Abstract

his research is aimed to: depict the pro ile of the poor women in Kecamatan Wedi, Kabupaten Klaten, doing measurement towards the potential of entrepreneurship spirit of the poor women in Kecamatan Wedi, Kabupaten Klaten, and understanding the effectiveness of project based model (PBL) as the model of entrepreneurship training for the poor women in Kecamatan Wedi, Kabupaten Klaten based on their local resources. Data were collected from the secondary data and primary data. Data were analysed using the interactive model analysis. The result of this research showed that the poor women at Kecamatan Wedi: 1) live in dirty houses, have limited acces of primary education and the lower salary, 2) have high spirit for doing entrepreneurship. It indicates that they have a high potential for success if they get appropriate treatment of entrepreneurship, 3) have a high performance as an entrepreneur since the get entrepreneurship training using the PBL model. It is indicated that the model has a high effectiveness to use as a model of training

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh green product dan corporate social responsibility terhadap keputusan pembelian yang dimediasi minat beli. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen lampu Philips LED di Yogyakarta. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 220 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif green product terhadap keputusan pembelian (sig = 0.0000.05;β = 0.714), (2) terdapat pengaruh positif corporate social responsibility terhadap keputusan pembelian (sig = 0.0000.05;β = 0.706), (3) terdapat pengaruh positif minat beli terhadap keputusan pembelian (sig = 0.0000.05;β = 0.803), (4) terdapat pengaruh positif green product terhadap minat beli (sig = 0.0000.05;β = 0.674), (5) terdapat pengaruh positif corporate social responsibility terhadap minat beli (sig = 0.0000.05;β = 0.747), (6) terdapat pengaruh positif green product yang dimediasi minat beli dengan nilai mediasi X1, = 115,811,98, dan (7) terdapat pengaruh positif corporate social responsibility terhadap keputusan pembelian yang dimediasi minat beli nilai mediai X2 = 103,681,98.

Abstract: Pengaruh Faktor Individu Terhadap Keyakinan Manfaat Menggunakan Teknologi Informasi. Penelitian ini mengembangkan dan menguji pengembangan teoritis Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang menjelaskan pengaruh faktor individu dalam hal inovasi dan self-efficacy pribadi terhadap manfaat yang dirasakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keinovasian pribadi dan self-efficacy dalam hal faktor individu mempengaruhi manfaat yang dirasakan. Temuan ini memberi sumbangan dalam hal memberi landasan untuk penelitian selanjutnya yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman kita tentang perilaku adopsi pengguna. Kata kunci: manfaat yang dirasakan, faktor institusi, keinovasian pribadi, efikasi diri. Abstrak: The Influence of Individual Factors toward Perceived of Information Technology Usefulness. This research develops and tests a theoretical extension of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) that explains the influence of individual factors in terms of personal innovativeness and self-efficacy towards perceived of usefulness. The results of the research show that personal innovativeness and self-efficacy in terms of individual factor influenced perceived usefulness. These findings contribute to the foundation for future research aimed at improving our understanding of user adoption behavior. Keywords: perceived usefulness, institutional factors, personal innovativeness, self-efficacy.

Abstract

Pada abad milenium sekarang ini perusahaan dituntut bersaing secara kompetitif dalam hal menciptakan dan mempertahankan konsumen yang loyal, dan salah satunya melalui perang antar merk. Perang antar merek yang dilakukan oleh berbagai perusahaan akhir-akhir ini sebenarnya dimaksudkan untuk membangun ekuitas merek yang kokoh atau kuat karena ekuitas merek merupakan kunci dalam memenangkan persaingan bisnis. Ekuitas merek tersebut terdiri dari kepemilikan secara kokoh atau kuat atas loyalitas merek (brand loyalty), kesadaran nama (name awarnes) , kesan kualitas (percive quality), asosiast-asosiasi merek serta asset-aset merek yang lain. Akan tetapi pada saat masing-masing perusahaan cenderung berusaha untuk memperkuat dan mencapai ekuitas merek yang kokoh atau kuat sebagai kunci keunggulan bersaing, maka keunggulan tersebut tidak akan ada artinya lagi pada saat perusahaan memiliki keunggulan yang sama berupa ekuitas merek yang kuat atau kokoh. Dleh karena itulah dalam kondisi demikian ekuitas merek yang ada perlu diperkuat melalui penciptaan merek kharismatik dikarenakan melalui kharismanya merek tersebut tidak hanya memberikan emotional value, intellectual value, apalagi sekedar functional value. Dalam hal ini merek kharismatik mampu memberikan spiritual value yang menjadi landasan bagi terbentuknya spiritual conection antara merek dengan pelanggannya sehingga mampu menjadikannya sebagai kunci dalam menciptakan keunggulan bersaing.

Abstract

Global competition indicated by the emerging of much competitors operate in the world market and the emerging of the competitors in other countries caused business environment becomes dynamic and tightly competition. Pursuing competitive advantage becomes the key factor on winning the competition on such environment through managing the activities of human resources based on strategic perspective. Based on this perspective, the strategy of human resource must relevance with the business strategy. Typology of human resource management strategy is an alternative approach for formulation that strategy. Identifing the needed role behavior of competitive strategy becoming the important factor on effectiveness of competitive strategy implementation.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to (1) provide an alternative freshwaterfish post-harvest processing; (2) producing an acceptable using waste fish headsand bones; (3) provide an alternative to consumers in the form of productsmade from freshwater fish that are high in calcium, ready for consumption andhave long-term expired time; and (4) developing agri-based home Industry.These research subjects were Merapi Bangkit dan Sumber Makmur farmergroups in Teplok and Mudal, Argomulyo Village, Cangkringan, Yogyakarta.The method carried out was discussion on proper fish process, hygiene sanitation, food licensing, packaging, marketing strategies and product manufacturing. Competencies evaluation was conducted at the end of the program by producing some product. The evaluation characteristics items were: flavor, color, aroma, texture, innovation and the price per pack. The results show that the alternative fish processing using fish waste that have a long-term expired date can be implemented

Abstract

This activities is carried out in order to: (1) provide an alternative topost-harvest cassava in farmer groups of Mekar Sari Lor, Karang Gawang,Jumoyo, Cangkringan, Magelang regency which able to produce food based onmocaf that can be accepted by consumers, (2) provide an alternative toconsumers in food based on mocaf that ready to use and have a long shelf life,and (3) home industry development opportunities in Karang Gawang in anattempt to economic recovery after eruption of Merapi The steps taken to achieve the goal of this activities is to provide atheory  characteristic of mushroom and way of processing, sanitation, hygieneand food sertification, packaging and selling price determination and long shelflife; practice make flour mocaf and products based on mocaf, namely egg roll,sempe,kembang goyang, and pangsit. Preference test for the products, the calculationofthesaleprice;acceptancetestingforproductsandpricesattheconsumerlevelanddeterminationofshelflifeasoneofthedatathatwillappearinthepackaging.Alternative processing of cassava into mocaf flour be implemented. Theyield of mocaf flour from cassava is 35% with a production cost of Rp 3300.00.The sale price with 40% mark-up is Rp 5000.00. Diversification processedproduct based on mocaf flour are egg roll, sempe, kembang goyang and pangsitwhich have a shelf life of 3 months. This products have opportunities to behome industry development because have a competitive price; mocaf flour Rp5,000.00/kg, egg roll Rp 6000.00/100 grams, pangsit Rp5000.00/200 grams,sempe Rp 5000.00/100 grams, and kembang goyang Rp 5000.00/100 grams

Abstract

The research aimed to identify and compare the ethical sensitivity level ofmarketing student. This research is descriptive-comparative using primarydata. Sources of data in the study is a student of marketing management. The study used a saturated sample of all students who are still active (3 batches). Data collection techniques are surveys using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study using descriptive statistics and analysis of variance. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in students' ethical sensitivity in 2nd, 4th and 6th semesters significantly. 6th-semester students have better ethical sensitivity than 4th and 2nd semester. 4th-semester students have better ethical sensitivity than 2ndsemester.Keywords: ethical sensitivity, marketing students, semester

Abstract

This community service aims to solve the problems faced by the Mina Bahari 45 group related to the quality and production capacity to support product marketing. The activities done were to carry out the appropriate technology transfer activities and the strengthening of marketing that is strengthening the quality and capacity of processed products based on sea fisheries, strengthening production management; renovation and re-lay out the product display. The results of community service related to strengthening production management are the selection and handling of raw materials, processing and packaging. Operationalization of automatic cracker frying Machine and industrial scale steamer as well as renovation and re-lay out display place to support off-line marketing in Depok Beach. The use of appropriate technology can increase production capacity at least by 15% and improve the quality of products produced that include texture, shape and color and the availability of a product display space that is safe for products, attractive and adequate.
