Abstract

This study used a quantitative approach. Respondents were employees of PT Konimex Pharmaceutical Laboratories. Technique sampling were used at this study was accidental sampling. The number of samples obtained was 175 respondents. Data analysis techniques using the PAWS Statistics Program 18. Hypothesis testing used Multiple Linear Regression Test which includes t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that: (1) functional structure had a significant effect on employee work performance; (2) incentive policies significantly influence employee work performance; (3) work culture has a significant effect on employee work performance; (4) functional structure, incentive policy, and work culture simultaneously affect the work performance of employees of PT Konimex Pharmacutical Laboratories. Abstract

The domestic cemenet industry was having income fluctuation since several years ago. Even in 2018 domestic cement’s sales had decreased if we compared it to the previous year. It caused by the decline of domestic cement demand, while the supply of domestic cement was very abundant. Each company certainly did some various strategies so that the company would not get any finance difficulty to keep survive in business competition and the company product could be consuments’s top choice. The same case happened to PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk which had comprehensive loss since 2016. The aim of this study is to examine the company’s health status or bankruptcy potential and see the difference of the prediction results of PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk in 2016-2018. There are 4 methods that applied in this research, they are Grover, Altman Z-Score, Springate and Zmijewski. The results indicate there is a difference betweet each prediction method. Grover, Altman Z-Score and Springate reveal that the company was in bankrupt condition. Meanwhile Zmijewski method shows that the company was in health condition. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether or not the influence of Facilities, Rates, Promotions and Brand Image on Online Transportation (Go-Jek) User Satisfaction in Surakarta City. The population in this study are all online motorcycle transportation users in Surakarta, whose numbers are infinite or unknown. The sampling technique is an infinite number using the Lemeshow formula, with a total of 100 respondents. Data collection uses a Likert scale questionnaire to measure respondents' answers identifying the relationship between Facilities, Rates, Promotions and Brand Image to Online Transportation (Go-Jek) User Satisfaction in Surakarta City. The results show that Facilities, Rates, Promotions and Brand Image influence simultaneously and significantly on Online Transportation User Satisfaction (Go-Jek) in Surakarta City. Facilities a positive and significant leffect on Online Transportation User Satisfaction (Go-Jek) in the City of Surakarta. Rates have a positive and significant effect on Online Transportation User Satisfaction (Go-Jek) in Surakarta City. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Online Transportation User Satisfaction (Go-Jek) in Surakarta City. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kompensasi, Pengalaman Kerja dan Kepuasan kerja terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan Di CV Bintang Makmur Sragen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk menunjukkan hubungan antar variabel. Penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh karyawannyang berjumlah 38 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan validitas, reliabilitas, analisis regresi linier berganda. Data diperoleh dari penyebar kuesioner untuk responden. Penelitian ini diuji menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variable Kompensasi, Pengalaman kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan Di CV Bintang Makmur Sragen. Secara terpisah Kompensasi tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan Di CV Bintang Makmur Sragen. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Pengalaman kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan Di CV Bintang Makmur Sragen Kata kunci : Kompensasi, kepuasan kerja, pengalaman kerja, loyalitas karyawan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant influence between the innovation variable, price, and brand image on purchasing decisions. In addition, it is also to determine whether there is a significant simultaneous influence and which variable is the most dominant in influencing purchasing decisions on the Toyota Calya Car at Nasmoco Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 75 consumers and the sample used was 75, where the sampling technique used saturated sampling (census). The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques: observation, questionnaires, interviews, documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear tests. The results of the study can be concluded that: The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) There is an effect of innovation, price, and brand image simultaneously on purchasing decisions on the Toyota Calya Car Di Nasmoco Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. 2) There is an influence of innovation on purchasing decisions at Toyota Calya Car in Nasmoco Slamet Riyadi Surakarta 3) There is an effect of price on purchasing decisions on Toyota Calya cars at Nasmoco Slamet Riyadi Surakarta, 4) There is an influence of brand image on purchasing decisions on Toyota Calya cars in Nasmoco Slamet Riyadi Surakarta Keywords: Purchase Decision, Innovation, Price, and Brand Image

Abstract

The implementation of a marketing strategy on target to be able to influence consumers makes a purchasing decision made by consumers. Consumer purchases in making decisions are influenced by reason and knowledge acquired. Companies must make the right strategy in order to influence consumers. The purpose of the research process is to determine and explain the quality of the product, product innovation and brand image of the results of consumer purchasing decisions in purchasing HP Oppo at Oppo Service Center. Research samples Sample accidental sampling of 100 consumers with the method used is multiple linear regression. The results of product quality research, product innovation and brand image simultaneously have a significant effect on the purchase decision of Hp Oppo at Oppo Service Center and in product quality, product innovation and brand image have a positive and significant effect on Hp Oppo purchasing decisions at Oppo Service Center. The purchase decision can be explained by three independent variables of 37.3% and the others are influenced by other variables. Abstract

In addition to reducing the need for workers from other companies, PT also reduces the number of employees. Pure Solo for Boyolali. The aims of this study is to determine the interaction between interactions, To analyze the competitive advantage of job satisfaction and competition goals of PT. Pure Solo for Boyolali. Testing methods include quantitative representation; The sampling technique used in the cluster sample and the Slowan formula provides a sample of 97 employees from the production department. Data analysis techniques used various linear regressions; F test; t test coefficient. The results shown are: 1) Commitment; Job satisfaction and competitive advantage significantly affect the motives and intentions of employees to change PT. Solo Murni, Boyolali, 2) encouraged PT staff to be positive and part of the competition. Purely solo in Boyolali; 3) Job satisfaction has a positive and partial effect on employee motivation to replace PT. According to Boyolali's four competitive advantages, Murni Murni has a positive and partial impact on PT. Staff competition. Pure Solo for Boyolali.
