files, and video resolution.The test results showed that the success rate of the video steganography using LSB method was 38%, DCT method was 90%, and the combined method of LSB-DCT was 64%. While the calculation of MSE, the MSE method DCT lower than the combined method of LSB and LSB-DCT method. While LSB-DCT method has asmaller value than the LSB method. The PNSR experiment showed that the DCT method PSNR value is higher than the combined method of LSB and LSB-DCT method. While PSNR combined method LSB-DCT higher compared LSB method.  Keywords—Steganography, Video, Least Significant Bit (LSB), Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT), Mean Square Error (MSE), Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR)

Abstract

Abstrak Produk layanan yang diberikan oleh pihak bank diantaranya ialah kredit. Namun, ketidakakuratan analisis pemberian kredit dapat menyebabkan terjadinya kredit macet. Maka dari itu perlu diterapkan sistem pendukung keputusan terutama pada KSU DARMA Cabang Srono, Kabupaten Banyuwangi yang proses analisisnya masih manual. Pembangunan sistem tersebut memakai bahasa pemograman PHP dan MySQL yang dijadikan basis data dan mengombinasikan metode AHP dan SAW. Kombinasi metode ini lebih baik daripada metode AHP atau SAW. Sistem dikembangkan dengan mengimplementasikan metode waterfall. Setelah sistem berhasil dibangun, dilakukan empat pengujian yaitu pengujian akurasi yang menghasilkan tingkat keakuratan 100%, pengujian black box testing yang menghasilkan sistem baik secara fungsional, pengujian white box testing menghasilkan sistem baik secara alur dan logika program, serta pengujian respon pengguna menghasilkan respon pengguna sangat baik terhadap sistem yang telah dibangun. However, inaccurate analysis of credit disbursement can lead to bad credit. Therefore it is necessary to apply a decision support system, especially in the KSU DARMA Srono Branch, Banyuwangi Regency, where the analysis process is still manual. The system development uses the programming language PHP and MySQL which is used as a database and combines the AHP and SAW methods. This combination of methods is better than the AHP or SAW method. The system is developed by implementing the waterfall method. After the system was successfully built, four tests were carried out, namely accuracy testing which resulted in 100% accuracy, black-box testing which resulted in a functionally good system, white box testing producing a system both inflow and program logic, and testing user responses which resulted in very user responses good against the system that has been built.
