Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menentukan stres kerja karyawan pada PT. Hadji Kalla Kendari. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analisis yakni exploratory factor. Subyek penelitian adalah karyawan PT. Hadji Kalla Kendari yakni sebanyak 90 orang yang diambil dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert sebagai alat ukur atas sikap responden mengenai faktor-faktor yang menentukan stres kerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 9 indikator yang telah dinyatakan layak untuk dilakukan pengujian faktor, terdapat 3 kelompok faktor yang terbentuk. Ketiga faktor tersebut antara lain : (1) faktor tuntutan pekerjaan, (2) faktor kebijakan organisasi dan (3) faktor pribadi. Kata Kunci: Stres kerja karyawan.AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the factors that determine employee work stress at PT. Hadji Kalla Kendari. This research is a quantitative study with an analytical method namely exploratory factor. The research subjects were employees of PT. Hadji Kalla Kendari as many as 90 people were taken using the census method. Data collection in this study uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale as a measurement of respondents' attitudes about the factors that determine employee work stress. The results showed that of the 9 indicators that had been declared feasible to be tested for factors, there were 3 groups of factors formed. These three factors include: (1) work demand factors, (2) organizational policy factors and (3) personal factors.Keywords: Employee Stress.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of motivation on the performance of employees at the Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. The population in this study is all employees in the office Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara as many as 53 people at the same times as respondents ( census method). Data collected by using Questionnaires. Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis. The study showed that the motivation significantly influence the performance of employees at the Badan Penelitian danPengembangan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. The magnitude of the effect of work motivation on employee performance it can be seen from the coefficient of determination ( r2 ) = 0,885 at 88,50% which means that the performance of employees at the office Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara 88,50% determined by motivation and the rest 11, 50 % determined by other variables or beyond the research model

Abstract

This study investigates the factors that determine student decisions to use the product of the Indonesian Islamic Bank (BSI) case study on IAIN Kendari students. This research is based on several trends from previous research results in various Muslim countries. The research design is through a survey questionnaire and the analytical method to measure this goal is Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) with a sample of 100 samples with the criteria of students using savings products at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). The results show that there are 3 main factors that determine the behaviour of students' decisions to use Islamic bank products, namely perceived Islamic value (halal product guarantees, interest-free products, Islamic services and ease of transactions), Islamic literacy (good understanding of Islamic banks, knowing the legal basis used by Islamic banks, and desires that arise from themselves) and institutional support (the collaboration of campuses and Islamic banks as well as determining student payment transactions through Islamic banks

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial success in the digital era based on literature studies. Entrepreneurial orientation is seen as a key factor that can help entrepreneurs to face challenges and take advantage of opportunities that arise in the digital era. The literature study method is used to collect and evaluate literature related to entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial success in the digital era. The results of this study indicate that a good entrepreneurial orientation can help entrepreneurs develop their skills in utilizing digital technology and adapting to changes in the digital era. This literature study concludes that entrepreneurial orientation is an important factor that needs attention in achieving entrepreneurial success in the digital era.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how organizational tradition, work environment, and work behavior effect trainer activity delight. This study employs quantitative methodologies and makes use of strategies for gathering facts from the distribution of questionnaires and library records. 74 teachers made up the study's sample. The analytical method used has been multiple linear regression. Using the data analysis tool SPSS 20.0. With a sig F value of 0.000 < alpha 0.05 and an f-count value of 10.821 > f-table of 2.160, the findings of this study show that organizational culture, work discipline, and work environment all have an impact on teacher job satisfaction. With a sig t value of 0.003 < alpha 0.05 and a t-count value of 3.031 > 1.993 in t-table, the results of the t test demonstrate a significant link between the work environment and teacher job satisfaction. Organizational culture strongly influences teacher job satisfaction, with a sig t value of 0.040 < alpha 0.05 and a t-count value of 2.092 > t-table 1.993. Work discipline has a considerable impact on teachers' job satisfaction, with a t-count of 2.234 > t-table of 1.993 and a sig t value of 0.029 < alpha of 0.05.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become an integral component of the business world in the rapidly advancing digital age. Organizations must employ digital technologies effectively in order to remain relevant and competitive in the global marketplace. Digital leadership is crucial for managing change and influencing employee performance and business success as a whole. Utilizing digital technologies to lead, manage, and influence employees and business processes constitutes digital leadership. Digital leaders promote innovation, collaboration, and information accessibility. Digital leadership can increase efficiency, productivity, and innovation in the workplace by adopting the appropriate digital technologies. Digital leadership also contributes to the success of a business by facilitating change management, promoting digital transformation, and making sound decisions. Research indicates that digital leadership facilitates improved employee performance, the development of digital skills, and the achievement of business objectives. In an ever-changing digital era, digital leadership is not only the leader's responsibility, but also a shared responsibility.

Abstract

This research investigated the impact of nature exposure on mental health and well-being in West Bandung Regency, Indonesia, a region characterized by diverse natural landscapes. A mixed-method approach combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews was employed to gather data from residents of various communities in the area. The quantitative findings indicated that more frequent nature exposure was associated with lower levels of stress, anxiety, and depression. The qualitative insights revealed that nature exposure provided a sense of relaxation, tranquility, and rejuvenation, enhancing emotional well-being. The study underscores the restorative effects of nature and the importance of integrating green spaces into urban planning to promote mental health in rapidly developing regions like the West Bandung Regency.

Abstract

This study intends to examine the relationship between workplace conflict, stress, and employee performance. The Slovin technique was employed to determine the sample size for this study, and a margin of error of 10% was used, resulting in the usage of 60 individuals as the research sample. Multiple linear regression is the data analysis method used, and the SPSS program is used. According to the study's findings, employee performance is impacted by work conflict, stress, and job satisfaction all at once. Work conflict, stress, and job satisfaction are all shown to have an impact on employee performance.

Abstract

A computer-based information system called the Decision Support System (DSS) generates several decision alternatives to help management cope with diverse issues in a semi-structured way. As a company engaged in marine survey services, the process of hiring new employees is important. It takes a long time to choose and decide whether to accept potential employees under the present recruitment procedure, and HRD is having trouble making decisions on accepting applicants who satisfy the requirements. Building a decision-support system for employing people is the aim of this research. The Rapid Application Development (RAD) model is the system development approach used in this study. The Unified Modelling Language (UML) is used in the system design. System coding is done using PHP and MySQL. The results of the AHP method are applicants who have the highest criterion value, meaning that they have a higher value than other applicants, so that companies can get the employees they want according to the criteria specified in the form of tables and rankings. The manager can get help from this decision-support system when making a choice.

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah muncul sebagai kekuatan transformatif yang membentuk kembali paradigma bisnis di seluruh domain fungsional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan komprehensif untuk mengkaji evolusi, tren, dan dimensi strategis transformasi digital dalam konteks bisnis fungsional. Analisis bibliometrik, ditambah dengan analisis konten tematik, mengungkap lanskap kontribusi ilmiah dan strategi praktis. Analisis ini mencakup 1.000 artikel, mengidentifikasi penulis yang produktif, karya-karya yang berpengaruh, dan tema-tema yang muncul. Analisis klaster menjelaskan fokus penelitian, mulai dari pertimbangan strategis hingga dampak faktor eksternal seperti pandemi. Analisis kata kunci menyoroti konsep-konsep utama, termasuk "Transformasi Digital", "Strategi", dan "Model Bisnis". Sintesis temuan menggarisbawahi sifat interdisipliner dari penelitian transformasi digital, yang menekankan pada keselarasan strategis, dinamika organisasi, dan peran penting teknologi. Wawasan yang diperoleh memberikan informasi kepada para praktisi, pembuat kebijakan, dan peneliti, yang memandu upaya transformatif dalam lanskap digital yang dinamis.
