Abstract

Background: Tindakan plagiasi sering sekali dilakukan secara tidak sengaja oleh mahasiswa dalam menulis karya ilmiah ataupun tugas akhir seperti skripsi. Hal ini terjadi disebabkan karena mahasiswa belum memahami bagaimana membuat sebuah sitiran yang baik dan benar. Untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman dalam dalam membuat sitasi dibutuhkan sebuah aplikasi yang berfungsi sebagai citation dan refernce manager. Mendeley adalah salah satu aplikasi “citation dan reference manager” yang penggunaannya mudah dipahami. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan yang bertujuan untuk melatih dan mendampingi mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Islam Sumatera Utara, Universitas Muslim Nusantara dan Universitas Budi Darma dalam menambah pengetahuan dan meningkatkan ketrampilan meraka membuat sitasi dan daftar pustaka dengan menggunakan mendeley. Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah ceramah yang dilakukan oleh pemateri, demostrasi oleh pemateri, praktek dan latihan oleh peserta dan pendampingan oleh pemateri. Hasil: setelah mengikuti pelatihan mahasiswa memahami dan terampil dalam mengaplikasikan mendeley, sehingga memudahkan mereka membuat sitasi dan reference manager dalam menulis karya ilmiah. Dengan pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam membuat sitasi dan reference manager akan menghindari mahasiswa dalam praktik Tindakan plagiarism yang dilakukan secara tidak sengaja dalam menghasilkan sebuah karya ilmiah. Kesimpulan: Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dapat menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley dan terampil dalam membuat sitasi dan reference manager dalam menghasilkan sebuah karya ilmiah.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem of this research is how the organizational commitment influence on employee performance, how to influence individual characteristics on employee performance, how emotional intelligence affects employee performance and how Influence of organizational commitment, individual characteristics and simultaneous emotional intelligence to employees ' performance at the Medan Oil Palm Research Center (PPKS).The population in this study was all the employees of Medan's Palm Research Center (PPKS) amounting to 37 people who were also samples. Data collection techniques using interviews and polls (questionnaires). Data analysis methods using SPSS version 22.  The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the organizational commitment to employee performance at the Medan Oil Palm Research Centre (PPKS), there was a positive and significant influence between individual characteristics of performance Employees at the Medan Oil Palm Research Center (PPKS), there are further positive and significant influences between the emotional intelligence of employees ' performance at the Medan Oil Palm Research Centre (PPKS), and there is a positive and significant influence Between organizational commitments, individual characteristics and emotional intelligence to employees ' performance at the Medan Oil Palm Research Center (PPKS).Keywords  : Organizational Commitments, Individual Characteristics, Emotional Intelligence, Employee Performance

Abstract

This research aims to know and explain how the influence of computerized learning and facilities to the mastery ability of application of students at the Faculty of Economics of Islamic University of North Sumatera. In this study use a descriptive method. The data collection techniques used in this study were polls, library studies and interviews to support this research.  The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of computerized learning and facilities to the mastery ability of student applications at the Faculty of Economics of Islamic University of North Sumatera. The population in this study is a student management study program that is still active in the faculty of Economics at the Islamic University of North Sumatera, which amounted to 580 people, the sample in this study is 10% of the population, namely of 58 people with a total of 30 questions. Based on analysis and evaluation, the result of calculation using multiple linear regression in the form of T test (partial) between computerized learning (X1) test T (simultaneous) obtained T count t table, which is 6,539 1,672 of Student Application Mastery ability (Y) while relationship or partial correlation between facility (X2) on Student Application Mastery Ability (Y) has t count T table which is 3,768 1,672 and test F (simultaneous) Obtained the value f count = 34,252 F table 2,764 because F count f table, then H0 rejected and Ha accepted then it can be concluded that Silmultan variables free learning ability and the work facility to variable binding ability Application.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of company size, and leverage against tax aggressiveness on automotive companies registered with IDX. So that the problems in this study do not extend, then this paper raises the topic of the burden of corporate size, and leverage against tax aggressiveness. This research is limited to automotive companies registered with IDX. In this study, the sampled companies are automotof sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used in this study is from 2015-2018. The population in this study amounted to 5 companies. To determine the sample size that can represent the population, the selection of samples using purposive sampling method, namely as many as 5 companies This research approach is an associative approach with quantitative data types. The testing method uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS version 21. Based on the results of testing and analysis shows that there is a positive and significant influence of tax returns on tax aggressivity, leverage has no significant effect on tax aggression, and the influence of corporate size and leverage silmutan on tax aggression on automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya tingkat penjualan KSM (Kelompok Swadaya Masyarakat) binaan BDC Kota Medan karena kurangannya pelatihan dan pengembangan usaha. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh KSM binaan BDC Kota Medan yang berjumlah 126 KSM dan dijadikan sampel sebanyak 40 KSM yang dijadikan responden (25%) dari populasi. Data diperoleh melalui data KSM, data perpustakaan dan literatur-literatur. Teknik pengambilan data yang dilakukan penulis melalui wawancara (interview), penyebaran kuisioner  dan studi dokumen. Berdasarkan hasil uji signifikansi secara simultan atas pelatihan dan pengembangan usaha secara bersama-sama atau simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat penjualan KSM (Kelompok Swadaya Masyarakat) binaan BDC kota Medan, yaitu dengan nilai Fhitung Ftabel (18,536 3,240 ). Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial dalam penelitian ini diketahui bahwa variabel bebas pelatihan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat penjualan KSM (Kelompok Swadaya Masyarakat) binaan BDC kota Medan yaitu dengan nilai thitung ttabel (4,6321,687). Sementara variabel bebas pengembangan usaha berpengaruh positif dan  signifikan terhadap tingkat penjualan yaitu dengan nilai thitung ttabel (2,9421,687).

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh cash position dan market to book value of equity terhadap dividend payoutratio pada perusahaan manufaktur subsector makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2020. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan yang berasal dari website Bursa Efek Indonesia yang dianalisis dalam beberapa hipotesis. Diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 6 perusahaan dari 26 populasi perusahaan. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif model regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara simultan tidak terdapat pengaruh antara cash position dan market to book value of equity terhadap dividend payout ratio.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and reveal the effect of employee incentives, work routines, and workplace regulations on results at PT. Archipelago Rubber Industry. This research method is quantitative. The population of the total study consisted of 82 workers at PT. Nusantara Rubber Industry and 68 employees of PT. Archipelago Rubber Industry. Multiple linear regression analysis is a technique used in the research process. The results showed, a) the feeling value was higher than the table, or 7.224 higher than 1.983, with a significance of 0.044 0.05; b) the discipline score is lower than the table, or 863 lower than 1.983; c) the value of work motivation is lower than the table, namely -684 with a significance of 0.497 less than 0.05. As a result, Ftable (2.69) is greater than Fcount (1.724), so the number is 0.171 > 0.05. conclusions, sanctions, discipline, and motivation all have an indirect and synchronous beneficial impact on PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between students' interest in digital entrepreneurship and their use of digital literacy and e-commerce. Quantitative research is the method used in this study. This study uses correlational data collection methods. In this study, questionnaires are used to collect the data. In the questionnaire method, the validity and reliability of the questionnaire will be examined in advance. Data processing will be done using statistical methods after data collecting is finished. To use multiple regression analysis to examine the impact of each variable. Students make up the study's population. With a sample size of 200 participants, the researchers used a basic random sampling procedure. According to the study's findings, students' interest in digital entrepreneurship was positively impacted by their level of digital literacy. Students' interest in digital entrepreneurship is positively impacted by the use of e-commerce. The use of e-commerce and digital literacy both increase students' interest in digital entrepreneurship.
