Abstract

Sekolah merupakan tempat untuk mendapatkan ilmu, sehingga kita memiliki pemikiran yang lebih matang. Oleh karena itu, pentingnya untuk membuat tempat belajar menjadi nyaman dan tenteram. Saat mendaftar sekolah, tentunya kita akan memilih sekolah yang sesuai dengan keinginan kita baik dari segi fasilitas, tempat maupun keuangan. Hal ini membuat sekolah-sekolah memperhatikan dan menciptakan promosi sekolahnya melalui internet, mulut ke mulut ataupun spanduk, tetapi mitra kita yaitu Sekolah Nizam Al-Mulk belum memiliki video company profile tentang lokasi dan fasilitas berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan pihak mitra. Maka dari itu, kami membuat video company profile untuk sekolah Nizam Al-Mulk Nongsa yang dapat digunakan untuk mempromosikan Sekolah sehingga dapat menarik calon peserta didik baru

Abstract

This study analyzes the operational management of Pegatron Corporation, a Taiwan-based manufacturing company that expanded to Batam, Indonesia in July 2019. Pegatron Corporation produces a variety of computing devices such as notebook and desktop PCs and motherboards, as well as consumer electronics like tablets, game consoles, and multimedia players. In addition, the company also manufactures communication devices including smartphones, broadband and networking devices. The research objective is to compare Pegatron Corporation's operational management before, during, and after the Covid-19 pandemic using a qualitative approach in the city of Batam. The study focuses on key areas such as manufacturing processes, materials management, and supply chain management.

Abstract

Globalization has encouraged companies to expand their business abroad, and one option is to expand to the Asian continent. The purpose of this research is to find out what are the ease, barriers, and risks of doing business in several Asian countries with fast economic growth, namely China, Japan, Singapore, and Indonesia. The research method used is a qualitative method and the technique used is a literature study. The results found are that each country has different easiness, obstacles, and risks for doing business. Some of the ease is Indonesia which is superior in natural resources and strategic location, China which has skilled human resources and adequate infrastructure, Japan which has a high demand for products and well-structured work processes, and Singapore which has stricter regulations. free to do business. On the other hand, some of the obstacles are Indonesia having complicated permits and inadequate infrastructure, China which is constrained by language and employing employees having to go through organizations, Japan with a high bureaucracy and tax system, and Singapore with its public wage regulations and communication media that are limited. Each of the risks lies in inadequate infrastructure in Indonesia, markets that are difficult to access in China, a difficult bureaucratic system in Japan, and a complicated government system in Singapore.

Abstract

The rapid development of the digital era has led to intense competition between MSME’s. This encourages every business actor to innovate an new item or service to attract the attention of consumers. Business actors must be able to carry out marketing strategies on social media. The method used by researches is qualitative data, examining data directly from the source according to the circumstances that occur in the object of research. The marketing strategy applied to Batam Indo Keramik, namely direct marketing, digital marketing, promotions for wholesale purchases and provide same-day delivery facility. The form of implementation of digital marketing that is applied is in the form of WhatsApp Business, Linktree and Mailchimp with the aim to help expand market share business.
