Abstract

Industri kosmetik di Indonesia mengalami perkembangan pesat, maka dari itu perusahaan berlomba-lomba untuk meningkatkan citra merek, dengan adanya citra merek yang bagus konsumen akan memberikan nilai lebih pada barang maupun jasa. Perusahaan dapat memberikan apa yang dituntut oleh konsumen seperti citra merek yang baik dan kualitas produk yang tinggi. Kualitas produk sangat mempengaruhi keberhasilan suatu usaha bisnis. Memuaskan konsumen adalah salah satu dari tujuan perusahan, karena jika konsumen tidak puas mereka akan membelanjakan uang mereka di tempat lain. Loyalitas konsumen juga menjadi salah satu faktor penting bagi suatu perusahaan untuk bisa bertahan dalam persaingan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Wardah di Kabupaten Ponorogo. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode probality sampling. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh warga Kabupaten Ponorogo yang berjumlah 100 orang. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner atau angket. Uji hipotesis menggunakn uji t. hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1 Citra Merek lipstick Wardah berpengaruh pada Kepuasan Konsumen. 2 Kualitas Produk lipstick Wardah berpengaruh pada Kepuasan Konsumen. 3 Loyalitas memperlemah pengaruh antara Citra Merek lipstick Wardah terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. 4 Loyalitas memperlemah pengaruh antara Kualitas Produk lipstick Wardah terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Kata Kunci: Citra Merek, Kualitas Produk, Kepuasan Konsumen, Loyalitas.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, self awareness and communication on the work discipline of employees in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Ponorogo Regency. The location of research in Pramuka Street Number 21, Nologaten, Ponorogo Regency. The population in this study was 102 employees. The sample in this study used 50 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, then tested with validity and reliability test, while the method of data analysis using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS and hypothesis testing partially or simultaneously. The results showed that; (1) Motivation partially influences the work discipline of employees in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Ponorogo Regency with a regression coefficient of 0.317, t value of 2.903 t table of 2.012 and sig. of 0.006 0.05, (2) Self Awareness partially influences the work discipline of employees in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Ponorogo Regency with the results of the regression coefficient of 0.409, t value of 3.478 t table of 2.012 and sig. of 0.001 0.05, (3) Communication partially influences the work discipline of employees in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Ponorogo Regency with the results of a regression coefficient of 0.310, t value of 2.178 t table of 2.012 and sig. of 0.035 0.05, (4) Motivation, self awareness and communication simultaneously affect employee work discipline in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Ponorogo Regency with the calculated F value of 14.807 F table 2.81 and sig value. of 0,000 0.05, (5) Self awareness is the most dominant variable affecting the work discipline of employees in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Ponorogo Regency with the result of self awareness variable t value of 3.478 is greater than the value of t variable count motivation and communication variables. Furthermore, from the value of sig. the variable self awareness of 0.001 is smaller than the value of sig. motivation variable and communication variable.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Workload, Work Stress and Work Environment on Employee Performance in the Production Section of PT. INKA Multi Solusi Madiun and the second to find out the most dominant variable among the variables of workload, work stress and work environment on the performance of the employees of PT. INKA Multi Madiun Solutions. The population in this study were all employees of PT. INKA Multi Madiun Solutions and the sample used in this study were 304 employees using Simple Random Sampling. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression with the help of SPSS. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Workload has a negative effect (-1,052) and has no significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. INKA Multi Solusi Madiun, (2) Work stres has a negative effect (-5.120) and is significant on the performance of the employes of PT. INKA Multi Solusi Madiun, (3) The work environment has a positive effect (10,873) and is significant on the performance of the employes of PT. INKA Multi Madiun Solutions, and (4) Workload, Work Stress and Work Environment have a positive effect on (49,969) and are significant together on the performance of employees   of PT. INKA Multi Madiun Solutions.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of experiential marketing, price, and service quality on customer satisfaction at Up Barbershop Magetan customers. Determination of the sample used is by taking 10% of the population of the number of customers in 2021 at Up Barbershop. Collecting data in this study by distributing questionnaires to all respondents. The method of analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is a positive influence of experiential marketing on customer satisfaction, (2) There is a positive influence of price on customer satisfaction, (3) There is a positive influence of service quality on customer satisfaction, (4) There is a simultaneous influence of experiential marketing , price and service quality to customer satisfaction

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of Gender Roles, Work Skills, and Employee Turnover on Employee Performance at Ponorogo Tapioca Flour Factory. Determination of the sample used is a number of 100 employees or by taking 77% of the population of the number of employees at the Ponorogo Tapioca Flour Factory. Collecting data in this study by distributing questionnaires to all respondents. The analytical method in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Gender roles do not significantly influence employee performance, (2) There is a positive influence of work skills (skills) on employee performance, (3) There is a negative effect on employee turnover (turnover intention) on employee performance, (4) There is a simultaneous influence of gender roles, work skills and employee turnover on employee performance
