Abstract

The inclusion of prayer time is one of the valid requirements of prayer as explained in the Qur'an and hadiths of the Prophet (s). The Fajr prayer schedule issued by Wahdah Islamiyah is interesting to review because it is different from the official prayer schedule issued by the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Republic of Indonesia. This difference can have implications for the validity or absence of Fajr prayers and fasting performed by Muslims based on the schedule. This study aimed to analyze the method of determining the Fajr prayer schedule issued by Wahdah Islamiyah. This research is qualitative descriptive research through library study methods and content analysis. The results showed that Wahdah Islamiyah compiled its Fajr prayer schedule with a high-accuracy contemporary accounting method using VSOP87 algorithm. The location of markaz da'wah in Makassar City was chosen as the coordinate point of the calculation of the position of the sun. Wahdah Islamiyah's Fajr prayer schedule uses a sun altitude of 18 degrees below the horizon by adding a two-minute of iḥtiyāṭ. Based on the calculation, the Fajr prayer schedule of Wahdah Islamiyah has been accurately used in the Makassar City area

Abstract

The Community Service Program (KKN) Batch V of STIBA Makassar students aims to increase the Islamic knowledge and religious skills in the people of Bilanrengi Village, Parigi District, Gowa Regency, especially in organizing of corpse according to Islamic law. Implementation of activities begins with mapping problems and needs using SOAR analysis. After analyzing the problems and needs, work programs are then prepared according to the needs of the community. The work program that was successfully implemented was the Training of Corpse Organizing. The method used is in the form of lectures, discussions, and practice, with the stages of PkM activities, namely: the observation, preparation, training, mentoring, and evaluation. The result of this activity was the amount of enthusiasm and support from the community for the training activities, especially elements from the village administration, village priests, taklim assemblies, and the community, especially ladies and gentlemen. The community feels great benefits after participating in this KKN program, including an increase in knowledge, insight and religious skills, especially related to organizing the human corpse in accordance with Islamic teachings. The continuation of this program is in the form of further coaching for participants, especially training on handling abnormal corpses, such as corpses with certain diseases, accident victims, victims of natural disasters, and others, which require special and different treatment from corpses in general.

Abstract

PkM in the form of training on organizing the funeral which was carried out in the Tubajeng Village aims to provide insight to the Muslim community about the procedures for organizing the funeral according to the guidance of the Prophet. The method used in this activity combines lecture, demonstration and practice methods. This activity has shown encouraging initial results in the form of participants' understanding of the procedures for organizing the funeral according to the guidance of the Prophet.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the problems of shaving hair for babies at the time of aqeekah among the scholars, as well as to find out the views of the Imam Aḥmad bin Hanbal school and its legal isntinbat method in the issue of shaving hair for baby girls in aqeekah. This research is a type of descriptive literature research, which focuses on the study of text manuscripts, using a normative juridical approach. As for the results of the research that scholars have different opinions regarding the law of aqeekah, some say that it is sunnah muakkadah and some say that it is obligatory, in the implementation of aqeekah it is sunnah to perform all rituals of aqeekah. As for the wisdom, it is prescribed for aqikah that there are many benefits, as a form of gratitude to Allah swt, the conditions for akikah are the same as those for qurban and there is no difference of opinion on this matter. In the istinbat method, Imām Aḥmad bin anbāl from the prophet's hadith as well as the opinion of scholars, it is seen that shaving the hair on babies is only for male babies, so that female babies are not included in the order, so they are judged differently from the law for male babies. Regarding this, the opinion of Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal views that it is makruh to shave a baby girl's hair

Abstract

This study aims to determine the views of munākaḥāt fiqh regarding the limitation of marriage age. This research is a library research using a juridical-comparative approach and a psychological approach. The results of the research achieved in this study are: In Islamic law there is no minimum age limit for marriage, as long as the marriage does not have a negative impact on the bride and groom, this also applies to children who are still under the age of marriage. However, it would be nice if the marriage was prepared carefully in advance, especially preparing psychological, physical and spiritual readiness. Setting a minimum age limit in marriage is not against Islamic law, as long as the goal is to reject harm and/or bring benefits to society.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the law of consuming food that uses a mixture of rum. The problem that the authors raise in this study is how the view of Islamic law regarding the use of rum as a mixture of food ingredients. This research is a qualitative descriptive research (non-statistical), which focuses on the study of manuscripts and texts, using a normative juridical approach. The results of this study indicate that the law of using rum to mix food is unlawful, both uncooked and after cooked. Even if the mixture of rum in the cake or food is small, it is still considered unlawful. Because this means consuming a small amount of khamr and rum is an intoxication. The alcohol content in rum reaches 33.4%, including class C in the division of liquor.

Abstract

The purpose of the Real Work Lecture (KKN) of STIBA Makassar Force IV is to improve the skills and cottonistas santri in interpreting the contents of the Qur'an through the Arabic language recycling program at Pondok Pesantren Darul Arqom. The method of implementing this community service program begins by mapping the problems and needs of students using SOAR analysis. After the analysis process is carried out, a work program is prepared that is appropriate and needed by the santri. In addition to carrying out the Arabic language recycling program, KKN students also help teachers in carrying out Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM) in the hut. The result of this PkM is the interest in learning Arabic and the ability of santri in interpreting the content of the Qur'an is getting better.

Abstract

Real Work Lecture (KKN) STIBA Makassar Batch V in the Tamaona sub-district, Kuncio Pao sub-district, Gowa Regency aims to do community service as a form of the Tridarma of Higher Education. The method of implementing the service program begins with mapping the problems and needs of the community using SOAR Analysis. After the analysis is carried out, the work program is prepared according to the needs of the community. Among the work programs that have been successfully implemented are the Knowledge of Tajwid for BKMT women in Tamaona Village, Intensive Learning at the MA and MTS Muhammadiyah Datarang Schools, Getting to Know the Medicine of the Prophet's Inheritance (Rukiah and Cupping). All of these work programs have been implemented and have shown good initial results and will be followed up by the Wahdah Islamiyah DPC, Kuncio Pao sub-district in the form of appropriate activities.
