Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan sebagai pelaksanaan Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi selain itu juga bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi kepada mitra untuk dapat membantu memecahkan permasalah-an mereka. Reog Ponorogo berbulu merak, merak dapat sebagai ciri khas daerah Ponorogo, karena motif ini dianggap menarik dan banyak disukai para konsumen. Selain batik, peluang usaha yang bisa muncul dari inspirasi bulu merak adalah asesoris dan pernak pernik.Hal ini dikarenakan tipe produk ini disukai banyak segmen, harga yang bervariasi serta memunculkan banyak ide kreatif darinya. Permasalahan yang timbul di Desa Winong diantaranya adalah lambatnya pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat. Hasil pertanian dari masyarakat sebagian besar hanya cukup dimakan sendiri dan untuk kebutuhan pokok sehari-hari. Pelaku pertanian di desa mayoritas adalah laki-laki, sedangkan wanita dalam usia kerja lebih banyak menjadi TKW, ibu rumah tangga dan pekerja kasar (kuli). Wanita yang menjadi TKW seolah terlihat sejahtera, tapi keba-nyakan lebih diarahkan pada arah konsumtif, dan kurang memperhatikan unsur produktif, apalagi ketika menjadi purna TKW.Wanita sebagai ibu rumah tangga sebagian kecil lebih banyak menganggur. Wanita yang sebagai pekerja kasar di desa ini cukup banyak, karena menjadi pasar tenaga kerja yang baik bagi pemborong proyek jalan raya. Pelatihan teknis dan pengembangan produk bulu merak diharapkan mampu menambah pengetahuan dan ketrampilan TKW purna dan Kelompok PKK serta karang taruna untuk men-ciptakan usaha sendiri sehingga dapat membantu ekonomi keluarga yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Kondisi mitra pengabdian ini adalah kelompok masyarakat Peternak Kambing yang mengalami hambatan dalam mengelola usaha pengembangan produk hasil ternak mereka. Hal ini disebabkan oleh minimnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan kelompok peternak kambing tersebut didalam mengelola usaha, lemahnya kreatifitas dan kemampuan menginovasi hasil ternak sebagai produk yang mampu memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen, kurangnya kemampuan dalam mengobservasi pasar yang tepat agar produk yang dihasilkan mampu kompetitif dan diterima oleh pasar sasaran sehingga berakibat pada penurunan omset penjualan. Atas dasar itu, maka kami menawarkan beberapa solusi alternative untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut melalui program pendampingan dan pelatihan manajemen usaha, pelatihan pemasaran produk yang kreatif dan inovatif serta melibatkan instansi dinas peternakan untuk memberikan pelatihan mengenai pemberian pakan ternak yang baik dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kambing dalam memproduksi susu. Melalui pelatihan serta pendampingan ini diharapkan mampu menguatkan dan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat kelompok peternak kambing di Desa Gupolo sehingga dapat membawa perubahan yang positif dalam peningkatan kesejahterahan masyarakat kelompok peternak kambing di desa Gupolo, babadan, Ponorogo.

Abstract

Human life daily inseparable with litter. Various activities can create waste, all activities at, households the office, the restaurant, the market, tourist attractions etc. Garbage distinguished into the organic and inorganic. Both of these types of this garbage has the potential to pollute the environment. The waste problem may arise in urban areas or rural. Therefore need to find a solution waste management comprehensively, integrated, economical, efficient, and safe for the environment, and able to change the community. Method takakura first introduced in 2004 in the city surabaya by the japanese named Koji Takakura. The program aims to bring skills to the community in managing and processing waste with simple.This activity also as a receptacle for gave them knowledge and insight of management manner of manage process trash. It is also as a forum to discuss of methods of takakura. and applied by the community. The final result of this activity is to raise public awareness to manage and process waste and increasing economic value, garbage in the village Ngunut.

Abstract

The study describes the effect of interpersonal trust and need of achievement on the performance of lecturers at Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo. The results of the path analysis or hypothesis testing show that the effect of interpersonal trust on the lecturers’ performance is 66.8% and the increasing need of achievement also improve the performance of the lecturers at University Muhammadiyah of Ponorogo where the results of the path analysis of need of achievement towards the performance of the lecturers is 8.3%. Even though the variable need of achievement has not significantly affected the performance of the Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo lecturers which is constructed with indicators of working hard, like challenging work, and setting goals. In addition, the contribution of Interpersonal trust and need of achievement to performance was 53.4%. Therefore it can be concluded that the performance variable is explained by Interpersonal trust and need of achievement is 53.4% while the rest is influenced by other variables which not included in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Komunikasi, Motivasi, Dan Lingkungan Kerja Fisik Terhadap Semangat Kerja karyawan pada UD. Sukri Dana Abadi Ponorogo dengan regresi berganda sebagai alat analisisnya. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan yang terdapat di perusahaan UD. Sukri Dana Abadi  dengan jenis sampel yaitu sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara bersamaan variabel komunikasi, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap semangat kerja. Secara parsial variabel independen komunikasi, motivasi, maupun lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen semangat  kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel komunikasi adalah variabel paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap semangat kerja.Kata Kunci : Komunikasi, Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Semangat Kerja

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan guna mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel kecerdasan emosional dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negri 3 Ponorogo melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada lokasi penelitian SMA Negri 3 Ponorogo dengan populasi 62 guru dan menggunakan teknik sensus atau sampling jenuh dalam pengambilan sampel. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian yaitu terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja, terdapat pengaruh signifikan dan positif antara kompetensi dengan kinerja, adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kepuasan kerja, adanya pengaruh signifikan dan positif antara kompetensi dengan kepuasan kerja, terdapat pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja secara positif dan signifikan, serta adanya pegaruh positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja secara simultan.Kata Kunci: Kecerdasan Emosional, Kompetensi, Kinerja, Kepuasan Kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to determine "The Effect of Price, Product Quality and Location on Purchasing Decisions of Consumers on Reog Steak Chicken Ponorogo)". The population in this study is all consumers who buy at RSC. The number of samples taken was 93 respondents. Data and results of respondents' answers were processed using the SPSS 16. The results showed that the price (X1), product quality (X2), and location (X3) variables had a significant effect on purchasing decisions at the RSC. The test results of the variable which is the most dominant influence on purchasing decisions are product quality. From the results of the study are expected to be beneficial to all parties

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Workload, Work Stress and Work Environment on Employee Performance in the Production Section of PT. INKA Multi Solusi Madiun and the second to find out the most dominant variable among the variables of workload, work stress and work environment on the performance of the employees of PT. INKA Multi Madiun Solutions. The population in this study were all employees of PT. INKA Multi Madiun Solutions and the sample used in this study were 304 employees using Simple Random Sampling. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression with the help of SPSS. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Workload has a negative effect (-1,052) and has no significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. INKA Multi Solusi Madiun, (2) Work stres has a negative effect (-5.120) and is significant on the performance of the employes of PT. INKA Multi Solusi Madiun, (3) The work environment has a positive effect (10,873) and is significant on the performance of the employes of PT. INKA Multi Madiun Solutions, and (4) Workload, Work Stress and Work Environment have a positive effect on (49,969) and are significant together on the performance of employees   of PT. INKA Multi Madiun Solutions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work conflict, work stress and work motivation on employee performance in advanced Hardware in Madiun. The hypothesis proposed in this study is; (1) It is suspected that Work Conflict has positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in Advanced Hardware Madiun, (2) Suspected Work Stress has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance in Advanced Hardware Madiun, (3) Suspected Work Motivation has positive and significant effect on Employee Performance Advanced Hardware Madiun and (4) Allegedly Work Conflict, Job Stress, Work Motivation have positive and significant influence together on Employee Performance in Advanced Hardware Madiun. The population in this study were 64 employees at the Advanced Hardware Madiun Electronics Section. The sample used is Saturated Sampling means that all members of the population used as samples from this study were all employees of Advanced Hardware Madiun Electronics Section, totaling 64 employees. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results showed that; (1) Work Conflict has a positive effect (2,830) and significant effect on Employee Performance in Advanced Hardware Madiun, (2) Job Stress has a positive effect (2,513) and significant effect on Employee Performance in Advanced Hardware Madiun, (3) Work Motivation has a positive effect (2,152) and significant Employees at Advanced Hardware Madiun, and (4) Work Conflict, Job Stress, and Work Motivation have a positive effect of 5.164 and significant jointly on Employee Performance at Advanced Hardware Madiun.

Abstract

In schools, libraries play a critical role in determining the academic climate. To optimize scientific activities, the library has been designed as a structured system with various purposes and functions. The library at SDN 1 Kunti, Ponorogo, on the other hand, has been unable to function properly. As a result, it is necessary to make efforts to reform the library's proper function. One of the suggested activities is the revitalization of library management in order to improve the school's literacy culture. This activity is part of a series of MBKM-related Kampus Mengajar program. Based on the activities carried out, it appears that the student literacy culture in schools is improving, allowing this revitalization program to run smoothly and on target.
