Abstract

A Kiai has a significant role in education in pesantren. Santri will imitate the nature and behaviour of a Kiai who educates him. So a Kiai must instil good moral values following Islamic teachings and an honest attitude that must plant as early as possible in a santri. This research is qualitative research with case study research—data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The results show that the kyai has a strategic role in shaping the independence of the santri in the form of love, motivation, discipline, patience and reading the Qur'an.

Abstract

The emergence of radicalism has recently become increasingly widespread, if this harsh understanding is not immediately addressed, it will endanger the life of society and the state. The development of radicalism is not easy to prevent suddenly, therefore from an early age starting at the school level, especially at the high school level, fostering an attitude of nationalism and preventing radicalism needs to be instilled. This study reveals the teacher's communication strategy in instilling the attitude of nationalism in the students of MA Al Khidmah Ngronggot. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, with data mining methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis uses the theory of Miles and Hubbeman, namely, data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. Finally, this paper can be concluded that the strategy of the OSIS coach in instilling an attitude of nationalism through several ways, among others, is to explain knowledge properly and correctly, build an understanding of living together, and provide achievement motivation to OSIS members. These three methods are carried out by the builder teacher with full affection and attention to students. These three methods are new findings in the field to enrich communication science in building the attitude of nationalism and at the same time fortify radicalism in this country.

Abstract

Tujuan tulisan ini menguraikan teori pembelajaran kognitif dengan pendekatan Biological Science Curriculum Study (BSCS). Selanjutnya diuraikan pengertian pembelajaran kognitif dan domain-domain yang ada di dalamnya, dan juga diuraikan tentang orientasi BSCS sebagai pendekatan pembelajaran sains untuk mengembangkan pemikiran pebelajar. Dalam pendekatan Biological Science Curriculum Study (BSCS) model penelitian biologi dirancang untuk mengajarkan proses-proses biologi, mempengaruhi cara siswa dalam memproses informasi, dan mendidik komitmen mereka untuk melakukan penelitian ilmiah. Di samping itu dengan penelitian ilmiah juga dapat mendidik siswa untuk terbukanya pemikiran dan kemampuan meneguhkan pendapat serta kerja sama antara siswa dengan siswa dan antara siswa dengan guru.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of the blended learning model towards learning outcomes of the comprehension concepts and economic problems solving of Private Islamic High School students in Nganjuk Regency. The study used an experimental method, with a quasi-nonequivalent control group design. The research was conducted at Private Islamic High School Al Manar Prambon Nganjuk. The samples were conducted based on students' characteristics and similarities in economic topics. The experimental class was assigned to XI Social 1 and the control class was XI Social 2. The analysis technique used was descriptive statistical technique and two-ways MANAVA. Descriptive statistics were seen from the mean, standard deviation, variance, and presentation. The results of the MANAVA test analysis when viewed from the centroid pillar's trace, Wilks' lambda, hotelling's trace, and Roy's lambda root in the experimental class had a significance value of 0.000. The value was transformed to the Fisher distribution or F test, then it is smaller than α ˂ 0.050. The study shows that the blended learning model has an effect on the learning outcomes of comprehension concepts and economic problems solving of Private Islamic High School students.

Abstract

The lack of creativity of parents and educational institutions in exploring children’s talents can have an impact on the reduced innovation of student talent development. On a broader scale, innovation of underdeveloped student talent can result in limited contributions to important work that can hinder the progress of various fields in the future. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, with the method of extracting observation data, interviews, and documentation. While data analysis uses Miles and Hubberman’s theory, namely, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the teacher’s strategy in detecting students’ talents was carried out through four stages. First, internal exploration of students by giving freedom to choose the talents to be developed. Second, treatment of talent tests. Third, confirmation with parents. And Fourth, final determination of talents. Talent development strategy is carried out through two channels. First, internal madrasah coaching pathway. And second, external coaching through course institutions and training in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah environment. To ensure the continuous growth of student talent, Madrasah conducts cooperation with parents, course institutions, and training with a mutually agreed memorandum of understanding (MoU). This form of cooperation is a new talent development management strategy that can provide progressive results for the development of student talent.

Abstract

Online learning is a challenge for Islamic religious educators to convey their learning materials to be accepted and practiced by students. The focus of research in this study is, (1) How is PAI Learning in the Pandemic Period at SMK PGRI 2? (2) What is the Impact of PAI Learning in the Pandemic Period at SMK PGRI 2? (3) How is the Actualization of PAI Learning in the Pandemic Period in terms of E-Learning Learning Theory at SMK PGRI 2? This research is qualitative research with the type of case study research. The results showed: (1) PAI learning in SMK during the Pandemic used online learning methods, and the media used were Google Classroom, Moodle, and Google Meet. (2) The impact is that teachers must learn about technology and learning media. In the implementation of learning, students are bored and not enthusiastic, and signals and quotas are limited, and evaluation is only cognitive. 3) The e-learning developed in this SMK uses Moodle and Google Classroom. It means that e-learning is one of the supporting learning tools and an effective media for the learning process during the Pandemic.

Abstract

Peran guru penddikan agama Iskam (PAI) sebagai motivator sekaligus pembimbing yang dapat mengarahkan siswa untuk mencapai hasil yang optimal sangat diperlukan. Karena sebagai motivator sekaligus pembimbing, guru PAI dapat meningkatkan rasa percaya diri (konsep diri) siswa, motivasi dan menurunkan kenakalan remaja pada siswa sehingga siswa dapat disiplin dalam belajar yang akhirnya akan memperoleh hasil prestasi yang diinginkan. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah: 1) Bagaimana konsep diri siswa kelas X11 Jurusan TKR di SMK Negeri 1 Grogol Kediri 2) Bagaimana Motivasi siswa kelas X11 jurusan TKR di SMK Negeri 1 Grogol Kediri 3) Bagaimana Kenakalan remaja motivasi siswa kelas X11 Jurusan TKR di smk Smk Negeri 1 Grogol Kediri. 4) adakah pengaruh konsep diri, motivasi, kenakalan remaja terhadap prestasi belajar Pendidikan Agama Iskam siswa kelas X11 jurusan TKR di SMK Negeri 1 Grogol Kediri. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Pengggalian datanya menggunakan angket, sementara analisis data dianalisis dengan teknis analisis regresi ganda berbantukan spss tipe 21. Populasi penelitian ini semua siswa kelas X11 jurusan TKR di Smk Negeri 1 Grogol Kediri yang berjumlah 354. Kemudian ditentukan sampelnya berjumlah 62 siswa. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) Konsep diri siswa kelas X11 jurusan TKR di Smk Negeri 1 Grogol Kediri cukup tinggi. 2) Motivasi siswa kelas X11 jurusan TKR di Smk Negeri 1 Grogol Kediri terbilang tinggi. 3)kesadaran tentang Kenakalan remaja motivasi siswa kelas X11 jurusan TKR di Smk Negeri 1 Grogol Kediri cukup tinggi. 4) Terdapat pengaruh yang cukup antara konsep diri, motivasi, kenakalan remaja dengan prestasi belajar Pendidikan Agama Iskam siswa kelas X11 jurusan TKR di Smk Negeri 1 Grogol Kediri

Abstract

Proses pendidikan dan pembelajaran merupakan kegiatan terencana yang dalam penyusunannya tidak dapat lepas dari faktor pembiayaan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan strategi peningkatan mutu lembaga pendidikan Islam melalui manajemen keuangan di SMAN 1 Papar Kediri. Penelitihan ini difokuskan terkait perencanaan keuangan , Penggunaan dan pertanggungjawaban keuangan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan Islam di SMAN 1 Papar dan implikasi manajemen keuangan dengan peningkatan mutu pendidikan Islam di SMAN 1 Papar pada tahun 2017/2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan latar alamiah sebagai sumber datanya. Untuk mengumpulkan data disesuaikan dengan fokus dan pertanyaan serta tujuan penelitian, peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara mendalam dan kajian dokumen. Untuk mengungkapkan makna perilaku para informan penelitian telah mewawancarai kepala, wakil kepala, para guru, komite sekolah, dan siswa. Hasil penelitian setelah dilakukan analisis dan triangulasi data, adalah sebagai berikut: Pertama, Strategi manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan dalam peningkatan mutu guru, yaitu menekankan pada profesionalisme dan disiplin, serta komitmen tugas untuk meningkatkan mutu sekolah. Kedua, Strategi manajemen keuangan pendidikan dalam upaya pembinaan siswa dilakukan melalui pembinaan dibidang seni, olahraga, keagamaan, pramuka, bahasa Inggris, dan kepribadian. Keempat, Strategi manajemen keuangan pendidikan dalam bidang sarana dan prasarana dilakukan dengan memperbanyak sumber keuangan, menjalankan program peningkatan mutu untuk mendukung sarana dan prasarana serta kesejahteraan guru

Abstract

Learning concentration becomes an important requirement in learning activities. This should be the concern of all educators, if they want to achieve their educational goals. In this context, this research with the theme of spiritual intelligence, social intelligence and self efficacy in solving a problem is very important to be implemented.This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study all students of class XI in Senior High School 4 Madiun, amounting to 136 students, because more than 100, the study used a sample of 34 students. The data collection techniques use documentation and questionnaires. The analysis technique uses multiple linear analysis, the coefficient of determination, which is preceded by an assumption test of analysis, namely the validity test, reliability test, normality, linearity test and hypothesis test.This study wants to see, [1] the relationship of spiritual intelligence to self efficacy, [2} the relationship of social intelligence to self efficacy, and [3] the relationship of spiritual intelligence and social intelligence to self efficacy in class XI Senior High School 4 Madiun. The results of this study indicate that: [1] significant influence between spiritual intelligence on self efficacy, denger regression coefficient of spiritual intelligence variable is 0.694 [2] significant influence of social intelligence on self efficacy, with regression coefficient of social intelligence variable of 0.543 and [3] significant influence spiritual intelligence and social intelligence together towards self efficacy.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) describe the Leadership of Women's School Principals in Nglegok, Blitar Regency; (2) describing the factors that support and hinder the leadership of women school principals in Nglegok, Blitar Regency. This research is a qualitative research. The research sites are Islamic Elementary Echool “Kreatif Zaid Bin Tsabit”, Primary School Ngoran 02, and Integrated Islamic Elementary School Wildan Mukholladun Nglegok Blitar. Resource persons for the study are principals, teachers, and operators. Data collection uses participant observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity uses triangulation with data sources. Data analysis techniques by data reduction, data presentation, data analysis, drawing conclusions, and verification. The results showed: (1) Leadership of female school principals in Nglegok Sub-District, Blitar Regency had been going well, it was proven that the school principal had carried out several strategic policies. (2) Factors that support the leadership of female school principals in Nglegok District, Blitar Regency include government policies, technological advances, increased awareness of the potential and existence of women, state recognition of women's potential, human rights enforcement and a democratic system. While the inhibiting factors are rigidity in interpreting the text of religion, feelings of doubt and lack of confidence in some women.
