Abstract

Information security management is very important to use, especially for educational instutions, because it is able to reduce the risk of threats to the use of information technology for educational organizations. Information security management is indispensable as an effort to minimize the risk of data enhancement and information threats. Implementation of information security management is intended to know technical problems and non technical problems. The research uses the ISO 27001:2005 standard is very flexible depending on the needs of the organization and focus on information security management. The research results using the ISO 27001:2005 standard is able to reduce the risk level and perform some activities that must be improved to improve information security at XYZ institutions.

Abstract

Bank Indonesia merupakan bank sentral Republik Indonesia yang berfungsi sebagai menstabilkan nilai Rupiah. Kestabilan nilai Rupiah mempunyai pengertian yaitu kestabilan nilai mata uang terhadap barang dan jasa, serta kestabilan terhadap mata uang asing (kurs). Permasalahan yang terjadi pada Bank Indonesia adalah potensi kemampuan mengolah data laporan keuangan yang ada di database belum terintegrasi dengan Bank Indonesia pusat. Maka, diperlukan pelatihan terhadap pegawai Bank Indonesia dalam mengolah data laporan keuangan yang ada di database dapat terintegrasi dengan data laporan keuangan yang di Bank Indonesia pusat. Materi pelatihan yang digunakan pengabdian adalah pelatihan terhadap fungsi-fungsi logikan keuangan, validasi data keuangan, pembuatan database keuangan, dan penggunaan fungsi What-If Analysis. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian adalah meningkatkan kemampuan, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan dalam membuat database dan pelaporan keuangan.

Abstract

The development of the world of information technology (IT) in the industrial era 4.0, which is increasing, brings new opportunities for society, and there are no limits to creating new business opportunities through digital media. Special abilities and skills are needed to create a simple online store so that it becomes a positive point for someone starting a new business, especially for someone who doesn't have an offline store yet. The problem faced by the students of Ihyaul Ulum Gresik Vocational School is that they don't have a shop yet, but the students are willing and have a business spirit. Based on the problems faced by the students, the service team provided training for Ihyaul Ulum Gresik Vocational High School students in the form of creating an online store using the Prestashop Content Management System (CMS). The training material is in the form of an explanation of the stages in creating an online store with Prestashop and business strategies through digital media. The results of the community service activities are that students gain knowledge, experience, and skills in creating online stores with Prestashop and can implement marketing through online media.

Abstract

Digital transformation is a necessity that must be faced by various fields, including the religious field. The mosque, as a place of worship that has religious activities, needs to provide quality information to the community around the mosque, especially the congregation praying five times a day at the mosque. The Nurul Huda Mosque is located in Lowayu Village, Dukun Sub-district, Gresik Regency. Until now, information on religious activities has only been conveyed through loudspeakers, so the information conveyed is limited to certain times, which is likely to have many congregations and the community around the mosque who do not know about it. It is necessary to improve the quality of information through web-based information management training using computer media for religious activities, which are transmitted digitally through digital screens available in the foyer of the mosque. The results of the assistance provided an increase in perception and knowledge for the management of the mosque's digital information management section with a score of 4.33 (very appropriate), and the level of partner satisfaction with the community service program as a whole got an average score of 4.06 (satisfied).
