Abstract

Wanita awalnya hanya dikaitkan tentang urusan di dalam rumah dan tidak bisa mengeksplore dengan bebas tentang hal-hal yang berada di luar rumah. Namun kemajuan jaman telah mengubah banyak pandangan tentang wanita. Kemudian karena adanya perkembangan jaman dan emansipasi, kini wanita memperoleh hak yang sama dengan laki-laki. Salah satunya wanita memiliki kesempatan untuk dapat memberikan kontribusi mengenai pendapatan pada keluarganya melalui perannya dengan bekerja di ranah publik. Karna saat ini semakin banyak wanita yang ikut berperan dalam dunia kerja guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarganya dari sisi pendapatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendapatan muslimah bekerja terhadap kesejahteraan ekonomi keluarga. Hasil penelitia n menunjukkan bahwa kesejahteraan ekonomi keluarga (Y) dipengaruhi oleh pendapatan muslimah yang bekerja (X) sebesar 72,7%, dan sisanya (27,3%), dipengaruhi oleh faktor atau variabel lain di luar penelitian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di KPN IAIN Samarinda dengan judul: Analisis Penerapan PSAK No. 102 Untuk Pembiayaan Murabahah Pada KPN IAIN Samarinda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adalah untuk mengetahui kesesuaian penerapan akuntansi murabahah pada KPN IAIN Samarinda dengan Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Syariah No.102 Tentang Akuntansi Murabahah. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan studi pustaka dan wawancara. Salah satu pendekatan dalam penelitian yang berbasis literatur yaitu analisis komparasi. Cara ini membandingkan obyek penelitian dengan konsep pembanding. Untuk menentukan kesesuaian praktik akuntansi murabahah yang diterapkan KPN IAIN Samarinda digunakan aturanaturan atau standar yang terdapat dalam PSAK Syariah khususnya PSAK No.102.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa perlakuan akuntansi murabahah pada KPN IAIN Samarinda yang berkaitan dengan pengakuan dan pengukuran, penyajian dan pengungkapan belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan PSAK No. 102. Secara garis besar perlakuan akuntansi yang dilakukan oleh KPN IAIN Samarinda telah sesuai dengan prinsip akuntansi yang diterima umum yaitu PSAK No. 102. Tetapi masih ada pada saat terjadi tunggakan angsuran dan penerimaan angsuran tunggakan, implementasinya KPN IAIN Samarinda tidak mencatat jurnal apapun atau tidak ada perlakuan akuntansi. Seharusnya dalam PSAK No. 102 diatur pada saat terjadinya tunggakan angsuran dan penerimaan angsuran tunggakan, margin diakui proporsional dengan kas yang diterima. ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) has started on January 1, 2016. This agreement was reached by the 10 members of ASEAN in 2007 to create a single market in Southeast Asia. ASEAN countries are doing the deal consists of Brunei, the Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. The purpose of creation of this MEA, based on the ASEAN charter is in an effort to boost the region’s economy by increasing the competitiveness of ASEAN in regional and international arena as the economy grows evenly.Muslim entrepreneurs have very close ties with the national economic growth. They have very important roles in the economy of Indonesia especially in the era of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). There are at least seven roles of Muslim entrepreneurs in the Indonesian economy in the era of the MEA, i.e., increasing the productivity of goods and services, increasing per capita income, encouraging innovation of new products, capable of creating jobs, providing ease and convenience of life, encouraging progress of science and technology, and increasing state revenue from tax sector.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the analysis of the level of student satisfaction with service quality at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, IAIN Samarinda. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 120 students of class 2017 Islamic Economics Department, Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, IAIN Smarinda, in order to obtain primary data, namely direct information from respondents about what they felt was satisfaction in getting services at the Department of Economics, FEBI IAIN Samarinda. The questionnaire in this study was taken randomly and divided into 5 aspects of customer satisfaction, namely tangible, reliability, responsibility, assurance, empathy and information system aspects. The findings in this evaluation study indicated that the tangible aspect was felt satisfied by the majority of students. Likewise, the aspects of reliability, responsibility, assurance, empathy, and information system were felt satisfied by the majority of students. Even so, there are several aspects of each variable that need to be improved because there are many students who feel dissatisfied and even dissatisfied with the services provided.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of corporate governance, growth opportunity, and net profit margin (NPM) to the firm value with firm size as a control variable. Corporate governance is proxied by the survey results CGPI (CG Index), growth opportunity is measured by the ratio of stock market value to book value of the share capital, while net profit margin is measured with ratio of net income to sales. Firm size used in this study is the log of total assets. This study uses secondary data from ICMD and IDX. Using analysis this study find that corporate governance, growth opportunity, and net profit margin positively and significantly effect the firm value.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the activities of the Zakat Community Development program carried out by the BAZNAS of Samarinda City in the Loa Kumbar area of Loa Buah Village in Samarinda which aims to prosper the community or empowerment programs based on reducing poverty. The research is empirical research (field research), the data sources in this study were primary data obtained from field assistants and assistants from BAZNAS Samarinda.while the Respondents in this study were Kelurahan, RT, community leaders and field assistants and assistants from BAZNAS Samarinda and members. While the data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation. After the data was collected, then analyzed using qualitative methods. The findings in the field are, the driving factor of the implementation of the ZCD program in the Loa Kumbar region is that there are many people who do not have jobs, almost 70% of the population in the region are underprivileged and BAZNAS wants to encourage community self-help. The inhibiting factors in implementing the program were the late arrival of funds, facilitators who were still very minimal, communication gaps and the type of development of inappropriate activities. While the changes that have taken place in the Loa Kumbar region are facilities such as roads, mosques, schools, aquaculture, livestock and fisheries, free health programs such as mass circumcision and medical treatment.This program is very helpful for the Loa Kumbar community to become more prosperous.

Abstract

Samarinda is one of the most populous cities in East Kalimantan province. Some data which obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of Samarinda, they were recorded more than one million people living here until 2020. Meanwhile, around 80% of the population of Samarinda were Muslim. One of the pillars of Islam that is always done regularly every year is paying zakat. By considering the large population in Samarinda, the potential for zakat in this city is very large. Professional management of zakat infaq and shodaqoh potential will be an economic strength in order to reduce poverty level, create jobs, increase income and encourage people's economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the variables of trust, religiosity, income, promotion, and quality of service on interest in tithing at the East Kalimantan National Zakat Agency. Quantitative method with SmartPLS is used to test the hypothesis. The research questionnaire was distributed to 100 respondents in the East Kalimantan region. The results of this study indicate that the variables of trust, service quality, income and religiosity have a significant effect on muzakki's interest in paying zakat at BAZNAS East Kalimantan. Meanwhile, the promotion factor has no significant effect on the interest of the muzakki in zakat at BAZNAS East Kalimantan. These findings are useful for zakat managers, especially BAZNAS East Kalimantan, to focus development on factors that have a significant effect on interest in paying zakat at BAZNAS East Kalimantan.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) merupakan sebuah gagasan yang menjadikan perusahaan tidak hanya  bertanggung jawab pada nilai perusahaan saja, tetapi juga berpijak pada kegiatan ekonomi, sosial dan lingkungan dari sebuah entitas. CSR di perlukan sebagai suatu komitmen berkelajutan dari perusahaan untuk bertanggung jawab secara ekonomi sosial, dan ekologis kepada masyarakat, lingkungan, serta para pemanggku kepentingan (Stageholder). Sehingga dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan Corporate Social Responsibility oleh Eramart Samarinda terdapat beberapa jenis yang di lakukan oleh perusahaan dalam mengimplementasikan kegitan CSR Maka peneliti ingin melakukan penelitian di suatu perusahaan ritel lokal di Samarinda dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi program kerja Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) yang ada di Eramart Samarinda serta apakah implementsinya sesuai dengan prinsip Ekonomi Islam. Adapun metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Tield Research (Lapangan) dengan jenis Kualitatif – deskriptif menggunakan analisis isi (Content Analisis) data yang dianalisis yaitu data yang terbagi menjadi dua yakni data primer berupa data langsung dari PT Eramart group dan data sekunder berupa refrensi teori serta dalam teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Dokumentasi, Observasi, dan Wawancara.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Program Corporate Social Responsibility di Eramart Samarinda dalam bidang pendidikan dan sosial diantaranya 1) dengan menggunakan pola implementasi melalui yayasan atau organisasi perusahaan dengan mendirikan Yayasan Rumah Tahfidz. 2) Implementasi keterlibatan langsung dengan memberikan bantuan kepada yayasan panti asuhan Darul Falah  berupa dana dan sembako. 3)  Implementasi kerjasama dengan lembaga sosial atau organisasi non Pemerintah. Implementasi Program Kerja Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) di Eramart Samarinda menggunakan  prinsip ekonomi Islam di antaranya Prinsip keadilan, Prinsip Raḥmatan Lil‟alamῑn dan Prinsip Maslahah (Kepentingan Masyarakat).

Abstract

Business demands for the use of technology in the marketing activities of small and medium enterprises have become mandatory to be met. Business competition and increasingly high business creativity require every small and micro business actor to carry out marketing strategies that are adapted to the times. The need for the internet is mandatory in all activities including business activities. Therefore, small and micro business actors must master digital marketing as one of the most effective tools in marketing products and services. This community service activity aims to increase the insight into knowledge, as well as the skills of small and micro business actors in terms of utilizing digital marketing, in this case the mastery of social meda. This activity was attended by 25 small and micro business participants using the seminar method, explanation of power point slides and LCD projectors, sharing experiences and discussions, as well as direct practice of creating social media accounts (business whatsapp, facebook, Instagram, tik-tok). This community service was carried out in Makroman Village, Welcome District, Samarinda City. The results show that several micro-small business groups have been active in implementing social media as a medium for promoting their business, although there are still many people who have not mapped online business accounts with accounts for personal gain. All participants showed great interest and attention in this activity and they have used marketing media through social media as a promotional medium on an ongoing basis.
