Abstract

Jakarta is Indonesian’s capital city which is the central of the most activity andeconomical activity for the people from all around Indonesia. The High mobility ofroad user is one of the things that become a problem in Jakarta. A road is a primaryaspect for a good traffic. The road itself is depend on how good or how bad thecondition itself, such as the construction, aging and a weight of the vehicle and There isa possibility of the quality of road is going to change depend on the situation.A road mapping is needed to deciding, planning and to caring the road by thegovernment to build a good traffic of people’s transportation. That is why, the localroad mapping is very important. The present writer is making a Sistem InformasiGeografis (Geographic informational system-SIG) which is talking about local roadmapping and a second collector which is using an OpenGeo Suite with the support fromframework OpenLayers. OpenGeo Suite is used for mapping digitalization process.PostgreSQL 8.2.4. Is used as a data base and Adobe Dreamweaver CS 3 is used to editthe PHP coding system. The mapping system from the layer is contains of roaddimension, technique of the road, road location, road condition and road user. By theSIG local road mapping site and second collector, people is be able to know about theroad mapping easily and it also be able to be the key for a planning and caring of theroad in the south Jakarta.

Abstract

Camtasia studio application is an application that can be used to create learning media. With this application the bias produces video based learning powerpoint and desktop. To make this application first then do is to install the application on your laptop / computer. Once installed the application will appear in the powerpoint application. When has emerged then we can directly start making video. After we finished recording directly save files recorded in accordance with the format we want. Camtasia Studio.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPelatihan Pembuatan Media Pembelajaran Multimedia Menggunakan Aplikasi Lectora Inspire Yang Diintegrasikan dengan Camtasia Studio bagi Guru SD Di Pesisir Teluk Tomini. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Kabila Bone dengan sasaran adalah Guru Sekolah Dasar. Kegiatan ini bertujuan memberikan pelatih guru-guru untuk membuat media pembelajaran multimedia menggunakan aplikasi Lectora Inspire yang dintegrasikan dengan Camtasia Studio. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengenalan aplikasi dan pelatihan menggunakan aplikasi Lectora Inspire untuk membuat video pembelajaran. Video pembelajaran yang dihasilkan menggunakan gambar, suara, video dan animasi yang dikemas menjadi materi pelajaran yang interaktif. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah dari video ini bisa diunggah di media sosial seperti Youtube, Instagram, dan Facebook sehingga mudah untuk dimanfaatkan oleh murid. Kata kunci: lectora inspire; camtasia studio; multimedia; kabila bone. ABSTRACTTraining on Making Multimedia Learning Media Using the Lectora Inspire Application Integrated with Camtasia Studio for Elementary School Teachers in the Coast of Tomini Bay. Community service activities are carried out in Kabila Bone District with the target of being elementary school teachers. This activity aims to provide teacher trainers to create multimedia learning media using the Lectora Inspire application which is integrated with Camtasia Studio. The method used is application introduction and training using the Lectora Inspire application to make learning videos. The resulting learning videos use images, sounds, videos and animations that are packaged into interactive subject matter. Abstract

The research aimed to investigate the maritime tourism potential of Langala Beach. The research was conducted in Dulupi Sub-District, Boalemo Regency, Gorontalo Province. The geographical location of the research area is 000 30 04 "LU 1220 29' 11" BT. Data is collected from primary sources and secondary sources. The research uses the triangulation data collection technique, which combines various techniques and data sources. The methods used in this study are survey methods, conformity analysis, in-depth interviews, and regional mapping. The data analysis technique focuses on the percentage assessment of tourism suitability using a marine tourism suitability index analysis for snorkeling and diving, a tourist suitability index analysis for swimming and canoeing, data analysis using the percentage of coral cover per lifeform category for the status of coral reefs. The results of the Langala Beach tourism research for marine tourism (snorkeling and diving) category included in the appropriate category (S2) with a percentage of 80.45% suitability, Langala Beach area for marine tourism category (swimming and canoeing) included in the very appropriate category (S1) with a percentage of suitability level of 93.57%. The condition of coral reefs in the research location, namely station 1, is in the good category with a value of 37.12%, Station 2 and 3 in the medium category with a value of 52.32% and 36.34%.

Abstract

This study was encouraged by the importance of understanding the conditions of seagrass which becomes the source of food for many species of marine fish. Seagrass condition will indirectly affect the quantity and quality of fish obtained by fishermen who live in coastal areas. High-resolution imagery can simplify and accelerate data collection process of conditions of seagrass on the outer islands of Gorontalo Province. This study used digital remote sensing method using unsupervised classification and also assisted by the measurements of the transcule based on the pixel size that aims to detect and to match the information obtained from QuickBird imagery, to ultimately obtain information about seagrass condition. Seagrass with abundant/good condition can be found at station 1,3,4,5, and 6 with an average cover up to 67,70%, 63,54%, 68,75%, 62,5%, and 65,62% respectively. Meanwhile, seagrass with the less abundant/poor condition can be found at station 2 with an average cover up to 50% and at station 7 with an average cover up to 52,08%. Distribution of seagrass on Saronde Island covers up to 6. 9654 Ha. Seagrass with abundant/good condition covers 4,2025 Ha, and lowly abundant/poor seagrass covers 2,7629 Ha. Seagrass on Saronde Island is still in abundant/good condition with an average cover up to 61,45 % and form mixed vegetation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1.Bagaimana pelayanan administrasi pemerintah desa Kenje Kecamatan Campalagian Kabupaten Polewali Mandar berdasarkan Pemendagri Nomor 2 Tahun 2017 Tentang Standar Pelayanan minimal desa. 2Faktor apa yang menhambat pelayanan administrasi berdasarkan Permendagri No 2 Tahun 2017 Jenis  penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah pemberhentian dan pengankatan perangkat desa sesuai dengan peraturan daerah. Sumber datanya menggunakan primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi. Hasil penelitian Dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan kepengurusan di Desa Kenje Kecamatan Campalagian Kabupaten Polewali Mandar sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 47 Tahun 2016 tentang penyelenggaraan pemerintahan kota, perangkat pemerintahan kota belum efisien. Hal ini dikarenakan terbatasnya informasi pada pemerintah kota tentang organisasi kota, sehingga pengaturan, pemeriksaan, dan penilaian untuk mencapai tujuan yang akan dilakukan terhambat. Absennya SDM dari mekanik kelurahan kenje, hal ini dibuktikan dengan ketidakberdayaan perangkat kelurahan dalam mengedepankan upaya agar pemkot kenje dapat menjadi organisasi yang terorganisir.\Bekerja di HR Kembangkan lebih lanjut disiplin kerja perakitan mekanik kota

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pengabdian berfokus pada edukasi kesiap-siagaan bencana tsunami pada anak dikawasan pesisir Teluk Tomini sebagai langkah awal untuk pengurangan resiko bencana. Hal ini dilakukan berdasar pada upaya untuk mengurangi risiko bencana pada anak, yang mana anak-anak merupakan golongan yang rentan terhadap suatu bencana. Anak-anak perlu dibekali akan berbagai informasi mengenai bencana alam, tentu saja muatan informasi tersebut dan cara penyampaiannya perlu disesuaikan dengan usia mereka. Alternatif yang mudah dalam mengenalkan konsep bencana alam ialah melalui penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif.  Penggunaan media bertujuan untuk menarik minat anak untuk belajar dan memberikan kemudahan dalam menyajikan materi kepada anak. Pelaksanaan pengabdian edukasi kesiap-siagaan bencana tsunami pada anak menggunakan media interaktif ini menunjukkan hasil yang positif. Anak-anak lebih mengetahui tentang konsep dan penyebab dan tanda-tanda terjadinya bencana tsunami, serta tindakan-tindakan dalam menghadapi bencana tersebut. Selain itu, anak-anak bersedia untuk berbagi informasi kepada teman-teman dan keluarga tentang konsep bencana tsunami dan sikap kesia-siagaan dalam menghadapinya.

Abstract

This research aims to develop Lectora Inspire based learning media on Geographic Information System material. Lectora Inspire is an application used to create learning media associated with Geographic Information System material which is integrated with Camtasia Studio. It applies a development research method with ADDIE model as an approach in compiling the learning media, Moreover, the validation are conducted by material expert, media expert, and subject expert. This learning media is tried out limited to high school student of grade XII trough questionnaire. The collected data is research finding regarding the quality of learning media and suggestions for product revisions. The validation result from material expert reveals that the value of media validation provided by validator I or material/content experts is 83.75% with valid category, validator II or product design expert is 88% with very valid category, while validator III or subject expert or teacher of geography subject is 98% with very valid category. Thus, the average of students respond towards the learning media is 88.8%.

Abstract

The Use of Animated Video Media in Improving Students’Learning Outcomes on Geography Subject of Lithosphere Topic: A Study Conducted in Senior High School, SMAN Kabila, Bone Bolango Regency. The objective of this classroomaction research is to improve students’ learning outcomes by the application of animated video media on the subject of geography of the lithosphere topic; it was conducted in senior high school SMAN Kabila, Bone Bolango Regency. This study relied on the data of students’ learning outcomes, which were from multiple-choice test. Further, as many as 33  this study comprised two cycles i.e., cycle I and II. According to the result of cycle 1, out of 33 students, 17 students met the standard score, while the remaining 16 ( 53,33% ) was the opposite. The percentage increased in cycle II, where 26 students ( 86,67% ) were able to meet the minimum standard, and only 23,33% were yet to satisfy the standard completion. All in all, the use of animated video media improves students’ learning outcomes in the site area.

Abstract

 The Effect of Crossword Puzzle Game Media on Students’ Learning Outcomes in Geography Learning (A Case Study at Grade X IPS at Senior High School of  SMAN 1 Marisa). This experimental study is about learning outcomes which aimed to determine significant differences in students' learning outcomes using crossword media and Powerpoint media. This employed a quantitative approach where the design forms use a posttest-only control group design. In this method, we will see how the cause and effect relationships of using treatments use crosswords and PowerPoint media. In collecting data, learning test results are used in the study sample. The sample is two classes of X IPS as an experimental class with a control class, namely class X IPS 1 consisting of 32 students as an experimental class and class X IPS 3 consisting of 31 students as a control class. To take samples, the researcher used a Clauster random sampling technique or random sampling group. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that there was a significant difference on the learning outcomes of students who were taught using media crosswords with learning outcomes of students who were taught using powerpoint media. This is indicated by the results of the t-test. Furthermore, the value of t is t count = 4,57 and t table = 1,99. The sample is stated to be significantly different if t count greater than t table. Hypothesis test results show that t count greater than t table is 4,57 greater than 1,99. Therefore, it can be concluded that from the t-test results H0 is rejected and HI is accepted. In other words, it has a significant difference.
