ANALISIS FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEPUASAN PENGGUNA DALAM MENGAKSES DIGITAL LIBRARY Masriyatun Masriyatun

Digital Library adalah layanan (service), arsitektur, kumpulan sumberi informasi,basis data yang terdiri dari teks, angka, grafik, suara, video dan lain sebagainya, jugaseperangkat alat (tools) yang memiliki kemampuan untuk melakukan pencarian,menampilkan hasil pencarian (retrieve) dan penggunaan sumber informasi yangtersedia. Tipe Penelitian yang digunakan explanatory research, metode survei. LokasiPenelitian di Perpustakaan UNS. Untuk Populasi, Sampel adalah sebagai berikut ;dimana populasi dalam hal ini adalah Mahasiswa UNS yang mengakses Digilib UNSdengan menggunakan fasilitas WI-fi Hotspot. Berdasarkan hasil survey dalam satuminggu bahwa mahasiswa yang hadir di ruang skripsi mengakses digilib sejumlah 216orang. Dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sejumlah 68 orang.Hasil analisis pengaruhantara variabel independen yaitu variabel Content Digilib UNS, dan Fasilitas Wi-fiHotspot terhadap variabel dependen yaitu kepuasan pengguna dalam mengakses digilibUNS, menunjukkan pengaruh yang positif antara keduanya. Karena berdasarkanperhitungan, arah pengaruh yang positif menunjukan bahwa content digilib UNS danfasilitas wif-fi hotspot mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna dalam mengakses DigilibUNS.Hasil uji statistik Pengaruh Antar Variabel, besar pengaruh antar variabel contentdigilib UNS terhadap kepuasan pengguna dalam mengakses digilib UNS adalah4,062, sedangkan variabel fasilitas wi-fi hotspot terhadap variabel kepuasan penggunadalam mengakses digilib UNS sebesar 7,956 secara teoritis.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa responden yang menjawab kadangkadang,untuk pertanyaan nomor 2, masih tergolong cukup tinggi, sehingga diharapkanpara mahasiswa memberikan masukan mengenai model atau bentuk fitur login yanglebih sederhana atau mudah dipahami agar prosedur dalam fitur login lebih mudahdiakses. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa distribusi frekuensi variabelcontent digital library UNS menunjukkan kategori sedang, jadi dengan diketahui haltersebut sehingga diharapkan para mahasiswa dapat memberikan sumbangan baikberupa artikel maupun karya ilmiah yang dapat dimasukkan ke dalam content digitallibrary UNS karena dipandang masih kurang.

This research discusses the motivation of students in accessing the UNS digital librarysite. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of student motivation categoriesin accessing the UNS digital library site. The research method used in this researchis descriptive method, with single table analysis, processed by using SPSS 17.00. Thesample of this research is 60 people. Based on variable frequency distribution table,it is found that respondent’s motivation in accessing UNS digital library site can be inmedium or high category. This is evidenced by the results of research obtained showed48.3% results obtained based on statements from 29 respondents in this study. Thestudent’s motivation to access the digital library system is the need for informationhigh enough, especially on the motivation to gain knowledge about scientific work.

Libraries in general most people say that as a place to read and borrow librarycollections, where the librarian or library manager provides various types of services. Services that can be said to be superior and excellent, in the library Fisip UNS contained in the reference collection service because the place is never empty by the reader. Readers in this space the average reader of scientific work, such as theses and other types of research. The purpose of writing this article to determine the activity of students in reading thesis. Activities of students in reading this paper are used to meet the information needs in the manufacture of scientific work. This research method using descriptive method. Location of the study in the library Fisip UNS. The results of this study indicate that the activity of students in reading thesis categorized quite high as 30 or 60% of respondents said it was.

Human resource development is the personnel development activities in order to meet the desired career plan. Librarians in the organization of the library is expected to develop its potential. For that, it takes several factors in the career development of librarians and can not be denied that there will be issues in it. For development factors, including 1) fairness in career librarians; 2) care and supervision of a body builder; 3) awareness of career opportunities; 4) interest librarian; 5) librarian career satisfaction. While the issues in the career development of librarians, among them 1) membership librarian; 2) doubt in promotion; 3) the enforceability of the career development of librarians; 4) career opportunities for librarians; 5) diversity librarian position; 6) promotion of librarians; 7) the organization’s commitment to a career librarian.

Higher education libraries generally provide library material collection needs for non-disabled users, while disabled users also need the same. The purpose of this study was to determine the policy governance of the development of the UPT library at Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta, which was friendly and inclusive, and student responses to the policy governance of the development of the UPT library at Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta, which was pleasant and inclusive. The research method uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive involving 33 respondents. Researchers used questionnaires and interviews to obtain data. The results of this study indicate that the management of library UPT development policies includes information resource management policies, collection development for disabled users, and facilities and infrastructure policies for disabled users. The results of student responses to information resource management policies are high, 63.6%, responses to collection development policies are medium, 36.4%, and answers to facilities and infrastructure development policies are very low, 54.5%. Overall, the student response to the policy of developing the UPT library at Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta, which is disability-friendly and inclusive, is shallow, at 39.4%. The conclusion from these results is that the development of the Disabled and Inclusive UNS Library UPT is essential for improvement, especially policies in the field of facilities and infrastructure.
