Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the strategy of the Housing, Settlement Areas And Land Services in Mamasa Regency in slum settlement arrangements in mamasa village. The research method used is a qualitative method. Data was collected using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, data analysis used three components, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Analyze using three indicators of strategy implementation, namely programs, budgets and procedures. The results showed that the strategy of the Department of Housing, Settlement Areas and Land of Mamasa Regency in structuring slum settlements in Mamasa Village has been implemented properly, according to planning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Improvement of the Performance of Civil Servants as the implication of Law Number 5 concerning the State Civil Apparatus in the Malunda District Office. The study used descriptive qualitative methods to make a description of facts, certain characteristics systematically, factually, and accurately. The results of the study show that the level of work discipline of the State Civil Apparatus employees at the Malunda Sub-District Office is still far from the standard. Factors that influence performance and performance improvement in carrying out services are internal motivation, employee knowledge, and employee welfare.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how management is applied in waste service fees in Mamuju District, which was carried out by the Regional Environmental Agency of Mamuju Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative which provides an overview or explanation of the management of solid waste services in the sub-district of Mamuju, as well as the obstacles. The results of the study showed that Mamuju regency waste collection planning consisted of setting targets, collecting data on retribution and socialization. Planning runs less effectively. In terms of data collection, the Environmental Agency does not directly go down the field to carry out data collection, only based on data from PLN and PDAM. Then in terms of socialization it has not been evenly distributed to the community so that many people do not yet know about the existence of local regulations on waste retribution.
