Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant influence between the variables of reward, workload, discipline, and employee satisfaction on work productivity. In addition, it is also to determine whether there is a significant simultaneous influence and which variable is the most dominant in influencing the work productivity of the employees of the Environment and Forestry Office of Klaten Regency. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 43 employees and the entire population was sampled in this study, where the sampling technique used quota sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques: observation, documentation, questionnaire and literature study. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear tests. The results of the study can be concluded that: The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) There is an effect of appreciation, workload, discipline, and employee satisfaction simultaneously on work productivity of employees of the Environmental and Forestry Service of Klaten Regency, 2) There is an effect of appreciation on work productivity. for employees of the Environment and Forestry Service Office of Klaten Regency, 3) There is an effect of workload on work productivity of employees of the Office of Environment and Forestry of Klaten Regency, 4) There is an effect of discipline on work productivity of employees of the Office of Environment and Forestry of Klaten Regency, 5) There the influence of employee satisfaction on work productivity of the employees of the Environment and Forestry Service in Klaten Regency Keywords: Work Productivity, Rewards, Workload, Discipline, Employee Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of repurchase intention in terms of promotional strategies and reseller purchase satisfaction at the Beteng Trade Center Surakarta fashion store. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. This study uses primary data collected using a questionnaire as a research instrument. The sample research method used was purposive sampling technique. The respondents of this research were 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of the research in this study can be concluded that promotion strategy has no positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, promotion strategy has a positive and significant effect on purchase satisfaction, purchase satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, promotion strategy has a positive and significant effect on repurchase. intention through purchase satisfaction. Abstract

Changes occur in all fields including in the field of communication equipment, companies are always required to produce the latest products and the best innovations so that they are different from previous product and consumers want to buy them. The attractiveness of advertising that reminds and makes consumers interested in advertised products makes purchase demand increase, in addition to offering products through advertising the product must also meet the lifestyle of someone who wears it. In addition to the attractiveness of advertising and lifestyle, the quality ofathe product also greatly affects the product that will be launched to the public because the quality ofathe product will determine the price of the product. Researchers conducted this study toadetermine and explain the influenceaofaadvertisingaattractiveness,.lifestyle.andaproduct.qualityainainfluencingapurchasing.decisions for xiaomi smartphones.in Sukoharjo. This recearch uses descriptive quantitative research with the independent variables of ad attractiveness, lifestyle and product quality. The sample population used is the entire Sukoharjo community, especially xiaomi smartphone users with a population of 3,780 people and a sample or 100 respondents, in taking the sample using purposive sapling technique and for data colletion using a questionnaire or questionnaire method. Based on the results of multiple linier regression tests, this study proves that.the attractiveness.of advertising, lifestyle and product quality.have a significant.effect on.purchasing.decisions together. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of products, promotions and services on customer satisfaction of Telkomsel internet data card package in Wonogiri. This type of research is quantitative. This research was conducted in Wonogiri, the number of population is not infinite because of the large number of internet data package users, especially Telkomsel which has a very stable network. The samples taken in this study were 100 respondents. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. The method of data analysis uses multiple oline are regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the results of the F test show that product quality promotion and service simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction of Telkomsel's internet data packet card in Wonogiri. The results of the t test show that the product quality partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Telkomsel internet data package cards in Wonogiri. Promotion variables partially also have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Telkomsel internet data package card customers in Wonogiri. Service variables partially also have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Telkomsel's internet data package card in Wonogiri. Product Quality, Promotion and Good Service in order to increase Customer Satisfaction of Telkomsel Internet Data Package Card in Wonogiri. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of service quality, sales promotion and price perception on customer satisfaction. The population used in this study is not limited to the grab application users in Surakata City. The sample used in this study was 100 people determined using the Sugiyono formula. The sampling technique used is the non probability sampling method with the sampling method used is accidental sampling and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 21. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is a significant influence between variable website quality, product innovation, and electronic word of mouth on e-commerce shopee purchasing decisions. In addition, it is also to find out whether there is a significant simultaneous effect and which variable is the most dominant in influencing the purchase decision of e-commerce shopee at the Faculty of Economics, Batik Islamic University, Surakarta. The method used is quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study amounted to 1330 students and the number of samples used was 133, where the sampling technique used quota sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques: observation, documentation, questionnaire and literature study. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear tests. Abstract

This research aims to study and explain the simultaneous and partial Product Quality, Various Products and Atsmosphere Stores on the Purchase Decision of Batik Clothing at the Batik Danar Hadi Store in Surakarta. This research method uses descriptive quantitative research design. The population is all batik consumers at the Surakarta Danar Hadi Batik Shop, which gets 100 consumers. The number of samples is all consumers of 100 respondents. Collecting data using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used statistical analysis are the coefficient of determination test, multiple linear regression test, F test, and t test. The results showed the product test, product quality, and store atmosphere simultaneously and significantly towards purchasing decisions at the Batik Danar Hadi Store in Surakarta. The results showed a positive and significant product quality on the buyer's decision at the Batik Danar Hadi Store in Surakarta. Product atsmosphere have a positive and significant influence on buyer’s decision at the Batik Danar Hadi Store in Surakarta. Abstract

The research is aimed to analyze the mediating effect of job satisfaction on the correlation of principals’ leadership and organization climate with the teachers’ performance. Survey research is employed among Junior High School teachers in Weru Sub District of Sukoharjo Municipality. The research was administered to 98 teachers from five school in the area. The research concluded that there were significant correlation between independent and dependent variables in the research both directly and indirectly. The research, therefore, showed that job satisfaction mediating the correlation of principals’ leadership and organization climate with the teachers’ performance. Abstract

The research purpose was determined the effect of intellectual ability, discipline, supervision, and motivation on the vocational high school teachers’ professionalism in the Surakarta City. The research type is explanatory research. The research population are teachers of Vocational High School in Surakarta City. Sampling technique was used purposive sampling technique. Technique of data collection was used questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were used statistical analysis including of multiple linear tests, F-test, and t-test. The research results showed that 1) intellectual ability, discipline, supervision, and work motivation are simultaneously have a significant effect on the vocational high school teachers’ professionalism in Surakarta City. 2) Intellectual abilities has significant effect on the vocational high school teachers’ professionalism in Surakarta City. 3) Discipline has a significant effect on vocational high school teachers’ professionalism in the Surakarta city. 4) Work motivation has significant effect on the vocational high school teachers’ professionalism in Surakarta City. 5) Supervision has significant effect on the vocational high school teachers’ professionalism in Surakarta. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kompensasi, Pengalaman Kerja dan Kepuasan kerja terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan Di CV Bintang Makmur Sragen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk menunjukkan hubungan antar variabel. Penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh karyawannyang berjumlah 38 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan validitas, reliabilitas, analisis regresi linier berganda. Data diperoleh dari penyebar kuesioner untuk responden. Penelitian ini diuji menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variable Kompensasi, Pengalaman kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan Di CV Bintang Makmur Sragen. Secara terpisah Kompensasi tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan Di CV Bintang Makmur Sragen. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Pengalaman kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan Di CV Bintang Makmur Sragen Kata kunci : Kompensasi, kepuasan kerja, pengalaman kerja, loyalitas karyawan
