Abstract

Overcoming mental problems that are effectively applied to patients with mental disorders is the Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT). Research by Rochjani, Mardiyono, and Arwani (2014) revealed that SEFT therapy can reduce negative emotions in patients with schizophrenia. SEFT therapy with a spiritual approach is suitable to be applied to schizophrenic patients, according to the results that spiritual therapy by doing dhikr, istigfar, and prayer can relieve angry emotions and reduce symptoms that appear in schizophrenic patients. The purpose of writing this article is to see the effectiveness of EFT carried out in psychosis and psychosocial cases. The literature review was compiled by searching for articles on the topic of SEFT for Mental Health in undergraduate and pubmed databases. Keywords include: Emotional Freedom Techniques, Spiritual Emotional Freedom Techniques Mental Health. The inclusion criteria of the selected articles were complete articles of various texts, in the period 2010-2020, articles having DOI, quantitative and qualitative research, using and discussing articles on the application of EFT for various mental health problems both at and psychosocial. The selection article stages use the Preferred Reporting Items for Literature Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) guide which includes 5 steps, namely determining criteria, determining sources of information, selecting literature, collecting data and selecting data items. The article search results obtained 201 articles from scholars and pubmed, according to keywords and based on 2010-2020. After reading the title and abstract, 25 articles met the inclusion criteria and 195 did not. Furthermore, the article is read in full text and there are only 4 articles that can be accessed in full text. The final articles to be analyzed in this literature review are 4 articles. Conclusion: EFT is effective for overcoming mental health problems, both psychosis and psychosocial.

Abstract

Indonesia is a disaster laboratory with 13 types of disasters in it. The history of disaster events shows that there has been an increase in disasters from time to time. The increasing vulnerability factor and still limited capacity also cause disaster risk to increase in the future. Based on the above background, universities must uphold the Tridharma of Higher Education, so that the Community Service Program is held. This service was carried out in Cintamanik Village, Karang Tengah District, Garut Regency. This service is a collaboration between lecturers and students. In Garut Regency there was a flash flood on November 28, 2021 which resulted in physical and building damage in two villages in Karang Tengah sub-district, namely Cinta and Cinta Manik villages. The implementation method used is, indoor games for children, PTM examination for the elderly, and the provision of clean water. This activity will be held on December 23, 2021 in Cinta Manik Village, Karang Tengah District, Garut Regency. The target for this community service is 20 (twenty) children and 100 (one hundred) elderly residents in Cinta Manik Village. The main purpose of PTM activities is to increase community participation in the prevention and early detection of non-communicable disease risk factors (PTM). From this community service activity, clean water infrastructure is needed, trauma healing for children and examination of non-communicable diseases for the elderly

Abstract

Wabah virus corona yang disebabkan oleh coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 telah membawa serangkaian perubahan dalam banyak aspek kehidupan ekonomi dan sosial masyarakat. Pemerintah telah mencoba mengatasi wabah dengan mempertimbangkan serangkaian tindakan, tidak semuanya sesuai dengan opini publik. Selama ini pesatnya pertumbuhan jumlah kasus secara global telah menimbulkan kepanikan, ketakutan, dan kecemasan di kalangan masyarakat. Topik vaksinasi merupakan salah satu tema yang menimbulkan serangkaian pertanyaan bagi massyarakat, sebagian besar terkait dengan keamanan seluruh proses. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Gambaran Motivasi Masyarakat untuk melaksanakan vaksinasi Covid 19 di Kabupaten Garut. Desain yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Besar sampel menggunakan rumus proporsi sebanyak 96 responden, Teknik sampling menggunakan Multi Stage Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian sebagian kecil responden untuk kategori motivasi tinggi sebanyak 13 responden (13,5%), lalu sebagian besar responden untuk kategori motivasi sedang sebanyak 55 responden (57,3%) dan hampir separuhnya responden untuk kategori motivasi kurang sebanyak 28 responden (29,2%). Penelitian dapat dijadikan referensi untuk penelitian selanjutnya tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kegiatan vaksinasi

Abstract

Family medicinal plants are selected medicinal plants that can be planted in the yard or home environment. The selected medicinal plants are usually plants that can be used for first aid or mild medicines such as fever and cough. The presence of medicinal plants in the home environment is very important, especially for families who do not have easy access to medical services such as clinics, health centers or hospitals. Medicinal plants can be planted in pots or on the land around the house. By understanding the benefits and properties and types of plants. The purpose of this community service activity is expected to increase the knowledge of the community in Pasawahan Village about family medicinal plants and can utilize family medicinal plants around the community environment properly. Methods: The technique for implementing this activity is to conduct training, counseling and practice of planting Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA). Results: After the activity of planting family medicinal plants, the Pasawahan village community, in particular, knows the types of family medicinal plants and how to plant and After the activity of planting family medicine, a family medicinal plant demonstration site was formed. Conclusion: Community knowledge about family medicinal plants is very useful as a promotive and preventive effort so that it is necessary to increase activities that increase community knowledge such as counseling, seminars and implementation of TOGA planting activities.
