Abstract

Penelitian ini, mungkin saja, memiliki perbedaan daripada kajian kelembagaan pendidikan secara umum. Penelitian ini lebih fokus pada aspek kelembagaan sosial yang berperan untuk memberantas buta aksara di masyarakat. Sebagaimana diketahui, pemerintah sedang menggalakkan program penghilangan buta aksara (illiteracy). Sebuah program yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas Sumber Daya Masyarakat (SDM) yang tertinggal. Penelitian merupakan penelitian lapangan, yang mengambil tempat di Kec. Babaksari, Kab. Gresik. Sebagaimana disiplin ilmu penulis, penelitian ini berbasis pada pandangan manajerialisme sekolah atau lembaga pendidikan non-formal yang ada di masyarakat. Hasil peneliian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem manajerial yang diselenggarakan berdasarkan regulasi dan mikanisme yang sudah ditentukan oleh pemerintah, baik skala nasional ataupun provinsi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi strategi marketing mix dan keterkaitannya dengan keputusan konsumen dalam memilih sekolah menengah pertama di SMP Sunan Giri Menganti Gresik. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Waktu penelitian ini dimulai pada bulan 10 Mei 2017, sampai terselesainya laporan penelitian ini yaitu tanggal 10 Juli 2017. Sampel penelitian adalah peserta didik di SMP Sunan Giri Menganti Gresik yang berjumlah 255 peserta didik dari populasi yang berjumlah 978 peserta didik. Untuk pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Random Sampling, dimana pengambilan anggota sampel dari populasi dilakukan secara acak tanpa memperhatikan strata yang ada dalam populasi tersebut. Teknik dalam analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis korelasi Product Moment. Dari pengujian yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan korelasi statistical package for social science (SPSS) Product Moment for windows versi 22 diketahui jumlah item pertanyaan sebanyak 18 dengan nilai rata-rata (mean) 76,00 dan standart deviasi sebesar 4,0483 merujuk pada kategori skor penilaian implementasi strategi marketing mix di SMP Sunan Giri tergolong sangat baik. Keputusan konsumen dalam memilih sekolah menengah pertama juga tergolong cukup baik, hal ini dapat diketahui dari jumlah item pertanyaan sebanyak 10 dengan nilai rata-rata (mean) 40,00 dan standart deviasi sebesar 2,0518. Dari pengujian yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan korelasi statictical package for social science (SPSS) Product Moment for windows versi 22 diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel Strategi Marketing Mix dengan variabel keputusan konsumen dalam memilih sekolah menengah pertama. Hasil hitung korelasi Product Moment 0,928 lebih besar dari r tabel pada signifikansi 5 % dengan nilai 0,138

Abstract

Orsatrens (Organization of Santri SMA Trensains) is an intra-school and boarding organization under the auspices of SMA Trensains Tebuireng 2. The focus of this research is (1) The role of the Santri Organization of SMA Trensains (Orsatrens) in increasing learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) activities, and ( 2) supporting and inhibiting factors for the role of Islamic boarding schools in increasing learning motivation in PAI activities at Pesantren Tebuireng 2. In this study, researchers used descriptive qualitative research and a case study approach. In analyzing the data, the researcher used several stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. It was found that (1) Orsatren played a role in increasing learning motivation in PAI activities by cultivating and developing the talents and interests of students, especially in leadership, (2) fostering independence and militancy, (3) Orsatren Train how to coordinate, social spirit, good and effective interaction and communication and dare to appear in public, and (4) practice decisions and take responsibility with monitoring and evaluation. Supporting factors for Orsantren activities in increasing learning motivation are (1) the support from organizational advisors (2) support from parents and student local organizational, (3) the emergence of students's motivation to imitate teachers both in schools and cottages, (4) the existence of legitimacy from the lodge about the existence of the santri organization, (5) Adequate facilities. While the inhibiting factors, namely (1) the inactivity of some students in participating in organizational events, (2) the lack of direct assistance by the leadership, (3) it is necessary to increase creativity in holding events that are more desirable, (4) the clash between the dense activities of students in organization and in schools or cottage, and (5) the head of the organization lacks coordination with the central administrators.
