Abstract

The purpose of this study is to get an overview of the knowledge and financial aspects of entrepreneurship to be a decisive part in the management of Bumdesa. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The results obtained are from the aspect of financial literacy of the Bumdesa management on human resource input, knowledge of the preparation of financial reports and the inadequate ability to analyze financial statements so that they have not been able to make financial reports as a basis for decision making. The financial aspect of entrepreneurship can be seen from the Bumdesa business idea. running a business idea, the ability to organize a business, develop innovation as a whole have been implemented, but have not run optimally, so that it has an impact on the Bumdesa financial performance.

Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic in Indonesia has an impact on the sustainability of the business sector, especially MSMEs. MSME actors are faced with situations and must make decisions in the midst of environmental changes that occur. Different conditions in each MSME, both different types of business, business capacity, resource capacity, make different decision attitudes. This research is a secondary research, conducted by reviewing the articles that have been published and published in Indonesia, as many as 15 articles. The results of the study show several important decisions taken by MSMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic, including 1) Survival strategy, by making savings, 2) Optimization of the resources they have, without adding other additional resources, 3) Participation in the economic recovery program by the government includes social assistance, training and assistance, tax incentives, and credit restructuring, 4) Application of information technology such as digital marketing and financial technology transformation, 5) Personal selling improvement, 6) Product innovation, 7) Preventive steps with more mature business planning . The contribution of this research is to provide input for policy makers to pay attention to the needs of MSMEs in making decisions for business continuity, as well as developing research analysis of MSME business decisions.

Abstract

The Sih Sah Somo Lumajang Art Organization Association is a performing organization focused on learning the arts of puppetry and karawitan. The purpose of this study was to find out the analysis of the organizational structure of the Sih Sah Somo Association of Lumajang Regency so that the positions and positions within the association organization are clear, the duties and responsibilities as well as control and supervision are going well. The research method uses descriptive qualitative research. The studio is domiciled in Sukodono District, Lumajang Regency. The number of members is 60 divided into 25 adults, 35 youths, 37 who are active until now and 2 coaches. After the job analysis was carried out, it was found that there were multiple positions, so an organizational structure proposal was made that was more in line with the specifications of each position so that it looked more focused in handling an organization. With the addition of managers and financial staff, they will focus more on dealing with problems in the organization by appointing or recruiting new members who are competent in these fields and have great responsibility in contributing to the community.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the extent to which the phenomenon of increasing restaurants and cafes in Lumajang has an impact on restaurant tax revenues. This research is a survey research with an interview method conducted with BPRD Lumajang and Restaurant/Cafe Owners who will be used as research samples where information or data is collected in a short time with several stages, namely determining interview questions, then the collected data will be identified and analyzed real-time. time. This research was carried out as an effort to optimize regional income through the local tax sector. The results of this study can be used as one illustration that in fact Lumajang still needs local tax socialization because the level of understanding and knowledge is lacking resulting in several potential taxes that should be able to increase regional income never reporting their tax obligations.
