Abstract

The aim of research to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and entrepreneurial education to entrepreneurship interest and self-efficacy as an intervening variable on students in the State University 17 August 1945 of Jakarta. The dependent variable in this study is the interest in entrepreneurship. The independent variables consist of emotional intelligence and entrepreneurship education, while the intervening variable is self-efficacy. The Sempel method with purposive sampling technique as much as 198 people. Methods of data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) using software version 3. Stages Smart PLS PLS3 calculation Using the two models of (Outer Model) Measurement Model and (Inner Model) Testing Structural Model. The results of this research are emotional intelligence has positif influence significant to self-efficacy, entrepreneurial education has positive influence and significant to self-efficacy, emotional intelligence has positive influence and significant to interest in entrepreneurship, self-efficacy has positive and significant to interest in entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship education has positive influence but not significant to interest in entrepreneurship, self-efficacy intervention on emotional intelligence has negative influence not significant to interest in entrepreneurship and self-efficacy intervention on entrepreneurial education has psotitive not significant to interests in entrepreneurship. Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Entrepreneurship Education, Self Efficacy and Interests of Entrepreneurship ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan efikasi diri sebagai variabel intervening pada mahasiswa Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Jakarta. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah minat berwirausaha. Variabel independen terdiri dari kecerdasan emosional dan pendidikan kewirausahaan, sedangakan variabel intervening adalah efikasi diri. Metode pengambilan sempel dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 198 orang. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan menggunakan software Smart PLS Versi 3. Tahapan perhitungan PLS 3 Menggunakan 2 model yaitu (Outer Model) Pengukuran Model dan (Inner Model) Pengujian Model Struktural. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap efikasi diri, pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efikasi diri, kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha, efikasi diri berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha, namun pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha, serta intervensi efikasi diri terhadap kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha dan intervensi efikasi diri terhadap pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Kata kunci : Kecerdasan Emosional, Pendidikan Kewirausahaan, Efikasi Diri dan Minat Berwirausaha
