Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) Analyzing the effect of brand trust on consumer attitudes towards halal culinary products. 2) Analyzing the influence of brand trust on Halal Label Perception of halal culinary. 3) Analyzing the influence of consumer attitudes on the Perception of the Halal Label of Halal Culinary. 4) Analyzing consumer attitudes in mediating the influence of brand trust on Halal Label Perception of halal culinary. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study are students and lecturers of the Islamic Institute of Mamba’ul ‘Ulum Surakarta. The sample in this study was taken to facilitate research from the large number of populations, the sample selection can be seen in the sampling technique, the number of samples in this study were students and lecturers of the Islamic Institute of Mamba’ul ‘Ulum Surakarta. The sampling technique used in this study is a non-probability method because it uses an accidental sampling technique. Research Results: 1) Brand Trust has a positive and significant effect on consumer attitudes of Halal Culinary products. This means that the Brand Trust felt by consumers on Halal Culinary products can increase the Perception of the Halal Label on these products. These results show that the better the brand trust felt by consumers, it has a positive influence on consumer attitudes towards halal culinary products. 2) Brand trust has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction with halal culinary purchases. This means that the brand trust felt by consumers in halal culinary products can increase purchase satisfaction for these products. These results show that the better the brand trust felt by consumers in halal culinary products, the higher the satisfaction of purchasing these halal culinary products. 3) Consumer attitudes have a positive and significant effect on buyer satisfaction of halal culinary products. This means that consumer attitudes perceived by consumers on halal culinary products can increase buyer satisfaction for these products. This shows that the higher the attitude of consumers perceived by consumers on halal culinary products, the higher the satisfaction of buyers with these products. 4) Consumer attitudes mediate positively and significantly affect brand trust on purchase satisfaction of halal culinary products, in other words, consumer attitudes affect Halal Label Perception through brand trust. The better the perceived buyer satisfaction, the higher the brand trust which will increase the perception of the halal culinary label.

Abstract

The background and factors in a family determine his views on the concept of a sakinah family and efforts to make it happen. It can be analyzed using a SWOT analysis whether the family has met the criteria as a sakinah or pre-sakinah family. This study aims to provide insight for every couple who wants to get married, especially for alumni of Islamic boarding schools in an effort to form a sakinah family. The subject of this research is the family of Wahid Firmansyah, one of the alumni of Ma'had 'Aly Makkah Boyolali. This type of research is a qualitative research with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the efforts made by married couples alumni of Islamic boarding school students in fostering a household can be used as a concept in realizing a sakinah family. These efforts are choosing the right partner, building a household with the concept of faith and piety, preparing mature provisions from all aspects, utilizing all the potential they have to fulfill their rights and obligations, and resolving every household problem calmly and patiently..

Abstract

Baitul Maal waa Tamwil (BMT) is indeed a different MFI because it has a business and social side. Regulations related to the existence of BMTs include Law Number 23 of 2011 concerning Zakat Management, Law Number 25 of 1992 concerning Cooperatives and Law Number 1 of 2013 concerning Microfinance Institutions (MFIs), as referred to in the Law concerning the Financial Services Authority, Article 1 paragraph (8) of Law no. 1 of 2013 concerning Microfinance Institutions (MFIs). That is an institution that is independent and free from interference from other parties, which has the functions, duties, regulatory authority, supervision, examination, and investigation as referred to in this Law. Article 1 Paragraph (1) of Law no. 11 of 2011 concerning the Financial Services Authority (OJK). One of these institutions is KSPPS-BMT Makmur Mandiri Sukoharjo. The purpose of this study was to determine the procedures for implementing accounts payable contracts on financing products at KSPPS-BMT Makmur Mandiri. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Sources of data in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study stated that KSPPS-BMT Makmur Mandiri Sukoharjo already had a financing product, namely the Mudharabah Principle, which was divided into two namely mutlaqah and muqayyaddah. Musharaka Principle. The principle of Wadi'ah is divided into two, namely wadi'ah yad dhamanah and wadi'ah Amanah. The principle of buying and selling, consists of murabahah and ishtisna. Services include wakalah, kafalah and ijarah. The principle of loan or debt, consists of hawalah, rahn and qard.

Abstract

Marriage is a phenomenon that is always interesting to discuss in society. Marriage is an important thing for human life, especially in social life in society and survival for the next generation of humans. The phenomenon of early marriage in Baki District has recently been increasing over the last three years. This study aims to analyze what factors influence the occurrence of early marriage and analyze the level of household welfare in couples rising at an early age Religious AffairsOffice in the Baki District.This research is a qualitative descriptive study aimed at getting an overview of the factors that lead to early marriage and the level of family welfare of couples who marry at an early age in the Baki District area. Data collection techniques in this study used direct surveys, interviews and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used in this study uses interactive descriptive analysis.The results of this study draw the conclusion that the main cause of underage marriages in the Baki District area is due to pregnancy out of wedlock which is influenced by the presence of promiscuity factors, educational factors, economic factors and parental encouragement factors. The welfare level of early age couples in the Baki District is included in the pre-prosperous level.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the Law of Offerings in Weddings According to the Perspective of Islamic Law. This research is a qualitative research. The subjects of this research are residents of Pagutan Village, Manyaran District, Wonogiri Regency, Central Java Province. Collecting data in this study using observation, interviews and documentation. Then this study uses data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation and data lever. The results in this study indicate that the customs of the surrounding community are accustomed to the culture of offerings such as the types and functions of offerings such as the offerings of pairs of tarub, offerings of siraman, offerings of midodaren, and finally offerings of Panggih. While the function of the offering itself according to the Javanese community as a form of spiritual negotiation between humans and supernatural powers so that these super natural creatures or essences are not harmful. From the above statement that the tradition of offerings at weddings according to Islamic law is included in the fasid habit. Because it contradicts the verses in the Koran. Therefore, the act of entering into major shirk which is prohibited in Islam can even expel someone from Islam. So, the law of carrying out this ritual of marriage offerings is haram.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengenalkan dan menginformasikan terkait Negara Hukum dan HAM. Refleksi untuk membuka kembali wawasan masyarakat tentang Negara Hukum dan HAM serta memupuk kesadaran masyarakat bahwa diperlukan rasa tanggungjawab dan peranan aktif berbagai lapisan masyarakat dalam mengawal penegakan HAM dengan harapan dapat menambah rasa nasionalisme Komunitas Topi Baja sebagai bagian kecil dari warga Indonesia perlu untuk mengenal dan menghayati makna Indonesia sebagai Negara Hukum dan Penegak HAM. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kepada masyarakat dengan membentuk tim. Dalam hal menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara disertai literatur pendukung yang diperoleh dari beberapa sumber kepustakaan yang relevan dengan kajian ini. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa pada pertemuan rutin komunitas Topi Baja. Kegiatan ini menjadi bentuk kepedulian tim dalam upaya pemulihan mental pasca pandemi covid-19 yang dirasa cukup berdampak pada rasa nasionalisme masyarakat, diharapkan anggota komunitas Topi Baja dapat menjadi stimulus bagi warga setempat untuk lebih memahami, peka, dan pada akhirnya dengan kesadaran bersedia bersama-sama untuk taat hukum dan menegakkan HAM. Kegiatan evaluasi setelah acara diskusi selesai. Antusias dan respon positif dapat dirasakan sepanjang kegiatan diskusi, anggota komunitas Topi Baja mengerti bahwa perlu komunikasi baik, kerja sama (gotong royong), toleransi, dan kesadaran hukum untuk meminimalisir tindak yang mengarah pada pelanggaran HAM. Warga Kerjo, Karanganyar secara bersama-sama akan selalu berupaya menjaga keamanan, kenyamanan, ketertiban, dan penegakan HAM khususnya di daerah setempat.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi telah memberikan keuntungan bagi pelaku usaha. Pemasaran digital (Digital Marketing) dengan memanfaatkan media sosial dapat menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas, menekan biaya pemasaran, mudah diakses dan dapat dilakukan kapanpun dan dimanapun. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi informasi untuk pemasaran produk secara digital. Kemudian, terkait penerapan hukum tentang jual beli online juga harus di fahami oleh masyarakat umum agar dalam melakukan transaksi jual beli tidak menyimpang secara syariat. Kegiatan ini mendapatkan respon yang sangat positif dari peserta. Kegiatan ini telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan teknologi informasi yang bisa mendukung tumbuhnya perekonomian melalui produk yang dihasilkan secara online.
