Abstract

Citizenhip Organizational behavior (OCB) is a free behavior of individuals that are explicitly or indirectly recognized by the formal system and in the aggregate with affective and efficient functioning within an organization. With the increase organizational behavior citizenhip the nurse is able to do his work outside his job description. This study aims to know the culture of the organization as a mediating variable in the relationship with the organizational safety climate behavior citizenhip nurse. This research design correlation analysis, cross-sectional approach. Samples were 182 nurses with propposional random sampling. The research result is organizational culture nurses with an average of 4,22 categorized as excellent, nurse safety climate with an average of 4.00 considered good, organizational behavior citizenhip nurses with an average of 4.06 considered good. There is a relationship with the organizational safety climate citizenhip nurse behavior and organizational culture as a mediating variable of 47.3% in patient wards Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru. Suggestions for installation pelayanana is a need for supportive management of safety climate and soft skill training to improve organizational behavior citizenhip nurse

Abstract

The nutritional status of students is an important indicator in realizing the quality of human resources (HR) who are healthy, intelligent, productive and independent. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and consumption patterns of snacks with the nutritional status of school-age children at SDN 165 Pekanbaru, Tabek Gadang Village. Data was collected using a questionnaire sheet. The research method used in this study is descriptive correlative with a cross-sectional design with a population of all fifth grade students at SDN 165 Pekanbaru and the sample required is 38 students. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate using chi-suare test. The results of the study with 0.05 with df = 2 and p value 0.000 (p <0.05) meaning that there is a significant relationship between student knowledge and nutritional status in school-age children at SD 165 Pekanbaru. The results of the analysis with 0.05 with df = 2 and p value 0.000 (p <0.05) means that there is a significant relationship between consumption patterns and nutritional status in school-age children at SDN 165 Pekanbaru. As for suggestions in this study, it is hoped that there will be nutritional socialization or nutrition education for school students in choosing snacks that are safe for consumption.

Abstract

Children are very susceptible to large fluid losses, this is because children are susceptible to diseases, such as fever and diarrhea. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of giving drinking bottles with character stickers to preschool-aged children to meet the needs of fluids in children. Research design with quasi-experimental. This research was conducted with a sample of 30 people, 15 people in the intervention group and 15 people in the control group. The intervention group was given drinking bottles with character stickers while the control group was not given. The measurement tool is the amount of fluid intake every 24 hours in milliliters (ml). Data analysis using unpaired T test, obtained the amount of fluid intake after being given a drinking bottle with a post-test character sticker in the experimental group was 1290 ml, while the fluid intake in the control group was 896.67 ml. The results of the statistical test obtained a p value of 0.000. It can be concluded that there is a significant effect on the amount of fluid intake after being given a drink bottle with a sticker with a character between the experimental and control groups.
