Abstract

This research is motivated by the low discipline of students in school. To overcome this, the factors that can affect student discipline are carried out. This study aims to determine the extent of reward and punishment on student discipline, especially in Teknomedika Plus Vocational High School. This research instrument uses documentary studies, observation, and questionnaires. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method with multiple linear analysis, with purposive sampling. Quantitative analysis includes validity and reliability tests, basic assumption tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing using f-table and table t-test, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that the contribution of reward (X1) and punishment (X2) on student discipline (Y) was 82.4%, and the remaining 17.6% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Ha is accepted. It means reward and punishment together affect student discipline

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of synergistic leadership and emotional quotion on the work ethic of the Sadaya Community at Jakarta. This research uses quantitative research methods with survey techniques to answer the hypothesis test that has been formulated. Respondents amounted to 200 people, the sampling technique used was random sampling technique. The synergistic leadership, emotional quotion and work ethic questionnaires were validated by the product moment correlation formula, reliability was measured by the Cronbach's Alpha formula. Hypothesis testing using the PLS SEM analysis application. The results of the study show that synergistic leadership has a direct and significant effect on work ethic, emotional quotion has a direct positive and significant effect on work ethic. Synergy leadership has a direct and significant influence on Emotional quotion. So that in an effort to improve the work ethic can be done through increasing the effectiveness of synergistic leadership and emotional quotion. From the results of the study it was concluded that synergistic leadership has a direct and significant effect on work ethic, emotional quotion has a direct positive and significant effect on work ethic, and synergistic leadership has a direct and significant effect on emotional quotion

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on the productivity of lecturers at the Laa Roiba Bogor National Islamic Institute. This research uses quantitative research methods with survey techniques to answer the hypothesis tests that have been formulated. Respondents totaled 160 lecturers, and the sampling technique used was random. The transformational leadership, organizational culture, and work productivity questionnaires were validated using the product moment correlation formula; Reliability is measured using the Cronbach Alpha formula, and hypothesis testing uses the PLS-SEM analysis application. The research results show that transformational leadership and organizational culture positively and significantly impact lecturers' work productivity. Transformational leadership also influences organizational culture directly. Therefore, to increase lecturers' work productivity, it is necessary to improve the effectiveness of transformational leadership and organizational culture. The implications of this research highlight the importance of developing transformational leadership and organizational culture as a strategy to increase the work productivity of lecturers at the Laa Roiba Bogor National Islamic Institute.
