Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on corporate performance in Indonesia and examine the role of intellectual capital as a moderating variable that can increase the influence of CSR on company performance. Hierarchical regression analysis is used to test the effect of CSR on performance and test intellectual capital as a moderating variable that can increase the influence of CSR on corporate performance. This study uses 147 samples of observation data from manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the year 2013-2015. The results showed that CSR has an effect on company performance as measured by Return on Asset (ROA). The higher CSR disclosures made by the company then can improve the company's performance (ROA). The results of this study also show that intellectual capital as a moderation variable is proven empirically able to increase the influence of CSR on company performance. These results indicate that the improvement of intellectual capital of the company including human capital, relational capital, and structural capital can increase the influence of CSR on company performance (ROA).

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh dosis bokashi terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tiga varietaspadi. Penelitian ini merupakan percobaan lapang dengan menggunakan Rancangan Petak Terbagi. Faktorpertama berupa varietas padi (sebagai sub perlakuan) : PP1 Pioneer, IR-64, dan Cianjur; faktor ke dua berupadosis bokashi (sebagai perlakuan utama) : 0 t/ha, 10 t/ha, 20 t/ha, dan 30 t/ha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa bobot gabah kering per ha tertinggi (4,15 t) ditunjukkan oleh varietas PP1 Pioneer. Pemupukan bokashidengan dosis 20 t/ha memberikan bobot gabah kering per ha tertinggi (4,70 t). Jumlah anakan produktif tertinggi(25,00) dicapai varietas Cianjur dengan dosis bokashi 20 t/ha.Kata kunci : padi, varietas, dosis bokashi ABSTRACTThe objective of research was to study the effect of bokashi dosages on growth and yield of three varietiesof rice. This research was laid out as a Split Plot Design in a factorial combination of 2 factors. The first factorwas varieties (as sub treatment) : PP1 Pioneer, IR 64, and Cianjur; the second one was bokashi dosages (asmain treatment): 0 t/ha, 10 t/ha, 15 t/ha, and 20 t/ha. The result showed that the highest dry weight of grain perha (4,15 t) was given by PP1 Pioneer. Application of 20 t bokashi/ha gave the highest dry weight of grain per ha(4,70 t). The highest number of tiller (25,00) was achieved Cianjur variety by application of 20 t bokashi/ha.Key words : rice, varities, dosages of bokashi

Abstract

Kelapa sawit merupakan tanaman monokotil dan monoecious, yaitu bunga jantan dan bunga betinadijumpai secara terpisah pada satu tanaman. Karena sifatnya yang monoecious, tanaman kelapa sawit memerlukanperantara yang mampu memindahkan serbuk sari dari bunga jantan ke bunga betina yang sedang anthesis yaituserangga Eleaidobius kamerunicus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari populasi kumbang E. kamerunicusdan faktor-faktor lingkungan yang mempengaruhinya. Populasi kumbang diamati pada tandan bunga jantan kelapasawit dengan metode stratified random sampling. Perbedaan populasi serangga E. kamerunicus dan faktor-faktorlingkungan dianalisis dengan ANOVA. Hubungan antara faktor-faktor lingkungan dan populasi kumbangdianalisis dengan korelasi Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa populasi serangga E. kamerunicus diperkebunan Afd. IV Kebun Bangun PTPN III Kabupaten Simalungun telah memenuhi kebutuhan seranggapenyerbuk dalam proses penyerbukan untuk menaikkan jumlah produksi kelapa sawit yaitu lebih dari 20.000ekor/ha. Jumlah spikelet mempengaruhi jumlah populasi serangga E. kamerunicus, sedangkan suhu dankelembaban udara tidak mempengaruhi populasi serangga E. kamerunicus.Kata kunci : Eleaidobius kamerunicus, kelapa sawitABSTRACTOil palm is a monocotyle crop and monoecious, the male flowers and female flowers found separately ona single plant. Because it is monoecious, oil palm plantation require agent which capable of pollen transferringfrom the male flower to the female flower in anthesis stadium namely Eleaidobius kamerunicus. This researchaims to study E. kamerunicus weevil population and environmental factors that influence it. Weevil populationwas observed in the male flower bunches of palm with stratified random sampling method. E. kamerunicus weevilpopulation difference and environmental factors were analyzed by ANOVA. The relationship betweenenvironmental factors and weevil population was analyzed by Pearson correlation. The results showed that E.kamerunicus weevil population in Afd. IV Kebun Bangun PTPN III Simalungun has met the needs of weevilpollinating in the pollination process to increase the amount of oil palm production of more than 20,000 weevil/ha.Spikelet number affect the population of E. kamerunicus, while the air temperature and humidity does not affectE. kamerunicus weevel population.Keywords: Eleaidobius kamerunicus, oil palm

Abstract

This service is aimed at increasing the number of entrepreneurs and increasing the business competitiveness of Untag Banyuwangi students and alumni during the covid-19 pandemic. The small number of entrepreneurs, and the pandemic still hasn't ended, makes business people inevitably have to change their business strategies. The Untag Banyuwangi Entrepreneurship Development Program is carried out on the basis of cooperation with the Directorate General of Research Strengthening and Development of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education. The implementation of mentoring is carried out by providing lighters related to entrepreneurship and business coaching assistance. The results of the service were obtained by 80 alumni students who started their business, after the selection and mentoring process, 5 students were obtained to then be granted patents for the products produced.

Abstract

Waduk Panglima Besar Soedirman, Kabupaten Banjarnegara, merupakan waduk dengan fungsi untuk pembangkit listrik, irigasi pertanian, pariwisata, budidaya dan penangkapan ikan. Jaring Insang (Gillnet) merupakan salah satu alat tangkap yang banyak digunakan oleh nelayan perairan Waduk PB Soedirman. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui komposisi jenis-jenis hasil tangkapan nelayan jaring insang (gillnet) di Waduk Panglima Besar Soedirman, baik jenis introduksi maupun jenis lokal dan juga untuk mengetahui tingkat dominansi antar spesies dan dominansi antara ikan jenis introduksi dan ikan jenis lokal hasil tangkapan nelayan jaring insang (gillnet) di Waduk Panglima Besar Soedirman. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni sampai dengan Agustus 2019. Data jenis-jenis ikan hasil tangkapan nelayan gillnet dianalisis menggunakan rumus komposisi jenis dan rumus indeks dominansi Simpson (C). Jenis-jenis ikan hasil tangkapan nelayan jaring insang (gillnet) di Waduk Panglima Besar Soedirman diantaranya adalah Nila (Oreochromis niloticus) sebanyak 51%; Louhan (Cichlasoma trimaculatum) 21%; Betutu (Oxyeleotris marmorata) 21%; Tawes (Barbonymus gonionotus) 3%; Nilem (Osteochillus vittatus) 2%; Gabus (Channas triata) 1%; Mas (Ciprinus carpio) 1%; dan Bawal (Collosoma macropomum) 0,14%. Jenis-jenis ikan yang termasuk dalam jenis ikan introduksi adalah Nila (Oreochromis niloticus), Louhan (Cichlasoma trimaculatum), Betutu (Oxyeleotris marmorata), Mas (Ciprinus carpio) dan Bawal (Collosoma macropomum) dengan jumlah prosentase 94%. Jenis-jenis ikan yang termasuk ikan lokal adalah Tawes (Barbonymus gonionotus), Nilem (Osteochillus vittatus) dan Gabus (Channas triata) dengan prosentase prosentase 6%.  Nilai indeks dominansi (C) antar spesies adalah 0,3538 yang berarti tingkat dominansi sedang dan nilai indeks dominansi (C) antara ikan jenis introduksi dan ikan jenis lokal adalah 0,8981 yang berarti tingkat dominansi tinggi.

Abstract

Cadmium usually use as a commound in coloring agents that commonly used in industry. It's toxic and undistangleable in water. The polluted water will give the bad effects to the biota and human too. Melanoides turricula is kind of gastropod, acts as a strong bio accumulator in accumulating heavy metals. The purpose of this research is to analyze the concentration of kadmium and its correlation with the existence of M turricula on Wangan River. This research was done in Wangan River, Sokaraja. The research method that is used is survey between the concentration of cadmium in M. turricula's body and the water of Wangan River is analyzed by Spearman Rank's Correlation Analysis. The result of the research shows that there are lowest cadmium method. The objects of the research are M. turricula and Wangan River's water. The independent variable that has been observed is the concentration of cadmium in Wangan River's water and the dependent variable is the concentration of cadmium in M. turricula's body. The main parameters measured are the concentration of cadmium on both M. turricula's body and Wangan River's water. The supporting parameters are temperatures, pH and BOD (Biochemical Oxygen Demand). The samples are taken four times in four months on three observations station. Those are the unclouded area, the polluted area and the waste disposal area. The correlation concentration on the M. turricula and river's water, before given any waste, around 2.075 µg/g and 0.750 µg/L. In the area of waste disposal station, there are the highest cadmium concentration on the M. turricula and also on the river's water around 6.450 µg/g and 1.050 µg/L. Meanwhile the cadmium concentration on the M. turricula and on the river's water, after given waste, are around 4.600 µg/g and 0.875 µg/L. Based on Spearman's Rank Correlation Analysis, it is shown that there is a correlation between cadmium concentration with M. turricula and river's water.
