Abstract

The purpose of this research is to create an expert system application to diagnose diseases in the rambutan plant that can be accessed anytime and anywhere so that the handling of the disease can be done appropriately. The Forward Chaining and Definity Factor methods are used because they are very suitable for expert systems that diagnose something that is uncertain so that the manual calculation results from the symptom data and the existing expert values result in a 98.91% confidence level percentage, and solutions are given to treat disease-stricken plants. The implementation uses Android Studio so that the application can run dynamically on various devices so that farmers can immediately find out what is happening with the conditions of their rambutan plants directly.

Abstract

The covid-19 virus became a pandemic in 2020. The spread of covid cases has hit the whole world, reaching 63 million cases in 190 countries as of November 2020. Information regarding the spread of covid is necessary for the general public. This research will produce a system that can provide information on the geographic distribution of covid cases. The data on the distribution of covid cases in this study were also used to analyze the classification using the Naive Bayes Classifier method. The Naive Bayes Classifier method works by using probability calculations so that this research can be used to classify the covid status in an area. The results of this study have succeeded in providing information on the status of the covid pandemic based on data on covid cases that have occurred around the world. Covid case data becomes training data for the analysis of the Naive Bayes classifier method so that it can determine the status of the Covid pandemic based on test data provided by system users. This research has succeeded in helping users to know the status of the Covid pandemic in an area well because it has reliable training data.

Abstract

Food is a basic component to create quality human resources as well as the main pillars of national development that plays a role in maintaining the stability of the economic, social, and national food security. National food security starts from compliance with food in the smallest area as a base of agricultural activities. Base area development has the objective to achieve food security in a region that has the integration of infrastructure ranging from the aspect of availability to the consumption of food to meet and achieve food security of households. Regional food security system needs updating software technology as a form of comprehensive evaluation in order to optimize the regional food security system by connecting the data supporting food security in a region information using expert system, in this case using the tools Expert System Builder Interface Unit with Visual Basic programming. The result is a public information about food security, especially in the city of Depok in an effort to evaluate and monitor the various indicators of food security, in order to prepare food security policies required by the policy makers.
