Abstract

D.I. Yogyakarta is place produce have batik motif and result impact competitive inter place produce have batik motif and international. The main problem faced by Yogya batik is the low customer value of batik Yogya, thus reducing the competitiveness of Yogya batik. This Matter is caused batik industry of Yogya unable to read and analysis change of market that is in fulfilling requirement and desire of this market research. The purpose of this study is to uncover the market orientation and innovation capabilities Yogya batik industry in increasing customer value and competitive advantage. Results of the analysis showed that; market orientation, innovation capabilities Yogya batik industry in the low category. Batik Yogya industry has not been able to identify the needs and desires of customers primarily in the design style and color as well as changes in customer demand. Yogya Batik is still less innovative in product development such as; Product modification, product design and product variety and inefficient production processes. Jogja batik customer value is still dominantly Inferior Customer Value. Yogya Batik industry is still unable to compete with Solo and Pekalongan batik. Batik industry in D.I. Yogayakarta to enhance the competitive advantage necessary for innovation in design pattern (motif), and the color as well as customize what the customer wants and needs batik. Abstract

This research is to determine the influence of position and mutation of employees ' performance at PT Plantation Nusantara V Sei Intan Pekan Baru Riau.  The samples used in this study were as many as 50 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are qualitative methods, statistical methods using SPSS v 19.0 programs. Primary data collection is conducted through questionnaires distributed to employees of PT Nusantara V Kebun Sei Intan. The method of analysis used is quantitative deskriftif using multiple linear regression. The results proved that the position variables affect positively and insignificant to the employee's performance and the mutation variables are positively and insignificant to the employee's performance, as well as the position and mutation variables Simultaneously positive and significant impact on employee performance. Keywords: job title, mutation, employee performance

Abstract

Oppo is a Smartphone Manufacturer originating from China, and including a new brand in Indonesia. Oppo Smartphone can be said to be a product that is quite successful in making a history of success and is listed as the second best-selling smartphone manufacturer from China in Indonesia because the Oppo brand ambassador is easily attached to the Indonesian people. Brand ambassadors can be thought of as a type of association that arises in the minds of consumers when remembering a particular brand. If the brand image and company image in the eyes of consumers is bad, then the products produced by the company are also considered not good and the company's sales will be hampered and vice versa. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were visitors to four super markets in Medan City who sold the Oppo mobile brand for at least one year. The number of samples for this research is 538 respondents. Determination of the research sample using purposive sampling. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the SPSS 23 software tool. The results of this study indicate that the brand ambassador variable has a positive and significant effect on brand awareness directly. Brand ambassador has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions directly. Brand Ambassador and brand image have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Oppo mobile phones, a case study of Super Market visitors in Medan City.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence jointly or partially between work discipline, work motivation and career development to the performance of the Workers at the Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Sumatera Utara. This research uses descriptive qualitative method using primary and secondary data. The population is the workers of the company. Sixty three workers become the sample of this research. Data analysis technique used is linear regression which shows that from the three independent variables applied to the regression model (work discipline, work motivation and career development). Work discipline is significant for 0,002 which can be concluded that work discipline affects performance (hypothesis 1 accepted). Work motivation has significant value 0,122 which can be concluded that work motivation not affects performance (hypothesis 2 rejected). Career development variable has significant value 0,020 which means that career development influences performance (hypothesis 3 accepted). Research results show that work discipline, work motivation and career development all positively influence the performance of the workers. It can be proven using the result of regression statistic test with probability value 0,000 obtained which is lower than α (α=0,05). So, it can be said that work discipline, work motivation and career development influence positively the performance of the workers. Thus, hypothesis 4 accepted.

Abstract

This research is to determine the company's financial performance CV. Cipta Lestari Group in terms of liquidity and solvency and to find out the dominant ratio that increases the performance of CV. Cipta Lestari Group Medan. Financial performance can be interpreted as a prospect or future, growth and good development potential for the company. There are various ways that can be done to assess a company, one of which is by analyzing the company's financial performance using financial ratios. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis and comparative analysis. The results of this study indicate that the company's financial performance is not good. Financial performance is measured by the ratio of liquidity and solvency (DAR, DER) showing illiquid and insolvable results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi dan stres kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Paluta Inti Sawit Medan. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Paluta Inti Sawit Medan yang berjumlah 30 orang. teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling. pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner. teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah asumsi klasik, regresi berganda, uji hipotesis dan koefisien determinasi. berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa secara parsial motivasi berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. secara parsial bahwa stress kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. secara simultan bahwa motivasi dan stress kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Paluta Inti Sawit Medan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of asset structure and profitability on the capital structure of property, real estate and building construction companies in 2018-2020. This study uses secondary data in the form of financial statements of companies that are included in the IDX group in 2018-2020.Sampling of this research using purposive sampling and obtained as many as 20 companies. The data collection technique used multiple linear regression test, classical multiple regression assumption test, hypothesis test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that the asset structure has no and significant effect on the capital structure of the property, real estate and building construction companies and profitability and the significant and significant effect on the capital structure of the property, real estate and building construction companies. The percentage of asset structure and profitability variables on capital structure (Debt to Equity Ratio) is 0.241 or about 24.10% while the remaining 75.9 is influenced by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

The problem formulation in this research is how to apply work attitudes to improve performance. How to apply work commitment to improve performance. How to apply work stress to improve performance. How to apply work attitudes, work commitment and work stress in improving performance. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the application of work attitudes in improving performance. To find out and analyze the application of work commitment in improving performance. To find out and analyze the application of work stress in improving performance. To find out and analyze the application of work attitudes, work commitment and work stress in improving performance. The sample in this study consisted of 36 employees. The data analysis technique in this research uses descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of work facilities, career development and work supervision partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees work in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Belawan. The study was conducted at the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Belawan Jalan Sukamulia Nomor 17A Medan, with a population of 106 people, and a study sample. of 96 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using the IMB Statistics computer program for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 24. Based on the analysis results obtained work facilities have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Belawan, this is supported by the results of t count analysis > t-table (4,860 > 1,986) at n = 96 at 95% significance level. Career development has a not effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Belawan, this is supported by an analysis of t count > t-table (3,297 > 1,986) at n = 96 at 95% significance level. Work supervision has a effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Belawan, this is supported by an analysis of t count >-table (5,133 > 1,986) at n = 96 with a significant level of 95%.Value of F-count> F table (46,513 > 2,70) This states that together (multiple) there are positive and significant effects of work facilities, career development and work supervision on the performance of employees work of employees of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Belawan. Thus the hypothesis proposed is accepted by the truth
