Abstract

Vision and Mission are two words that have a meaning which, vision is a desire of individuals / institutions of the state of the future desired / aspired to by the individual / all members of your organization in all levels of management while the Mission One level of effort, thought, step - step formally to create a mission, meant to clarify what action is desired by the owner of your company and be a handle to run your business now into the foreseeable future until the vision is realized. Vision and Mission is a guide line of work in running the business effectively and efficiently to achieve maximum results, which must be obeyed and executed all line management level, which in turn is expected to be a corporate culture of a business.

Abstract

The meter has become a standard work agreed Indonesian Accounting Standards SFAS No.101 , 2007, in assessing the financial performance of a business field which is run in a given period , evidenced in the form of accounting reports or financial statements referred to sharia . External factors affecting financial performance include : internal influences such as company politics , legal barriers to enterprise , employment , monopoly , the external environment of the company; regulations of the company , for example : selling price regulation / input prices , taxation , corporate governance , etc. . Needs of Islamic financial statements presented course tailored to its business such as , field services ; field of trade ; fields Manufacture . Furthermore, the parties who require such financial statements have particular concern to the financial statements are presented , namely : Management , Owner , Lender , Investor , Supplier , Buyer , employees , government agencies including the IRS , the Department of Industry , Department of Commerce , and the General Public . The common types of financial reports presented to the parties typically include : statements Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss reports , usage reports and Source of Funds , Cash reports , reports Change Capital , and reports Ratio Analysis , Fund charity and benevolence Fund ( paragraph 8 of SFAS 101 , 2007) to facilitate the readers to read the financial statements are presented , should be attached to the disclosure of each item in the financial statements of the sharia . The financial statements are presented in accordance with GAAP in 2007 is : understandable , relevant , materiality , reliability , honest presentation , substance regale form , neutrality , healthy growth , completeness , can be compared .

Abstract

Service Excellent, now has become a necessity for all lines of business, micro, retail, commercial and corporate, and now the success of a business occurs because entrepreneurs have to pick up their customers, so customers will always feel pampered in fulfilling everything their needs. A business failure occurs because customers are disappointed so they look for alternatives to other similar products. Consumers increasingly dare to protest and complain when the service they get is bad. Consumers have higher standards of service and satisfaction which means it is increasingly difficult for consumers to feel satisfied. The consumer approach to being loyal (customer loyalty) should be based on customer needs carried out carefully, focused, systematically and effectively. quality service and always done re-engineering services in a manner that is expected to be able to satisfy customers and always try to make customers who are always defending their company (advocate).

Abstract

ActionScript-based programming is one of the software which includes applications that teachers widely use to create interactive learning media in the world of education. ActionScript-based programming technology is a type of graphic animation software that can create a graphic object that can be animated without using other supporting software. At present, there are many educational circles to expedite the process of learning activities, especially for students. Interactive learning media is one means of delivering subject matter that is very important to apply today. In implementing student learning at school, it is necessary to present a practical and theoretical learning system which is the main point in helping to develop student competence. One form of culture in Indonesia is the traditional musical instrument Sasando. Sasando belongs to the chordophone instrument because it is played by picking it. The form of Sasando itself is in the form of a guitar, violin or harp. The central part of the Sasando is in the form of a long bamboo tube. In the middle, rounded from top to bottom, there is a wedge to stretch the strings. Developing interactive learning media requires a software development method; one of the development methods used is the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) method. Making the MDLC has five stages: Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, and Testing
