Abstract

Introduction: The purpose of this research is to explain how the application of Islamic business ethics in the management of culinary business. Culinary business is a business that is widely pursued by the community because it is easy and needed by the market, but there are still many business people who heed islamic business ethics in their business management. Whereas business ethics is an important element of business management itself. Then there needs to be guidelines for businesses to apply Islamic business ethics into the management of culinary business. Methods: This research uses qualitative research with literature study method. Results: Islamic business ethics principles will be able to help culinary business management more targeted and have clear values both in the world and in the hereafter. These principles are 1) Tauhid, 2) Worship, 3) Amanah, 4) Hikmah, 5) Adil, 6) Ihsan, 7) Please help, 8) Halalan Thayyiban and 9) Deliberation. Because binsis activities not only to gain profit but to carry out the commandments of Allah SWT. Conclusion and suggestion: The principle of Islamic business ethics must be done in every business activity because it will be able to increase the productivity of the business. This research is only theoretical,so there needs to be further research that is empirical.

Abstract

This research contains to assess Islamic Family Financial Management for PNM Mekaar Syariah consumers group in Jambesari District, Bondowoso. This study aims to analyze Islamic Family Financial Management for PNM Meekar Syariah customers. The research method uses descriptive research qualitative approach. Research using descriptive methods is research directed to provide symptoms, facts accurately and systematically regarding the nature of the population of a particular area. The results showed that the understanding of customers in managing household finances is very simple. Customers have budgeting and implement simple financial management. Obstacles in its implementation are due to uncertain income and low financial literacy. However, research shows that the financial management of the three households studied is mostly in accordance with the concept of Sakinah finance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine more deeply the service management and Islamic business ethics that exist at PT Nur Haramain mulia. The method used is descriptive qualitative, for research data collection includes observation, interviews, documentation. The results of this study indicate that PT Nur Haramain Mulia has an important task in serving pilgrims in making passports, providing rituals and the existence of mentors who are always there to make the Umrah worship of the jammah successful both in the country and in the holy land. Supporting factors and inhibiting factors must exist in an institution, some of the supporting factors in travel are adequate facilities and infrastructure, having many channels or enough cooperating parties to make PT. Nur Haramain Mulia Survive. And one of the inhibiting factors is that many pilgrims are from ordinary people who do not understand much about making passports and other files.

Abstract

Agriculture is crucial to Indonesia's economy, serving as a cornerstone for food security and sovereignty. Despite this, agricultural livelihoods have not significantly improved living standards in Indonesia's fertile lands. As one of the six major commodities, tobacco holds a strategic position in Indonesia's industry and exports, particularly to European countries. This research focuses on Probolinggo, a East Java regency known for producing high-quality tobacco. Despite the higher prices of tobacco in this region, the economic conditions of tobacco farmers are not always prosperous. Tobacco farming in Probolinggo has faced losses in recent years. The village of Randumerak, with a majority of its population engaged in tobacco farming, is the research subject to explore the household welfare levels of tobacco farmers. Various issues, such as the religious prohibition on smoking, the Tobacco Bill, and product price fluctuations prompt the study. Tobacco farmers in Randumerak face uncertainty and anxiety, especially during the tobacco planting season. This research aims to measure the household welfare levels of tobacco farmers, focusing on income and social conditions. By understanding these conditions, it is hoped that solutions or strategies can be identified to enhance the welfare of tobacco farmers amidst economic dynamics and regulatory changes related to tobacco.
