Abstract

The purpose of the study is to find out the effect of service quality of Malinau district inter-city terminal passengers’ satisfaction in North Kalimantan. The problems faced by the district were about the inadequate terminal’s condition, bad terminal’s management, naughty passengers who ride the bus from outside the terminal, the inadequate ticket box facility, and no integrated Standard Operating Procedures. To get the research subject, the writers were using Servqual analysis (gap), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) with 30 Malinau inter-city terminal passengers as samples and Cartesius diagram. Based on the results, the writers find out that the terminal has not fulfilled the standard of the service quality which included the safety and security services, well-organized/reliable service, comfortable and convenience services, and the equality service.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide ideas in the existing literature from various sources that can be combined with the reality of existing scientific articles. The ideas and results of the research into this scientific article also provide an overview of the variables that can be used in further research such as data confidentiality, financial technology, logistics and government policy regulations. Of the three descriptions in the results and discussion above, there are three variables that can make future research materials or references, namely Financial technology that has been used with consumer confidentiality that is still not maximally maintained, secondly there is a government policy that clearly covers this financial technology so that it can be used. supervised by the government. Third, there are not many logistics companies that use financial technology as a means of payment to consumers, there are many obstacles, especially from management decisions and assistance that may be facilitated by the government with the existence of existing Financial Technology Institutions with cooperation. This qualitative research is still far from perfect, and only as a review material from researchers and as a contribution to the development of science, especially in the field of digital finance, and logistics in general. The research results of this article can provide thought benefits for science for those in need.

Abstract

Tujuan kajian ini untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan, harga dan loyalitas pelanggan, serta menguji pengaruh variable kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan PT. Ridho Makmur Sentosa di Jakarta Timur. Jenis penelitian Deskriptif kuantitatif, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh, pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner secara online kepada 37 pelanggan dari PT. Ridho Makmur. Teknik Analisa data menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji korelasi berganda, uji T, dan uji F. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara Kualitas Pelayanan (X1) dan Harga (X2) terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y) PT. Ridho Makmur Sentosa dimana Y = -2.259 + 0.909X1+ 0.034X2 memiliki R = 0,735 mempunyai pengaruh yang kuat dan positif antara variabel X1 dan X2 terhadap Y.

Abstract

PT. Garuda Indonesia merupakan maskapai penerbangan terbesar di Indonesia yang menguasai penerbangan domestic dengan kelas pelayanan full service. Pada tahun 2019 mengoperasikan penerbangan Rute CGK – UPG PP dengan menggunakan tipe pesawat B737-800NG. Adapun permasalahan dalam skripsi ini adalah bagaimana Profitabilitas Untuk Rute Jakarta – Makassar PP Tahun 2019. Adapun metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Pertama Penelitian Kepustakaan (Library research). Kedua metode analsis data dengan menggunakan analisis data Deskriptif kuantitatif, untuk menjelaskan data data yang sudah ada mengenai analsis pasar penerbangan Rute CGK – UPG PP dengan menggunakan tipe pesawat B737-800NG data penumpang actual yang diperoleh 186.266 untuk kurun waktu 3 bulan sehingga rata-rata per bulan berdasarkan analisis sebesar 93.133. Dari hasil 849, perhitungan Rute CGK – UPG dengan menggunakan B737-800NG memperoleh Revenue sebesar US$ 12.262.505/ 3bulan, Cost sebesar US$ 11.062.896,71/3bulan, Profit sebesar US$ 1.210.008,29. Dari hasil perhitungan Rute UPG – CGK dengan menggunakan B737-800NG memperoleh Revenue sebesar US$ 14.694.363, Cost sebesar US$ 13.844.662,34, Profit sebesar US$ 849.700,66. Maka di ketahui penerbangan rute CGK – UPG PP menggunakan tipe pesawat B737-800NG adalah Profit.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of brand image on the decision to purchase Vans brand shoes. The second is to find out and analyze the influence of product quality on purchasing decisions for Vans brand shoes. The quantitative method is the preferred approach in this research. Researchers collected data through questionnaires. The population in this research are people who have bought Vans shoes in Jakarta. Determination of the sample used is a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The sample used was 150 respondents with the criteria of respondents who owned and experienced the quality of Vans shoes. The conclusion of the study is that brand image variables have a significant effect on shoe purchasing decisions. The product quality variable has a significant effect on the decision to buy shoes
